Literally never fill the fries up all the way. It gets annoying to politely let them know that I would like my fries filled up. Everytime I get fries I’m not getting my moneys worth. Literally prefer McDonald’s fries atp because at least they fill it up..

Absolutely worse experience I have ever had at this chicfila after 9pm on 3/1/23. Order taker seemed irritated and not friendly, at the window it was so many workers hitting each other, playing around even one cussing. Orders were mixed up, receipts not working and the manager seemed oblivious and when I asked to speak to her she assumed it was about the receipt even after I said it wasn't several times. I told the employee at the window I come here often and yall need to know we can see everything and this is not good. The chaos and lack of concern or care for their customers was so far from the chic fil a standard. This restaurant has been going down hill and tonight they officially made it there. This was a shame. I am so disappointed in the staff and management at this location!!

I came here to grab dinner for the family & to be expected, the drive-thru was nuts. I mean, they usually are very quick, though, when taking your order & getting you on your way, though. I decided to park & go inside to see if it was any quicker. Wow, I am going inside every time from here on out! The inside was sparse, at best. The service was QUICK & despite the staff really hustling to get the orders for the drive-thru, the overall experience was pleasant. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized they put the wrong sandwich in my bag. The soup for my daughter & wife is what mattered, though. I will be back!

Drive thru was very badly managed. One lane moved quickly but 4 to 5 cars orders would be taken from one lane before they would take an order from second lane. Took 27 minutes to get my order even though my lane had only 3 cars ahead of me. Cars that came in other lane behind me got food and were leaving and my lane hadn't moved at all. And you cannot get out of lane to leave, because I would have.

Morning drive thru and the gent taking my order was not like any chick-fil a associate I've ever dealt with. Very, "take your order" "drink" "drive up". He waited for me to say, you there after every thing said as if he wanted me to just drive away. The young lady that handed me my food with the blue shirt on was very nice.

Never thought I'd see the day when I'd get poor service from a Chick-fil-A. Food great, but service so poor. Plenty of workers to help the only two people in line, but there seemed to be no sense of hospitality. Too much chit chat and not enough service.

Only giving 2 stars cause they don’t cater to dogs like other locations.. my dog and I were looking forward to a nice salad and puppy cup (for her) but this location had nothing for her. I’m disappointed I only go to chick fil A because of the dog friendly stuff .

I went to chick fil a recently , my friend is Asian , I’m American and clearly stated his name as JOE, when we went up to the guy to pay he asked us what our order was and he said it was under Kim. We all know what you did there it’s disrespectful and not funny at all. Anyone who’s worked at a fast food restaurant knows you can see what you look like when you order but the food was good even though you left out two of the sauces we asked for.

Well done remodel.... seems like u get through the drive-thru faster with the NEW set up.... Haven't been inside yet.... They need to bring back the chicken salad sandwich....

My children could eat here every day im glad they take Sunday off so when the kids ask I can say there closed. Best chicken and Mac cheese. Everyone knows chick fil A

The Chick-fil-A experience you expect. Always and every time, fast, friendly service and tasty food. Don't forget to get a chocolate chip cookie for dessert!!

We order $100+ and they can't seem to give chick fil a sauces that we ordered. They will up sell you to order squeeze bottle but if thr app let's me order it then you should give it. Then they gave us the wrong sandwich and never gave us 12 piece nuggets..... Glen Burnie store is slaking.... poor service, can't get a simple order correct...

Love this chick fila. Couple things were wrong and they fixed it .... that was six months ago I like this place. just got a club sandwich no bacon and no freaking cheese. This place has went down since new owners. I don't like this chick fila anymore.

I'm over the price vs portion sizes. I took on a 1 year break to Chick-fil-A because of quantity and price. The size of the chicken filet has greatly reduced. The size of the drink cups reduced, the consistency of fries and quantity, the up charge for sauces and increased prices... Not interested in patronizing any longer.. I tired

My favorite Chik Fil A in all of Maryland. Not too many people inside, all extremely friendly, food made correctly, and overall just an amazing atmosphere. With these recent chicken sandwich wars, the quality has even improved. Love this place, had to leave a review. If your team is reading this, thank you for all the hard work and making my dinners with my wife so comfortable.
