    I would like to start this off by saying that I did find everything I was looking for. The problem started in aisle F19 (near the fitting room) after my sister my mother and I saw this woman slip and bust her (recently operated on) knee. I got an employee to find the "Coach" Parrish, who was extremely rude to us. He told us to leave even though we were translating for him since she speaks Spanish until a native spanish speaker came. There were 5 employees crowding this woman just to stare but the only 3 witnesses have to leave? I had to call 911. While we were waiting an employee named Kim came over and tried to wipe up the spill before the manager took an incident report. They kept me there in the store to give THEM a statement and prevented me from giving the police my statement but still dismissed me and ignored me when I tried to answer. Not only did they wipe up the spill, they didn't ask if she was okay, they didn't ask if we called an ambulance or offer to call one himself, they offered no aid, no chair, and they didnt even block the spill so other people wouldnt slip and of course we got yelled at for controlling traffic. When Parrish first walked up he stepped directly in the spill and when we tried to warn him he got defensive as if he wasn't destroying the evidence. We're not coming back here. The other Walmart and their employees are better.

    On-line says they have what I want in stock. They don't. I decide on something similar. Use THEIR app to scan the code on the shelf to make sure it is correct product. Shelf says $70, app says $59.88. Two employees say the cashier can honor that price. Employee needs manager. Nope, won't do it. But I could stand right there and order it on-line to have it brought to my car for $59.88 and waste their employee's time since I have it right here in my car. Went to Target.

    IF you must go in a Walmart, do yourself a favor and skip this one. I use the self check-out. I had a Walmart gift card that I wanted to use. It did not work in the self check-out because the lady said it had a scratch. Keep in mind I had been in line for 15 minutes. I was taken to three additional lines for all of three cashiers to say, I don't have time to enter the numbers on the card. By this point, I am livid and pay for my items without the gift card. So, five cashiers are clueless and the manager never came, after I waited.

    Overall this is a nice and clean store. They are busy if you don't go early, but seem to be good at opening more checkouts. They have self-checkout that you can use if you only have a few items or are in a rush. Often times the self-checkout is card only (no cash) so keep that in mind if you need to use it. I would suggest bringing a cart in with you if you see one, half the time they don't have carts inside and I ha e to go back out to the lot to grab one.

    Agonizingly long wait times for online pick up. Took 2 and a half hours to bring out the item (1 singular item) i ordered. No updates on how long you need to wait and the associates don’t seem to care. Wouldn’t recommend ordering for pick up at this Walmart or just come prepared to sit for a while and might as well bring a snack and blankets with you to help with the wait.

    Dec 28,2023 at 3:00 PM . I had ordered some photos for one hour pick up . I got notified they were ready . Once I arrived , I asked at the photo center the lady couldn’t find them for at least one hour when I got an email saying it was ready . After one hour of waiting , the whole time the printer was broken . No communication between workers . I was sent to customer service and KAREN said there was nothing she could do as a manager . It’s fine if the printer wasn’t working but being able to find me a solution was not important or notifying us .

    I had a question about an item I saw on Google for a certain price. The Google listing was a Walmart ad. If you clicked on the Google add it took you to the Walmart page. I asked a worker about this at the self checkout and she had the nastiest attitude when she "said we ain't google". I told her I understand Walmart is not Google but the ad goes to Walmart. She then said again "we ain't google and we don't don't price match no Google price". So I purchased the item and left. She then yells at the person at the door "better check that one". I was so irritated by the way I was treated.

    Grocery pickup here is terrible. The last two times I've gotten groceries have been especially bad. First they put someone else's groceries in my car after we had waited 30 mins to even get the groceries and when I was already a mile down the road they called me to come back so they could fix the mistake. Today we did pickup again and I waited one hour in the parking lot for my groceries to be brought out. I believe my grocery pickup days are over here. Waiting an hour after check in takes the convenience out of grocery pickup.

    NEVER have I ever experienced such warm smiles, professionalism and willingness to assist from the pharmacy until today, 7/4 from 2 stellar employees, Crystal and Amin. Pharmacist Amin left from behind the counter and humbly took the time to show me exactly what I needed. Crystal had a flawless smile and a sense of urgency to assist me. The prescription was filled fast and I left with a smile on my face. I don't think either of them realized how much they made my day.

    I loath this Walmart with a passion. Aside from being out of stock of almost everything daily, it is unorganized, disheveled and you almost seem to be a bother to the associates. I pretty much avoid at all costs.

    5/6/23 It's Wal-Mart. Used the self-checkout line. At least two registers were offline. The remaining open registers were in use by [insert expletives] customers. The register manager paid little or no attention to the open registers -- which were hopelessly stalled. Instead, she amused herself with a Nerf pop-gun. Mostly, it was just a long 15 minutes.

    I hate the self check out lines. If I wanted a job working at Walmart, I would have applied. Get them registers open. Lines are ALWAYS down the aisle. Just ridiculous!!!

    Go to a different location (or even another company) for photos. Poor signage of the photo center location, very poor quality of image (mounted picture was hanging off of the mounted frame), said product was ready on same day but was not. Took 2 more days to complete. Poor customer service - one person was busy facetiming on her phone on a personal call while "trying" to find my order then said she would get someone - never did. Another person did show up and found my order. Horrible service, horrible quality!! Go somewhere else!

    Not so bad. 2 registers open when we got there at like 8:00am and two more opened as the lines got longer. Lots of self check out lanes. Didn't care for the people pulling on line orders. They weren't friendly. It was like they where customers and not employees. They push past block the spots with big carts making you fell you are in the way. Over all we where in and out without to much trouble. What's has happened to price scanners? Use to be a big help.

    Not sure how this place has more than 3 stars tbh. The workers do nothing but stand around, and that caused absolutely no lines to be open, making everybody go through scan and.go. This is the only thing I will complain about, as it is absolutely absurd how there were NO lines open, especially at still such an early time.

    This is a good Walmart. Inside is usually well stocked and the checkout lines move fast. I do the online pick up which is free and awesome. The pick up staff were fast and friendly.

    Understaffed. So I don’t live in this area, but the photo wall art had to be sent there so I had to go to this location. There were about 5 of us trying to pick up orders since receiving a text to pick it up, and we could not get it because they had someone there who did not know how to work the photo area. The poor girl was trying to help is the best she could and no manger came to her aid. It was mothers day and after 20 min I had to leave without my product. Now I don’t know when I’ll be able to get there again so it wind up being a waste of time and gas going out my way to get a gift that I could not even retrieve😫. Thanks a lot Walmart, please do better. This falls on the mng for not staffing properly or being available when needed. Shout out to the lady who works in the phones section, she tried the best she could to help, even walked to fl to try to get a mng👏. Ty for your great support.

    It was an okay experience, the prices weren't as reasonable as I first thought it'd be. Honestly, a portable stove shouldn't be $30.00. In fact its 15.00 just for 1 burner while 2 was 30.00. I find it ridiculous. I went to get towels and wash clothes. Honestly I am grateful there is a dollar store or family dollar, because lord have mercy the price just for 1 towel was 10-13 dollars! The wash clothes were about 1.79 or so...not bad but I saw some that were up to $5.00-7.00. There's no way I want to pay 10 or 14 dollars for a towel when the dollar store is less... I know prices have gone up, since last time I got me a burner. I paid only $9.99 for a 2 burner before... But it's crazy how now I have to pay double the price on both. I wasn't too happy 😓honestly for the 1 burner it wasn't worth no $14.99 that should've been only $7.99 to $9.99...

    The lady who worked at Walmart went above and beyond to help me find a wine opener. They put it in an isle that had nothing to do with wine near the milk isle. She was really friendly and explained why stores do this because it leads you to buy a whole lot of other stuff to go with the wine opener. Lol. Like plan to cook an entire romantic dinner and all the stuff that goes with it; food, candles, new bedding, cute outfit, perfume, etc, etc. ,😂😂😂 All I wanted to do was have a glass of wine by myself. Lol. No wonder the wine opener was such a great deal. ,😄😄😄

    Low prices and variety are great, but the shelves are seldom stocked well even though you have to maneuver around stocking carts. #1 problem is that 1 or 2 cashiers are open even though you will encounter 50 employees while shopping. The employees are always helpful and courteous. Hate self check out unless I only have a few items.

    The store Manager is a breath of fresh air! I notice a big difference in the quality of staff. I am always greeted when I arrive and even if an item is out of stock, the associates always point me in the right direction at other nearby locations.

    We had more verizon issues and needed to go to the cell service center where life became a little easier. Renee was so helpful, she listened to our concerns, and solved our problems. It became busy and she kept her cool while helping each customer efficiently and professionally. There are not too many customer service interactions I've had recently that were helpful or stress less, but today I was pleasantly surprised.

    It was my first time here, and I had to say that I was shocked with what I experienced yesterday. The store was very clean. The employees were helpful and courteous. The shoppers were very nice and respectful. I expected to have the same old problems that I always had with Wal-Mart, but instead, I had the most pleasant experience while shopping here. Keep up the good work guys!

    The biggest problem I had was at check-out I noticed only 2 people at checkout #5 yet the light was out. So I ask the cashier if she was open and she said "no" so I went to another line but then I noticed she kept taking people the whole time I was in line. She also told the lady in front of me the same thing...after 15min or so her line do start to grow, but notice she kept her light off...

    Great place to buy pet Supplies at discounted prices. I needed kitten formula. The Pet stores are expensive compared to Walmart. There are many options for pet food and kitty litter. A great place to save on food and household items. Large store with an Optical where I got my eye exam and purchased fashionable glasses at a great price.

    Ordered home delivery with reserved date on Friday. While shopping, several items marked as unavailable. Put shipping order in for those items. They were delivered by the store the next day. Original shopped order placed on delayed status. No word on delivery time. Customer Service could not help, was told to call the store. Called multiple times and all numbers over next 3 days, never got anyone to pick up a phone. Only recourse was to cancel the order. Third time this has happened. Going back to Target.
