You can always tell when you get a cheeseburger from here that it's been sitting under a warmer. Fries are not always fresh. Employees are friendly for the most part. Store is mostly clean. Restrooms stay clean as well. Handicap parking available.

McDonald's out at the Gravois Bluffs is excellent! Fresh hot food & super friendly! I haven't had an Employee come around & check on my table like 2day since back in the late 1980's. Less than $20 fed 2 people. Full meals with up sized special drinks. Wonderful service & great food!

We did a made to order because kids don't like onion an other things on their burgers an food was still cold. It was a little busy but I went inside to order thinking it would b hot.

Great location if you like stale buns and burgers loaded with grease and reheated past their throwaway time. It's fast food, but food safety/quality still needs to be prioritized.

When the get your order wrong or forget something (human error, inevitably), don’t even bother going inside the store. You will be “greeted” with a feeling of being ignored at best and extremely poor attitudes at worst. One night, they forgot my chicken nuggets and thought I could just run in because they probably just forgot to put them in the bag. Well after standing at the counter with a few other individuals whose items were also forgotten, the older lady who was cashier went in the back, grabbed her food and went and sat down before acknowledging me. Then from her seat across the store, shouted at me to use the kiosk. I had already paid in the drive thru or else I would’ve just left and said forget it. I had my receipt and everything and stayed civil. I ended up flagging down another worker who graciously provided me my chicken nuggets. Next time I’ll just go around in the drive thru and I’d advise the same for others.

They're service was fantastic. We ordered twelve spicy McChicken's. Everything was brought out to us quickly.

Drive Thru service experience was smooth and efficient. Food was the usual McDonald's fare. Pepare yourself for the price increase. I was not.

My daughter had to go inside to get waited on. The servers in the lines outside kept ignoring her!! She went inside and was waited on right away.
