I’ve
been
coming
to
this
Chili’s
for
years
as
it’s
the
only
one
left
in
the
area.
We
had
the
absolute
worst
service
tonight
that
I’ve
ever
experienced
here.
When
we
arrived,
we
were
seated
in
the
bar.
There
were
multiple
servers
working
the
section
that
kept
walking
by
us.
We
sat
at
the
table
for
almost
20
minutes
before
a
server
finally
came
to
our
table.
She
asked
if
we
were
ready
to
order
drinks,
and
we
let
her
know
we
wanted
to
place
our
entire
order.
Both
of
us
ordered
a
three
for
me
combo
(drink,
salad,
entree)
and
an
alcoholic
beverage,
and
then
we
ordered
an
app
for
the
table.
Our
salads
came
out
almost
immediately,
but
it
took
another
twenty
minutes
before
my
iced
tea
and
her
water
came
out.
Our
server
apologized
and
said
their
drink
runner
had
left
for
the
night.
We
got
our
entrees
after
another
15
minutes,
and
our
server
asked
if
we
needed
any
extra
mayo
or
sauce.
We
each
asked
for
ranch,
and
she
said
she’d
be
right
back.
But
she
never
came
back
to
the
table.
Not
only
did
we
not
receive
the
ranch
or
refills
on
our
drinks,
but
we
never
got
our
appetizer
or
our
alcoholic
beverages.
We
paid
our
check
on
the
table
top
kiosk
and
left.
We’re
pretty
understanding
about
issues
with
service
when
a
restaurant
is
busy
or
understaffed,
but
this
was
not
the
case
tonight.
Multiple
servers
were
working
the
bar
area,
and
there
were
only
three
other
tables
in
there
and
maybe
2-3
tables
in
the
dining
room
during
the
entirety
of
our
visit.
The
bar
was
empty
during
most
of
our
visit.
There’s
no
good
reason
why
we
were
missing
a
chunk
of
our
order
and
received
next
to
no
service
with
that
many
people
working
more
than
an
hour
before
close.
The
only
reason
this
isn’t
a
1
star
is
that
the
food
we
did
get
was
good,
and
we
typically
do
not
have
service
this
poor
in
the
dining
room.
If
I
go
back
any
time
soon,
I’ll
definitely
be
sitting
on
that
side
of
the
restaurant
over
the
bar.
