When
the
get
your
order
wrong
or
forget
something
(human
error,
inevitably),
don’t
even
bother
going
inside
the
store.
You
will
be
“greeted”
with
a
feeling
of
being
ignored
at
best
and
extremely
poor
attitudes
at
worst.
One
night,
they
forgot
my
chicken
nuggets
and
thought
I
could
just
run
in
because
they
probably
just
forgot
to
put
them
in
the
bag.
Well
after
standing
at
the
counter
with
a
few
other
individuals
whose
items
were
also
forgotten,
the
older
lady
who
was
cashier
went
in
the
back,
grabbed
her
food
and
went
and
sat
down
before
acknowledging
me.
Then
from
her
seat
across
the
store,
shouted
at
me
to
use
the
kiosk.
I
had
already
paid
in
the
drive
thru
or
else
I
would’ve
just
left
and
said
forget
it.
I
had
my
receipt
and
everything
and
stayed
civil.
I
ended
up
flagging
down
another
worker
who
graciously
provided
me
my
chicken
nuggets.
Next
time
I’ll
just
go
around
in
the
drive
thru
and
I’d
advise
the
same
for
others.
