Last month I had the pleasure of working with Erika at sawyers on a custom wedding band, and wow she and the rest of the team there did such an amazing job with their creative minds and excellent customer service- they are so great to work with. I couldn’t say enough good things about them especially Erika. She made our experience wedding band shopping so fun and easy and we can’t thank her enough. She made my husband and I feel so special with every visit in! Thanks for everything Sawyers, you guys are exceptional and I will forever refer people to your beautiful shop!

I wouldn't even give one star. Took my grandmother's wedding set to them to have it cleaned, and only cleaned, for my wedding. Picked it up the day before my wedding and spent the day sobbing. I will never use Sawyer Jewelers ever again, and will never recommend them. To top it off, when I mentioned this to them recently on a fb post, they blocked me and deleted my comment. I was not rude or crass. Very childish for a business.

My experience with Sawyer was great! My rings were not bought from them, but they still went above and beyond to make sure that they fit my fiance perfectly. Even resizing a second time just to get it perfect. Chip and his staff are excellent. Very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely do business with them again.

Sawyers has been my one and only jeweler since I first stepped into their old store. Their customer service is top notch. After not finding exactly what I was looking for in an engagement ring, they helped me design my own. I get compliments on it to this day, over 3 years later. I have also bought bridesmaid gifts, a pearl ring, pearl bracelet, and custom designed gold right hand ring from them. Their staff is incredible and is always willing to do anything to help you, including thinking outside the box. I would recommend Sawyers to everyone!

I lost a stone in my wedding ring. I dropped it off on Monday night and within 4 days it was fixed, including some upgrades to prevent any future issues. It looks fantastic!

I brought in my silver earrings that are very nostalgic and very broken. I asked for a post to be recreated and requested under a timeline. They were able to do it affordable and under my time request. I picked them up and they were polished and pretty as new !

I️ planned my engagement for two months, putting every detail into the correct order. The only problem was the ring. I️ had went to other jewelers and actually put a down payment on a custom ring. Unfortunately it didn’t work out, 10 weeks went by without anything but I️ picture that didn’t even have the correct diamond cut. Anyways, I️ went to Sawyers and Erika got me a CAD design in four days (before ever giving any money). Then obviously it was a no brainer. Two weeks later I️ had the perfect ring for my soon to be bride. Now months later we go in to get it sized (because I’m a guy and had no idea how to figure out her size without ruining the surprise). They had it sized in less than 24 hours! And to top it all off they gave her a bridal bag with gifts. All this to say this company is very friendly. I️ feel like family going in and talking to the staff. I️ totally recommend them over any other company.

I was referred to Sawyer Jewelers as my husband and I wanted to get a new wedding set for me. I called and spoke to Meagan to ask some questions, she was so nice, she made me feel that my business was appreciated, and even asked my name and when I would like to come in as she asked what I was interested in etc. When we arrived, Meagan had some rings all ready for us to look at, and we felt so welcomed, and again that our business was very much appreciated, and important. The owner Chip even come over and introduced himself, and shook our hands, and we talked a bit, and he as well was so down to earth, friendly and made us feel appreciated. You rarely find that kind of service now days and we also appreciate that very much. We did pick out the most beautiful wedding set. They have a very beautiful large selection but it was really the service alone that we received that sold us for sure! Meagan is very knowledgeable, and skilled, and I never felt uneasy when I asked her questions, as she knows what she is talking about. We trusted Sawyer right from the moment I called, from the moment we walked out. They even gave us a nice bottle if wine to show their appreciation. What a nice touch! We live a little ways away, but even though there are Jewelers closer to home that we have been to in the past, you may as well say they have lost our business, and really should get some training from Sawyer on how to treat people, it really makes a huge difference as great service is very important to us and sadly to say so hard to come by anymore. We loved our experience there and will be sure to do all future business with Sawyer Jewelers, so glad we were referred sice we did not even know about them before this. we want to just say thank you again for your wonderful service and my beautiful ring! I had the absolute worst experience at this jewelry store. I took two of my high-end watches into this jeweler to have a battery changed in one and links taken out of the other. Anyone who knows high-end jewelry knows that they are screws and not pins the young girl behind the desk hammered on both of my watches breaking my extremely high-end Michelle watch and then sent me away without my watches I went back three days later and my Michelle watch would not work. They said there was nothing wrong with the battery which I clearly know better. They told me to contact Michelle directly. I did and Michelle told me my watch was broken from excessive force of banging
