Service was great. The food was good and it was a good value. Didnt like the straws were the paper ones. The bathroom was not clean at all.

Received a togo order and I got this..... I was given about 6 tablespoons of rice, the cheese didn't even fill the ram anout 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese. The beef wasn't cooked all the way through. I am mad my husband paid for this. Ya'll really don't care. I am a chef and I would have beeen ashamed to serve this at home let alone a restaurant. Do better.

August 2022, unfortunately they took their Awesome Blossom Petals onion appetizer off the menu. Really bad move. It was one of the specific reasons we would visit this place. Vegetarian wifes black bean burger was slightly burnt. I had the Boss Burger (pic) with a cup of chili instead of fries. Chili (pic) was great and the burger was so big that I picked brisket off the top and mix it with my chili, delicious. The burger really was like a mountain of four different meats so I ate it layer by layer. Too big for one meal. Next visit we had the pick 3 appetizer platter (pic). Onion pedals, Southwest eggroll, crispy chicken strips. All three were five-star perfect would order them again, especially the crispy/flaky chicken strips. A waitress was really rude to me when I accidentally walked into the kitchen to get to the bathroom. No reason for that.

Our server Sasha was amazing. It was my first time there and I really enjoyed myself and the food was great.

I went here on Saturday and noticed some trash on the floor. The section I got seated at was kind of busy and our waitress Lisa was great. She was the bartender also and did great at taking care of us. We got the frozen mozzarella which was good very cheesy. The marinara sauce was okay. I got the chicken fajitas with corn tortillas which was good. The portion size was perfect just wish I got a little bit more rice. The guacamole was $1 extra and it was only a sauce cup worth. It was a little brown on top like it had been sitting for a bit. We got the October Halloween drink special which was yummy. We would come back if we’re in the area and looking for food. The parking lot at the top near the back of the restaurant is tight. It’s best to park near the stairs because they lead to the main entrance.

First time at this place. Never had chilis before the boneless Buffalo wings, my Cajun chicken pasta, and Caesar salad. Was good. I also got a mango lemonade and ice tea drink it was good as well. My waitress was so nice and considerate. Never had to ask for another drink. I tipped her well . So she gave me a free cheesecake which was so good . I’ll be back🤭

First I must commend our server I did not get her name but it was 12,:30 pm Wednesday February 7 she said she had worked for Chili's 35 years. She was attentive professional knowledgeable and her interpersonal skills were unmatched. The portions of food are amazing. I had not been to Chili's in about 15 years and it was still good looked the same no real vibe but great food. I had the grilled chicken avocado and bacon and Swiss it was huge perfectly cooked and everything fresh they did not skip on any part of the sandwich. I also ordered the quacomole and chips it was delicious I could not believe the amount of warm crispy chips enough chips to feed 5. My friend had the smokehouse brisket quesadilla and sausage and street corn she loved all of it. She could not finish We both had The Presidente margherita it was all good. We will be back and again thanks to the great server. Also food came out quick

Had a craving for good food and we arrived during a thunderstorm. We were seated by a friendly host and had our server Lisa take great care of us and made sure we had a great experience and even switched out my drink after the first drink for a watermelon Lemonade which was amazing. My steak was cooked perfectly and the loaded mashed potatoes were awesome and the $1 upcharge on the delicious sweet street corn was worth it Lisa sides suggestions were on point and the meal was outstanding. With our drinks constantly refilled when they were low . A outstanding meal experience

Very good and cooked to order. Hotel food this week was a bit underwhelming. 😋 Great standby open late. Super friendly helpful waitress. Wish I got her name. Side salad starter.

As my son says, "Don't sleep on Chili's!" We hadn't been to a Chili's in YEARS until we ran across this location. Not for any bad reasons. We just haven't lived near on in a while. At this location, we've never had a wait (even though the place always has a ton of customers). The food has been great, and the wait staff has always been attentive. We'll definitely continue to be return customers!

Very good place to grab an inexpensive date night meal. The restaurant was fairly busy for a Sunday night with playoff games on. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and 2 entrees. Drinks came out super fast as well as food. Our appetizer took a little longer than expect but we just mentioned to our waiter, Frank, that we didn’t receive it. He was very apologetic and prompt on checking on it. Once he got an answer he came back to tell us what was going on then spoke with his manager. The manager even personally came out to apologize for the inconvenience and to make it right purchased the appetizer for us. We weren’t complaining about it, just didn’t want it to go forgotten. But we will certainly be back!

I went HERE to this location for Lunch !! Its Monday @ 3:12 pm . IT WAS A HANDFUL OF customers. We stood there waiting to get greeted &We felt invisible. Terrible customers service the Fat female Employee finally came over and said it's a 15 minute wait ✋️ I then replied 15 minute wait with less than 20 customers period that was sitting . I truly feel this is RACISM . I came to this location back in 2019 there was totally different crew . But as of Today June 19 2023 that crew that's there now I will NEVER return!!!! Who ever Upper management is yall need to retrain . Or get rid of that crew Immediately

Had a terrible experience this evening. Lisa, the server in the bar area, called me a liar when I told her the beer was flat. She told me her other customers had been drinking it all night. Then when I insisted she take it back, she brought me other beer because I was correct. Never received an apology. Then when it was time to close my tab, she explained how she removed the beer that had been sent back. When I was paying, She proceeded to make up excuses as to why she needed to see how much I tipped her so she could make sure my payment went through. Insinuating that I was either not going to leave a tip or that I was going to dine and dash. Very rude and unprofessional. My wife and I go to that location a couple times a week to watch the games and enjoy the atmosphere. We were so disappointed and disgusted with our experience tonight. Lisa needs a better trainer, or maybe should practice being a hostess before she’s allowed to serve people. A tip is extra, not a guarantee. I guess we’ll have to start going to Glory Days instead.

We were seated immediately. After reviewing the menu, the 3 for 10 isn't actually 3 for 10. We were able to order our food quickly. My appetizer my cold and had to be sent back repeatedly. Silverware was filthy, we asked for hot water which never came. Me and my daughters meal came out, my husband's came out 35 after ours. The waitress rarely visited our table. When I asked for a supervisor, she seemed irritated and had no urgency whatsoever. The manager wasn't any better. Will never be returning. It was actually the worse experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

Stopped in last night for a quick bite to eat. They were pretty busy and it took the greeter about 10 mins to come assist and/or acknowledge us standing there. Other employees walked by and said nothing. Just as we were about to leave, she showed up, no apology, just proceeded to look for places for us to sit as if we were bothering her. Our waiter was nice and attentive. Food was hot and fresh and the atmosphere was pleasant for a bar. I come here from time to time and it's usually a great experience.

The food is honestly hit or miss, margaritas are always amazing. We love going here. We always make it a point to go when Drew is working. He is a fantastic waiter and always makes sure we are well taken care of!

This Chili's is showing its age. Worn but serviceable, food was still good. I was somewhat distracted by the service staff. All of them were excessively tattooed, pinned, and blued. Very casual and less than professional. Had to wave them down for refills as they did not check on us. The worn atmosphere, rough dirty STICKY! floor and very young staff add up to a subpar visit, and similar to the last Chili's elsewhere I visited. Too bad because I love the food!

I’ve been coming to this Chili’s for years as it’s the only one left in the area. We had the absolute worst service tonight that I’ve ever experienced here. When we arrived, we were seated in the bar. There were multiple servers working the section that kept walking by us. We sat at the table for almost 20 minutes before a server finally came to our table. She asked if we were ready to order drinks, and we let her know we wanted to place our entire order. Both of us ordered a three for me combo (drink, salad, entree) and an alcoholic beverage, and then we ordered an app for the table. Our salads came out almost immediately, but it took another twenty minutes before my iced tea and her water came out. Our server apologized and said their drink runner had left for the night. We got our entrees after another 15 minutes, and our server asked if we needed any extra mayo or sauce. We each asked for ranch, and she said she’d be right back. But she never came back to the table. Not only did we not receive the ranch or refills on our drinks, but we never got our appetizer or our alcoholic beverages. We paid our check on the table top kiosk and left. We’re pretty understanding about issues with service when a restaurant is busy or understaffed, but this was not the case tonight. Multiple servers were working the bar area, and there were only three other tables in there and maybe 2-3 tables in the dining room during the entirety of our visit. The bar was empty during most of our visit. There’s no good reason why we were missing a chunk of our order and received next to no service with that many people working more than an hour before close. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is that the food we did get was good, and we typically do not have service this poor in the dining room. If I go back any time soon, I’ll definitely be sitting on that side of the restaurant over the bar.

Me and my family usually eat here and it’s always good but this was one of the first times we did takeout and the portion size is definitely not the same as in person. We were disappointed.

Was a nice spot for some quick drinks with friends. Our waitress was nice and went out of her way even with showing up shortly before they closed

Some of the food was very good, but service was terrible. They had a very large amount of employees working and it was extremely slow. It took almost 20 minutes for our waitress to bring our check out. That's not necessarily her fault because she had a very large group, but with so many workers in there, you would expect some kind of assistance to provide quicker service to the guests. On a lighter note, the baby back ribs were better than I expected. Full of meat, tender, sweet, and very moist ( not an ounce of dryness ). Something that dissapointed me a bit was the sad, floppy, cold side of garlic bread that came with the smokehouse combo. It tasted like thawed out Texas toast, but without the toasting.

Food was okay..but our host Jessica was exceptional! Normally you're given a table then abandoned until food arrives. We were given great customer service and friendly smiles. This is what I look for when I decide to spend extra on going out,good job young lady

I have been to many restaurants and the service here is great. Our server Samantha was awesome, she made sure that we had our drinks and food fast while taking care of many other tables. Three of our of our group had the sirlon steak and all commented on the flavor being the best.
