This was my first time eating at a Chili's restaurant. It was a pretty slow night, not many butts in seats. We were seated promptly which was nice. After 20min of waiting for our server to arrive we decided to order the trio samplers. The food came pretty quickly so that was a plus. The food was pretty tasty, I definitely recommend the southwest egg rolls with the avocado ranch. The little slider burgers were good but oddly cool/lukewarm and the spicy tenders were delicious. The sauces were good except for the BBQ sauce. Know if you order the BBQ sauce it is a vinegar based sauce and is not really at all tasty. Even our server agreed it wasn't very good. Chili's, do better with that one. My biggest complaint of the night was the lack of attentiveness in our server. She was very nice but once the food was on the table we never saw her again. Someone else brought us to go boxes and we paid at the little computer thing and were done. Pleasant experience except for little things that need some tweaking.

7-3-23 update. If you like mild fajitas, this is your place! Very mild chicken fajitas and salsa, not spicy at all. I love their chili, and they have a menu with dozens of great things to choose from. Very affordable prices!

Had a little sirloin with asparagus it was delicious, so so good. The pesto and avocado set the whole dish to wonderland 😁. Great service as well. We went here for lunch after church.

Laid back atmosphere. Family friendly. The staff were right on their job, didn't feel rushed at all, this meant a lot because our small group likes to chat for a couple hours. Menu was spectacular, prices were reasonable (coming from someone who is frugal) selection was great. The portions were generous and the food was amazing. Probably will need a to-go container😁

The restaurant needs a deep clean. The doors were littered with dirty fingerprints. The reflection of the sun made all the dirt pop out. We were seated at a booth near the bar, which was fine. The bottles and shakers on the table were dirty and caked with grime and fingerprints. My silverware was dirty, and I had to check the silverware of my companion as she is an alzheimer's patient and can not catch these things for herself. The chili I ordered was so salty that I had to send it back. The quality control of the food needs to improve. The waitress was a bit rude and seemed put out to have to deal with returning the chili to the kitchen. The pad to pay for your food was also very dirty. It was just unpleasant all around and uncomfortable due to the unsanitary feeling. I hope they deep clean that place.

Although it was more of a late night “fries fix”, online order of fries was quick ‘n easy with well prepared fries curb side delivered quickly by a friendly server. Will certainly be visiting this location in Fenton, MO again.

The food was delicious and fresh. Our server was prompt with the service and very friendly. Our child accidentally charged a game to the device on the table and she was quick to remove it for us. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were clean. Chilis is always a decent priced sit down meal.

Really wish I could give this 4 stars. But chillis has gone down hill imo. The ribs used to be good now they taste like they were just boiled in water or steamed and had sauce thrown on them. Their prices have gone up and portions have shrunk. The barbeque is a hard pass, specially the over priced barbeque platters. The burgers are honestly the best thing here. They have great burgers and they are large. But I do think them getting rid of the garlic aioli sauce on them was a downgrade. I would give 2 stars if not for the burgers. I feel like restraunts need to step up their game in general. If it's going to cost you what they charge now days the food better be top quality and fill you up both. It cost alot to eat out now and downgrading the food quality is why restraunts are failing. Customers are flocking to Mexican places because the food is good and the prices are cheap. Big chains need to do the same if they want to stay in buisness. Applebee's is garbage too for the money. 54th street and Fridays used to be great but they got greedy and charge too much and lowered their quality. Ruby Tuesdays failed because they kept raising prices and their food in the end was mediocre at best. You want to keep customers you need good food at decent prices. That's the magic sauce to a successful restaurant. Why is Texas road house so popular still ? They have some good food, large portions and their prices are reasonable. You always leave that place full and not feeling like you over paid. Other chains need to do the same or they will fail. People don't have alot of money now, the cost of living is rediculous. So when we go out to eat we are going to go to places where it's worth our money and the food is better than what we can cook at home.
