    I ordered the boneless meal deal and had a variety of flavors (4 flavors, 5 wings each) alongside with curly cheese fries. I took my order home just to realize that nothing had seasoning on it. I normally don’t write negative reviews but this is just insane. If the management can’t train their employees to season chicken, what else are they not training them on. Refund my order.

    Any and every food delivery driver will tell you that nearly every Wingstop in the United States is at least in the top three worst restaurants to deal with for gig workers. This one is no exception. The food takes forever to be made, if at all. The employees stand around and look like they're in a drug-induced haze. While I went in to pick up an order tonight, a woman was waiting for hers and ended up getting two metal looking tins full of wings (I assume), and it had sauce all over it. One of the employees went and grabbed a couple of napkins and was trying to wipe it off and it was going everywhere. He then handed it to her and said "here you go." She was asking for a bag, they said they were out, she was asking for anything to wrap around it they said they didn't have anything. So now she's going out to her car to put this container, with sauce all over the place, in her car which is probably going to then get her car all messed up. After waiting for about 10 minutes, with no one helping me, I asked the guy "can you check on this order please?" He mumbled something, sounding like he was in a drug-induced haze, walk back and then all the employees were in the back somewhere. No food was being cooked, nobody was doing anything. My order was not being made. I left without my order. I didn't care to wait. Most gig workers decline all offers from restaurants like this because you can't make money picking up there. And the company doesn't seem to give a damn about anybody. One day, while I was there, they were listening to rap music with all kinds of vulgar language and there were children in the store but they didn't care. This company is one of the worst chains in the United States. Wingstop you should be ashamed of yourself. You have the worst service in the industry. I've never eaten your food and I assure you I never will.

    Horrible customer service. Was sent only sauces vs food. Then im hung up on. Told to come get it, when I very clearly cannot. They hung up on me multiple times. I literally won't ever be supporting this company ever again. When I called today to speak with management they were just as rude and condescending. I reached out to corporate. I understand mistakes happen and we got quite a good giggle out of it at first, but then there was zero solution aside get your money back - which i did.... but customer service is a joke. The reviews speak for itself.... 3 stars? Do not trust this business. This also isn't the first time we've had issues either.

    This place has gone completely downhill in the past couple of months, before I was originally treated by a decently nice staff and clean restaurant now the staff seem they have no idea what to do when they are cooking the food. They stand around like zombies. Not to mention how unsanitary they are. I noticed some weren’t wearing hats with long hair as they repeatedly touched their hair then the food. The lack of gloves is appalling. Not to mention many time there would be no one cooking with what appeared , many orders. I’m not sure what was so important for the 4 young men to not their job. Everything was sloppy and unorganized. I waited for my order for 30+ minutes when I told it would less than ten. I’ve never worked fast food however based off the menu it doesn’t seem that cooking just chicken in fries should take so long even if they were backed up. It’s saddening to see a good place turn sour. Never eat here it’s unsanitary, terrible customer service and you’ll probably get sick.

    Do not order from this store. They don't care about their customers. After placing an $80 order to be delivered, they did not deliver our full order and their only resolution was to credit the account 10%. They refused to deliver the balance of the order and to add to it, the Manager, Jeffrey, hung up on us when we told them that was unacceptable. The wings aren't worth it and the staff is a joke.

    This place had awful customer service and incorrectly made food. It took us 40 minutes to get two boneless chicken wings combos. The employees just stood around doing what appeared to be nothing and once our food came- one had virtually no sauce and the second was flooded. Additionally the one that was flooded with sauce was supposed to be mild and was so hot that my daughter couldn’t even eat it. She made it through one boneless wing and had to quit. Total waste of money.

    Garrett Excellent customer service. Cooked our food fresh and complimented my Jordan's. Always great to see young people on top of it. Every customer I watched come in he greeted and made sure their order was ready. Again I can't express the fact I just didn't get food already cooked. I spend alot at fast food restaurants and often food is cold and hard but this wing stop made sure we was taken care of.

    I’ve been to this location twice. I give it a two star because the first time, the manager was super friendly. I had a longer wait but he was very apologetic. The second time, there was only 3 or 4 very young immature workers. They had 10 people waiting and no one had been helped. They were extremely behind and not friendly in the slightest.
