    I wish I would have read the reviews... Go elsewhere...I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries... the sandwich must have been sitting for a while because it was not close to being freshly cooked. I do understand that some items will sit, but this sandwich must have sat for a while. Also... very expensive to get a combo when you get less than 10 fries... So sad that this place is this bad. I honestly hope this place goes out of business to save future customers money. Go to Mc D's or Culvers right next door. Both serve decent food for the money.

    After an over $50.00 order for chicken. These fine folks managed to forget the chicken. While drivethru help was great and the manager helped to get the money back. After the problem was resolved at 10:15 pm. I appreciate the refund but be offered the food that was missed would have been appreciated

    It saddens me to write this review but after contacting corporate 3 weeks ago with no response I must warn people not to eat the pot pie. There was a rather large bone in mine which I almost swallowed.

    The KFC wrap I received was clearly used with a very old tortilla. It was hard, cracked and crunchy. I couldn’t even eat it.

    I am giving 5 stars to an AMAZING employee named Maddie! We have not returned to this kfc due to consent issues of our orders & quality of food! I went through the drive thru to order the 8 & 8 deal my husband seen on line.& we thought it’s been several months let’s try again! Maddie explained it was only for on line ordering & advised me to order from the parking lot however I am old school & didn’t know the process & was still recovering from a surgery. She met me inside took me though the on line ordered steps had me go back to my truck & brought my order to me! Maddie was simply pleasant patient helpful & caring & it’s refreshing to know kfc has an employee like her! We will continue to visit this kfc because of her efforts! Ps..The quality of the food was actually better as well!

    Yes it's pricey, but you are paying for all the work it takes to make good fried chicken! It's worth the money in my opinion. No greasy mess to clean up or slaving in a hot kitchen for hours. You just pick up a bucket, eat it, and done! Plus this location has a friendly staff always smiling.

    Usually a little bit of a wait. There's always a line, inside and drive thru. Just means the food is worth the wait. Prices have gone up and the amount of potatoes and mac and cheese has been cut down by almost half of what we got a year ago. Never had a rude employee.

    Yesterday, I ordered a Chicken Pot Pie 🥧 a Chicken Bowl, with 2 sides. I'm so disappointed with the food, I had 2 chunks of chicken in my pot pie. The chicken bowl was tasteless, and paying $2.49 for the 2 sides was ridiculous. I'll never come back again. Here is the picture of one of the sides I ordered so little for the cost I paid. VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!

    Hands down the worst KFC in terms of service. Ordered on the app and the food was way later than estimated by about 15 minutes I had to tell 3 different people that another guy and I ordered on the app as they clearly helped and served people who walked in, ordered and left with their food before we did. Also when I did get my food it was thrown across the counter and the bag fell over.

    Staff were friendly, but the food was insanely expensive. We ordered 4 chicken littles and a large fry (which was not very full) and it somehow came to $18.
