This is the Worst place ever to get your hair cut. I went in to get a simple under cut and came out with only 2 inches! And it was the manager who did it! I called to complain and was told by Lopez " we are all human, she made a mistake! So what do you want us to do about it! ". " We can't grow your hair back for you!" Unreal! No need to go into anymore detail but at this point I am seeking legal advice. My hair was half way down my back and is now so butchef off that I can't even put a clip on it. Beware and Forewarned!! This is all in my opinion. Thank you

I place an appointment 3 days ago for today at 9am. When I got there a woman gave me a look and said "women's hair cuts?". That's not really a response. I said I had an appointment today at 9am and said I must have booked it somewhere else. This is the only place that's open at 9am. I also double checked my phone log and this was the place. Just kinda annoyed....waiting an hour now for walmart hair salon to open

Renee is the best barber or hair stylist I have been to in years. I am always extremely satisfied with my haircuts. I am super critical of my hair normally. I have gone to a lot of places, and they just dont blend it right or cut it too short to the point i don't feel like I look good. With her, I know I will look good! Thank you.

Renee is seriously the greatest! She was meticulous and got my cut exactly what I wanted. She was very friendly and kind. She offered fun tips and saying advice. I will definitely stay a client of hers!!

Got my haircut there for the first time. I wanted side swift bangs, but they cut way too much so half my head in the front is a thick layer of bangs! I just can't wait for my hair to grow.

Emma knew just what I wanted and I got it!!! Pixie cut should never be hard. Another place wanted to argue about it. I walked and called Supercuts got in immediately. Yay!!!

I had Maria for both my haircuts there since I've moved to Fernley Nevada and have had great experiences both times she listens very well and does a great job especially since I've had bad experiences in the past with previous stylists at different shops so I'm very pleased to be able to go somewhere and trust that I will like what I get.

Had a 5:00 appointment, going in at quarter to and was out before 5 :) supercuts should be called super quick 😄
