This is a good quality airport. Going throughout this airport was very smooth for me. The tsa lines can be pretty long but they do their best. The layout is very good. There are a ton of restaurants and shops to visit while waiting for your flight.

Although I only changed planes at this airport, I had to write a review because these were the best bathrooms! They were so clean, recently renovated and according to a banner on the wall they were award winning. I really loved them because there were multiple hooks to hand bags while in the bathroom stalls and the door locks actually worked. There are lots of food choices and retail available. There was also plenty of seating while you wait for your flight.

I have always adored going to air ports. This magnificent building tops them all. The bright colorful architectural design with the mix of culture and music makes this place seem as a cloud nine on the ground. The beautiful planes keep the place exciting. I love all of the restaurants and and the gift shops, there's truly always something new to discover in the wonderland. There is a great variety of places to go. There is even a PLAY PLACE! The atmosphere is truly breathtaking. I love the workers, they are beautiful and kind and very much friendly. I love to hear the soothing sound of the beautiful employees, it softens my lonely heart. Come and and become one of us!

I always find BWI airport to be clean, efficient and easy to park for. In my opinion it's one of the better airports in the United states. The Southwest terminal is fantastic and the rest of the airport seems to be catching up. While there are very few international flights. When used the international terminal is also excellent. The food selection throughout the airport is all so now above average.

A very easy to navigate airport. Great signage, lots of places to charge devices, wide variety of sitting areas from private work cubes to comfy rocking chairs overlooking the airplanes. I really like the light rail system enabling a nice way to continue the travel adventure on my way downtown.

Family bathrooms, charging stations, quick security. Decent airport. The international area is pretty small with only one restaurant in the E- section, but its easy enough to walk to D if you're ahead of schedule. Didn't have to park, but was able to access my airline from the front door.

Expansive walking areas from security to the gates. There are plenty of restrooms, but in certain gate wings, there are no readily available shops for food and snack basics other than einstein bagels and a long line restaurant. I just wanted to purchase sone snacks and water. Most of The Southwest airlines gates did not have charging areas for phones it iPads, which was a pain. But the airport was clean and the flight attendants were nice. Jasmin at the help desk was wonderful, patient and helpful. Also, the bathrooms do not have any toilet covers, which, especially post covid, I think is a necessity!

Great experience indeed! Charger outlets everywhere and plenty of great places to shop and eat. Even rode an updated Southwest plane! Thanks for the hospitality and love BWI.

6-9-22 Came to Maryland for a graduation and I enjoyed my stay. Airport has a small cafeteria before checking in and has restaurants near the gates where you board. There is places where you can get a drink and a nice meal. There are little places you can shop for things you may need for your travel. Everyone has been helpful and nice. Bathroom needed attention though.

If you are traveling either on DC or Baltimore , this airport is ideal , it’s close of both places. Personally I get more deals on this airport when traveling around than the other one(DCA). This airport is very clean and has all the stores you need to make your trip easier. It’s not very crowded which is a plus for me.

Very clean airport, and traffic wasn’t too bad. The arrival/departure/drop off was easy and the staff was very helpful. The prices were overpriced but that’s just airports in general. Will definitely fly through BWI again 👍

Returning the car was a smoother process than picking up the rental. However, there was no signage at the Return entrance of Thrifty. The entrance is closed, so I entered at Budget and was informed to go out and enter through Hertz. Upon entering though Hertz, there was a Thrifty sign.

TSA checking was pretty quick and easy. Shuttle service was prompt. The entire area was clean except a family restroom which I complained on the suggested number and they addressed it in few minutes. Nice arts display on different areas. Plenty of amenities and shops.

Really nice airport. Extremely clean and organized for as busy as it is. Plenty of places to eat, shop and charge your electronics. I don't fly very often but this airport made it easy. The staff where friendly and happy to answer any questions i had. Thank you!

A nice airport! The improvements are appreciated—especially the bathrooms. Many ladies were complimenting them as they were leaving. Photos show how modern and clean they are now.

BWI is big and it spread out. When you enter you don't really come to know about the layout. A lot to walk if your gates are D and beyond. Lots of Restaurants and Refreshment Outlets. It needs an upgrade with respect to interiors, the AC ducts and wiring are visible at certain places. All in all a good airport for affordable flying.

Easy to navigate. Food selections are limited. Pretty clean. Southwest ops agent was rude other than that 4/5 ⭐️

This airport is HUGE! It’s the second largest base for Southwest (following Chicago Midway). The personnel were VERY friendly. It’s relatively easy to maneuver through, considering the fact that as soon as I deplaned, I had to walk from Concourse A to Concourse B to reach my connecting gate. There is a food court right in between the concourses, which has McDonald’s, Chipotle, just to name a few things. There’s also plenty of shops.
