Very bad hotel, I would never book or recommend again, especially for the price. The rooms were not cleaned during the whole stay, not even fresh towels, although I threw the towels on the floor every day, they were just collected and made available for reuse. The same goes for the bed sheets. This is unacceptable. Very loud music in the lobby even late at night and during breakfast. The hotel restaurant is disastrous. Breakfast is so basic. There were not even signs on the food if it was pork or turkey or whatever the hell you were supposed to eat. Do not book here or you will ruin your stay in Munich.

We are a couple, spent one night in an apartment room. Absolutely staisfied with the hotel. Room was quiet, clean, well equipped, nice, modern furnished. Only the internal mirror-window on the bathroom was a bit strange for us 😄 but caused funny moments. Safe is big enough for a laptop. Parking in the deep garage was extra money, but for us it's worth to keep the car safe. Breakfast was also fine, several salty, sweet things and fruits to choose. Staff was very kind and polite, at the reception and also at breakfast service. Gluten free bread was provided for breakfast when we asked for it. We were very happy about this option. We definitely recoomend the hotel!

I stayed for 5 nights and the best part is that it's really close to ICM/Messe, it's easy to walk every morning. Breakfast and coffee are really good. Reception staff are also very kind (although almost can't communicate in English which is non German The biggest challenge that foreigners should to face). The environment is very quiet, you will be able get a good rest. The room cleaning staff is indeed a little careless, and they will not clean the carpet in the room every day. But I can understand the hard work of the staff.

Needed something close to the international congress centre and this is a 15 minute walk away. The room was relatively modest in size but well appointed and comfortable with good Wi-Fi. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was of excellent quality, and wholesome. The bean to cup machine churned out some great coffee!

We stayed here for a congress. Rooms were really nice, spacious, and clean. The lobby is cute, with many seats. The fitness area could be a bit better but we only used it once. Breakfast was ok. It gets really comfy late and the bartender, ??Michael??, was super friendly no matter how late it was. All in all, a good stay.

I went here for a lunch so you don’t have to. Specialty of the house - cremated pizza.

Brilliant experience. I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews, but the staff were so friendly with great English and the room was spotless very clean. The bathroom was luxury and the bed was super comfy. It’s dead quiet at night and we got the train from central Munich and arrived within 20 minutes. There were people working out at the gym, washing machines working, everything as described really. I would happily come back and stay again. The secondary luggage room seemed to be a small bedroom that perhaps the staff sometimes snooze in, it was a bit messy when we put our bags in but upon our return it had been cleaned and the first impression was restored back to what it turned out to be 👍 They could improve their kitchen offering, was weird having to use a white bathroom towel to dry things in the kitchen. Also hard to wash kitchen items properly because there was no sponge/soap provided for that

Unable to resolve a safety and security issue. There is a disconnect between the housekeeping staff and the management. Speaking with the front desk, the cleaners are usually only supposed to come by once per day in the mornings. However, there are members of the staff that will come by at random times in the afternoon to, I suppose, check the room again. Even after being asked to wait after knocking, the afternoon surprise staff will still barge into the room. This has happened two days in a row where they have barged in while I was either on the toilet or in the shower. The staff has even entered the room in the morning with the do not disturb placard hung on the door handle. The front desk staff have said that this is against their policy. The room and services are good at this hotel, but the unanticipated and unpredictable intrusions by the staff are not acceptable.

For anyone planning on staying in Munich for more than 2 days, this place is super convenient. It's affordable and the rooms have everything you need (small kitchenette etc). Coffee is available early in the morning in the lobby. Also there are washing machines and dryers available. Place is REALLY clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. They have a huge parking garage. Also the train station is only a 10 minute walk away in a pretty safe area. I recommend this place for whoever is looking for a longterm stay in Munich.

I definitely don’t recommend coming here at all. Suddenly you might notice that your stuff has gone missing including perfumes, jewelry, many other valuable and expensive things yet no one will take responsibility for it or hear you out. I’m not the only one this has happened to today it happened to someone else as well and when she told them she would give them a bad review the manager said go ahead i will take it down.

We stayed this hotel nearly 50 days when we came to Munich and that was a good experience. They ara giving landlord confirmation for anmeldung if you are staying more than 30 days and this is a really important topic for newcomers. Also personnel and rooms are good but the problem here they didn’t pay back the deposit even 20 days passed we leave the hotel. I am still waiting and trying to reach the hotel team for this payment unfortunately. I will change the ratings after deposit pay back.

The rooms are fine, we had a lightbulb that didn’t work and we told them at the first day but 3 day’s later is was still not replaced. The breakfast is really really bad almost not exiting. The workers runs around in there private clothes The cleaning lady knocking on our door at 16.30 one day and wanted to clean the room??? The following morning she trying again at 7.35 We will definitely visit München again the city are great but this hotel can not be recommended to anybody

No soap in shower ,only one coffee In room no sugar or milk, room temperature set at 25 degrees duvet so small doesn't cover the bed only just covers you

SUPER RECOMMENDED! We have arrived in Munich and until we found a home we have enjoyed spending the first few months at Maseven Dornach. SPECTACULAR everything! service, attention, the place is beautiful and the people are very nice. When there was some normal inconvenience they have always solved it. SUPER RECOMMENDED!

Definitely not worth 4 starts like they mention. I've stayed at hotels that are way better with 4 starts for a cheaper price. First of al, the lobby, the TV corner and the fitness are in the same room, what is a little odd. Literally the fitness area is right next to the TV corner so it doesn't seem like a nice place to relax does it?😂. Also the ceiling in the lobby is..... 'artistically unfinished' I'd say🤣. Literally pipes everywhere what is a bit comic. The room was nice. Only there was no soap and our water cooker smelled bad. The service was good and the breakfast decent, could have been better because plates and cutlery were a bit dirty and the bread was hard. Overall it's an ok hotel.

Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig, es fehlte an Besteck, Brötchen und Aufschnitt. Die Rezeption/ Servicepersonal konnten keine Restaurants in der Nähe empfehlen, weil sie keine Ahnung hatten. In meinem Zimmer hat es im Bad muffig gerochen. Ich würde das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Wir wurden in der zweiten Nacht vom Chef des Housekeepings in unserem Zimmer überrascht. Dieser Stand um 6:00 vor unserem Bett, ging wortlos wieder und als mein Partner ihm nachrrief meinte er nur “ falsches Zimmer”. Ich habe fast einen Herzinfarkt bekommen. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde es ihm falsch weitergegeben, dass das Zimmer frei wäre. Sowas darf nicht passieren. Er hat sich obwohl er hinter uns am Tisch saß nicht einmal persönlich entschuldigt. Abgesehen von dem Vorfall. Sind die Zimmern zwar modern eingerichtet aber schon recht staubig und müffelig. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend aber das Gebäck ist teilweise halb aufgetaut und das Gemüse liegt sichtbar schon länger auf dem Teller- naja für zwei Nächte ok. Aber der Vorfall mit dem Mitarbeiter. Wenn du aufwachst und jemand steht vor dir. Ich dachte das wäre ein Einbruch. Er hätte schon beim Eingang unsere Schuhe sehen müssen bzw schauen müssen welche Zimmern belegt sind das ist wirklich eine Frechheit!!!

Warum haben sie keine Semmeln, usw. ? Das Frühstück dort kann ich nicht empfehlen...

Zijn er nog en zijn super tevreden. Dag van aankomst was om 13.30 kamer al klaar. Deze was zeer schoon. Volgende ochtend het ontbijt prima. Niet heel groots maar meer dan voldoende keus, keurig verzorgd. Zeer vriendelijk personeel zowel receptie als bij het ontbijt.
