    I came to the window ordered a Big Mac he asked if my order was correct I said yes sir . The employee was offended because it's a He/She and started going back and forth with me at the window . I tried to correct him that I was being polite and it wasn't trying to offend him and he said he's not a sir started cussing getting upset. I will never understand if a guy is a guy and want to be portrayed as a girl how they are offended by being addressed as what he is which a man especially when they're voice still sound manly . Everyone has their preference which is okay no judgement however just inform other what you want to be addressed as .

    Ok I see employees having an attitude is a running gag here as other reviews complained about an employee with an attitude problem. I went there today at about 4 PM to get my goddaughter a Happy Meal through the drive-thru and the attitude the young girl gave me wasn't so "Happy" to me. She acted like giving someone a Happy Meal was the worst thing like I was Bane & she was Batman and I broke her back. Then she told me to pull up to the secondary window but didn't give me the flat watery soda at least. If you don't like your job quick and find another I'm sure someone else will appreciate having her job.

    I was just there. Every time that I go in the store to order, they never give me my medium drink cup that comes with the combo meal. And when I ask for the cup, the same person who put my order on the counter will walk away, pretending like they didn't hear me. And this particular time, when I finally got a team member to get me my cup, he hands me a small. I show him my receipt so he sees that it's a medium that I should get and he tries to tell me that the small cup is a medium. He finally gives me the correct cup, but says that it's a large, even though it says medium on the side. Like he's doing me a favor when he's not. So either he can't read, which is a little concerning, don't you think? Or he felt like messing with someone, in this case me, just to make his job less boring? I couldn't say for sure his motive.

    Every single time I go they mess up my order and take forever at the drive thru, asking me what I got 2-3 times. I got my step son a happy meal and they gave him an already used booklet for his toy which is ridiculous! I recommend never going to this location and go to the Ordnance Rd. location instead.

    So I’m literally writing this review while I’m sitting in this drive thru. When I tell you this has got to be the worst experience at any McDonald’s location of all the ones I’ve visited…and I have been to A LOT!!! All started when my mobile order was accidentally placed at this location instead of the one I usually patronize. I thought, ok. I’ll just have to drive a little further up the road to pick up the food. I get there and the double drive thru line was literally wrapped all the way around as to where no one was moving at all! I mean people actually had put their cars in park mode waiting. Then they stopped taking any orders unless you were a mobile order that had already ordered or door dash. Very unorganized, very very long winded. The goal should ALWAYS be to get the customers out of there! There are other McDonald’s in the vicinity that NEVER have that kind of of delay. I don’t know who the head manager running that one is, but they seriously NEED to do better with that location and their employees. There’s NO reason for anyone to sit in any drive thru for 30-40 minutes, whether it’s day or night, 30 minutes which is the time it literally took for me to get one sandwich, one fry and a drink. The only reason I stayed was because it was already paid for…other than that, I would’ve definitely pulled off as other were. I will NEVER return to that location and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worse enemy. Do yourself a favor and go right next door to CHECKERS! #dobetter #insane #badcustomerservice

    Placed order with them. They canceled order mins. later with no reason as to why. Doordash couldn't tell me why.. store manager refused to find out why the order was canelled. This is not the first time the location as been unwill, rude, or just unable to fulfill my request. I keep hoping as employees change things would change, but sadly they don't. I guess it's time to change where I eat.

    By far the worst McDonald's around Glen Burnie! Every time I go there it's an issue. Went last night after taking the kids to a late movie I order 4 - 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal all with extra frys and two cheeseburger kids meals again with extra frys.. they give us the order we pull around the building kids get 3 4 piece nuggets and one kid got cookies in his box and no extra frys at all.. I go back around they are closed inside. I tell them she said pull to 2nd window says she wants all the boxes back so I give her them back she comes back and hands them back THEY ALL STILL HAVE 4 NUGGETS AND ONE FRY she took the cookies out and that was it! I sit there for at least 5 mins thinking they would see me nope they ignore me . So we leave the kids eat what they have.. and I paid for all 6 piece nuggets... She is very rude!!

    i placed an online order. my fries were packaged incorrectly, i was missing half my food and all of my drinks. i tried calling this location and was left there to ring out until the line went dead 3 times. i have contacted corporate, i hope this location gets looked at soon considering they cant do their job correctly or respond to their customers correctly. very disappointed.

    Customer service is great but it's sad every time I order something and I'm missing a few items. so of course pull everything out the bag and figure out what I'm missing. Other than that they do replace the missing items it's just sucks everytime I order I know I have to go through everything to make sure I have it. Also make sure if you get a quarter pounder anything with thick meat you check the center of it because a few times my burger wasn't cooked all the way!! Other than that it's pretty clean and the customer service is great.. And the manager Sean is amazing

    First time at this location and it was clean and the service was fast. The gentleman that give me my food was so awesome went I wanted to change my drink to a frozen drink he was nice about without charging me. If I am in the area again I wud definitely go back. Go and get some Hot 🍟burger 🍔 and cold🥤...😊👍

    Went to this place via drive thru around 10PM waited 5 mins in the drive thru speaker got zero communication while waiting. So I decided to pull forward and maybe see if I can just order through the drive thru window instead. The lady seemed like an older lady I believe bashed my dad and said he needs to be patient and wait because the long is line. While I understand the line is long. Communication at the drive thru speaker stating “ one moment please or give me a second “ would have been very helpful. Instead she attacked my dad verbally and denied his right to order through the window instead. Awful communication from this lady.

    Every night when I get off work I tried to go to this location. It is supposed to be a 24 hour restaurant. However, when I show up early of the morning this time, it was A little before four am I find the employees outside. And they tell me either their system is down. Or they're not opening until after four am. If I can give zero stars I would unfortunately to leave a review I have to at least give one.

    Your service here is absolute trash from the management down. First and foremost, I was trying to feed two homeless men, I ordered 2 McChickens, 2 Large fries, and 2 drinks that were 1.69 each. The total came up to over 17 dollars. I used a coupon in the app for 20% off purchase of $10 or more. McDonald's employees try to tell me that I can't use my coupon on my order because they automatically promo McChickens and I would have to be charged full price for those. Then I wanted to pay seperate amounts on seperate cards being that the order was more than what I expected and this manager that stood before me actually yelled at me and talked with the utmost rudeness. I have never been treated so badly. I guess people just let people work as long as they are burning up the clock. I hate it here!!!

    Not sure what was going on but I said in the drive-thru window while the left side was continuously going. I watched probably five cars good service and I was still sitting there. When the person at the window finally spoke she didn't apologize and told me to hold on still rudely. And I was trying to explain to her Hey it's been multiple cars that got waited on and we're still backed up in this line. She didn't say anything or offered an apology and check in mind I still had to wait so I left. Customer service got to be better regards to paying customers people coming through the drive-through window like we shouldn't have to be waiting so long

    I’m writing this as I’ve been sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes and the line has yet to move. It’s always the same thing at this location. The drive thru takes years and then your food is always messed up or missing something. Every single time. Go to the next closest location. Update: it’s now been 20 mins and I have yet to make it to the window to pay.

    They always get the order right and it's usually fresh ....they might wanna work on their attitudes a little smile or even hello have a good day ...not one did that I interacted with 5 different employees that day ...2 were arguing when we went for lunch ( in the pay window) and breakfast not one was polite.not one said anything at all..still better then an attitudes getting cold or wrong food so counting my blessings..smile it might change your life or someone else's

    Come here if you want to be told the computer doesn't work or they don't have something. I've been here multiple times and everytime the computer is down or they don't have something. Location is convenient but skip this one.

    The guy in there complained about everyone ordering a big breakfast. U got my order went back to the motel looked in the bag he forgot 🙄 my 🥞. Went back to the restaurant told him what happened not even a I'm sorry 😐 or anything. But it's ok I ordered a sausage McMuffin he placed the 🥞 in my bag and the lady put the McMuffin in my bag I had a free meal well worth it 😁

    I’d give zero stars, if possible. I seem to have an issue almost every time I go here. Today, I went through the drive thru, asked for a number 7 meal (2 cheeseburger meal) and they rang it all up as individual items, adding a few dollars. When I asked about it, I was told, “we don’t have a cheeseburger meal.” After 5 minutes explaining that it is an actual meal because I WAS LOOKING AT IT ON THEIR DRIVE MENU and them finally fixing it, I approached the window to pay where I received an attitude for their mistake. FINALLY I LEAVE and get home to eat and find out they GAVE ME THE INCORRECT ITEMS. This place is a joke. Eat at the Wendy’s next door.

    You can expect the usual taste of your meals ordered, but it's possible to see dirty tables, floor, and windows... if you made an order in the kiosko to eat in the restaurant do not wait to receive it in the table, they will call your number order... that you need to memorize because the kiosko does not print the receipt.

    The worst customer service ever!! The manager is rude and along with her employees. There were 3 cars in the drive through and they were so rude and unprofessional. This problem needs to be addressed, the behavior is unacceptable. We decided not to get our food and leave after being mistreated.

    If I could give no stars I would. I will NEVER go to this one again. I ordered a number 1 with a coke. Guy responds so just the sandwich, no the meal with a coke. Get to the first window holding my money for a good 30 seconds at the guy in the window but he is to busy talking to another worker there. I get to the second window and I'm asked for my receipt again. So ok I give him thereceipt. . He looks through a couple bags hands me the bag . As I'm pulling off I go to get a fry and they are Freezing cold! I immediately turn around different go back in and they replace my fries. I should of checked the sandwich after that but I didn't thinking no way both things will be wrong. I go to my home 5 mins away. Open my sandwich which is taped shut I'm like ok , as I read it I'm thinking this had to be something special someone ordered. Open it up COLD, old yellow lettuce and 3 burgers on its I look at the time on the sticker on the burger 15:53 now I know military time as I was married to a marine for 15 years, that is 353 pm. I proceed to look at my receipt I ordered at 4:34 so you mean to tell me they gave me almost an hour old burger that was just sitting there. I'll be calling the heath department

    Ordered on my mobile app today. Order number 1614 and 1615 Both orders had a large fri and there was hardly enough fries for a medium in them. 1/4 Lb burger was not cooked fresh. These are things that normally do not happen. But today, not a happy customer. I eat fast food about once a week and what place I choose is normally decided by quality and service, and how full the fries are is a byproduct of service. So you missed on both today. I will say the fries tasted good and hot. Edit, 5/6/2022 Same meal. Royal with cheese. Not fresh again. Today however, I had time to go back, unlike last time. Manager saw me walking back in with sandwich in hand and immediately gave me her undivided attention. I told her it was dry and I did not mind waiting. Without hesitation she had the grill team start an "fresh off the grill" sandwich. I like how she handled it but I thought all quarter pounders were supposed to be cooked fresh to order? Anyway, delicious when fresh.
