Firstly,
I
have
to
say
that
the
store
itself
has
changed
dramatically
since
I
last
visited....You
now
walk
into
a
dead-end
pretty
much
with
no
real
warmth
nor
service
really.
I
had
walked
in
and
had
seen
two
staff
members
on
their
laptops
as
I
walked
pass
to
that
dead-end,
that's
when
one
of
the
staff
had
realized
that
I
was
walking
back
out
and
had
asked
If
I
needed
anything??
Yes,
I
was
looking
at
pond
lights,
transformers
etc
etc
and
they
had
pointed
out
to
me
that
there
was
a
computer
for
myself
to
utilize
&
look
for
what
I
was
needing..I
said
it's
all
right
I
just
need
old
fashion
service
"Customer
service
to
HELP
me
out"
not
a
computer!
He
then
said
that's
all
good
please
sit
down
as
we
went
through
on
his
laptop
to
see
what
I
required
for
outdoor
our
pond
&
we
came
up
with
a
list
for
purchase.
I
had
asked
if
they
could
do
any
better
on
price?
he
said
he
would
go
and
check
with
his
management
team!!!!
Came
back
with,
Sorry!
nothing
can
be
done
for
a
lower
price,
but
if
you
by
chance
find
a
better
price
else
where
we
would
be
happy
to
match
it,
but
no
discount
upfront
still..
I
said
that's
all
OK
then
and
had
left..
To
my
surprise,
I
had
came
across
the
very
same
items
on
line
with
exact
model
numbers
etc
etc
at
very
very
much
cheaper
price
online
WITH
FREE
POSTAGE
from
WA!
Wow,
that
just
showed
me
that
this
business
wasn't
the
slightest
interested
in
my
$$$.
The
company
in
question
was
eQuaria
as
these
items
that
I
was
after
came
in
$30
under
to
what
I
was
quoted
in
the
beginning..
So,
I
would
recommend
anyone
before
visiting
this
store
is
to
do
your
homework
prior,
as
they
will
price
match
any
competitor!
Makes
me
wonder
why
they
just
cannot
offer
a
small
discount
in
the
first
place
knowing
that
is
cheaper
prices
out
there
for
the
exact
items
that
they
sell
"Basically
ALL
MADE
IN
CHINA
UNFORTUNATELY"
Overall
disappointed
and
will
not
be
back
due
to
your
lack
of
empathy
and
customer
service!
