This restaurant is poorly managed. They have hardly no staff which means you can be waiting a long time to be seated at a table or to get your food. In addition, they typically are missing regular items from the menu like coffee. The other day they could not serve us soda because they said the refrigerator is broken which made us wonder if the food was kept in the right temperature. Worst of all our waiter had snots coming out of his nose and was obviously not well enough to work that day. We decided to leave without ordering any food. My family and I have been there more than ten times and sadly the business has been rapidly declining over the past couple of months. We will not be returning there.

We have been here about 5 times each time the service gets worse and worse. They are always understaffed. They don't have sodas or coffee. Their fridge is always broken. The staff they do have needs customer service training. The cook is also the waitress, delivery person and cashier. Never going back again.

Everything I got was amazing! I 100% recommend giving it a try if you love Spanish food.

Food was absolutely amazing. Our family tried each pupusa and other dishes and we were not disappointed in the slightest. Highly recommend

La Casa de las Pupusas 2 Hidden Gem – Delicious Authentic Mexican/South American Food Date of Visit 7-18-2022 A last-minute decision to try a new restaurant resulted in a culinary delight for me and my two sons! Being novices to truly authentic Mexican/South American cuisine every dish was something new, except for the asada tacos. The Pupusa Frijol Con Queso with cabbage salad and a medium salsa rojo were savory corn to tortillas stuffed with mozzarella cheese and mixed beans. A little cabbage salad and salsa on top made the perfect bite of goodness. The Tacos Onduranos were delicious chicken tacos rolled up and fried with a cabbage salad on top. A savory crunchy and tasty dish! The star of the meal was the Desayuno Tipico. Warm Corn tortillas that you fill with, refried beans, eggs over medium, asada steak, plantains, fresh cheese, and pickled vegetables. This seemingly crazy combination resulted a delightful new taste experience! Total bill for 3 was $51.58 with tax, plus tip

I asked for two cheese pupusas and four steak tacos. Somehow the young lady and I got lost in translation.. even though I told her my full order in Spanish WORD PER WORD. Instead of being charged 1.75 per the four tacos we ordered. We were charged somewhere between 3.99 to 5.99 for Baleadas.(WE DID NOT WANT THOSE) I’m unsure of the charged amount due to the fact I was never handed a copy of my receipt. What I do know is as supposed to being charged somewhere between 12 to 14 dollars we were charged 38 dollars, left a 7 dollar tip totaling out to 45 dollars. We waited very long for our food, she lost our order thus causing a major delay in the process as well as asking me three different times if I’ve already paid when I paid right after ordering my food, not to mention giving me an attitude when I asked for another sauce. Given the amount of food I ordered for myself and my family asking for ONE more sauce is reasonable! As to why it was not to her and she felt as though it was professional to act snarky is beyond my comprehension. As for the food, service aside there was no steak in my Baleada. As if it wasn’t bad enough that I didn’t want that, now we had to eat something that was significantly more expensive and had tough, chewy pieces of steak. For the money we spent on our food we could have went to the grocery store and bought a nice cut of meat with less fat and more substance. We will not refer our friends or family and will not be returning unfortunately. It’s sad to say because as Hispanics we really wanted to find a genuine spot to enjoy foods we love and know but I guess the search continues..

Not even sure they are open anymore??? 2nd time I've drove 45 mins and they are closed up. It's currently 11:30 am on a Friday and they're closed again!

My favorite place to go to. I will only go here after going to about 6 different places for pupusas. Definitely go here.
