Firstly, I have to say that the store itself has changed dramatically since I last visited....You now walk into a dead-end pretty much with no real warmth nor service really. I had walked in and had seen two staff members on their laptops as I walked pass to that dead-end, that's when one of the staff had realized that I was walking back out and had asked If I needed anything?? Yes, I was looking at pond lights, transformers etc etc and they had pointed out to me that there was a computer for myself to utilize & look for what I was needing..I said it's all right I just need old fashion service "Customer service to HELP me out" not a computer! He then said that's all good please sit down as we went through on his laptop to see what I required for outdoor our pond & we came up with a list for purchase. I had asked if they could do any better on price? he said he would go and check with his management team!!!! Came back with, Sorry! nothing can be done for a lower price, but if you by chance find a better price else where we would be happy to match it, but no discount upfront still.. I said that's all OK then and had left.. To my surprise, I had came across the very same items on line with exact model numbers etc etc at very very much cheaper price online WITH FREE POSTAGE from WA! Wow, that just showed me that this business wasn't the slightest interested in my $$$. The company in question was eQuaria as these items that I was after came in $30 under to what I was quoted in the beginning.. So, I would recommend anyone before visiting this store is to do your homework prior, as they will price match any competitor! Makes me wonder why they just cannot offer a small discount in the first place knowing that is cheaper prices out there for the exact items that they sell "Basically ALL MADE IN CHINA UNFORTUNATELY" Overall disappointed and will not be back due to your lack of empathy and customer service!

I won't go anywhere else. I live in Victoria and delivery speed is second to none. Range is amazing. Service top notch. Sales and savings are on point. Great to deal with. Have used them over 12 months and I always use them as my first option

Superb. I booked an online appointment and spoke with Zac about my pond issues. Advice was spot on with some fish friendly chemicals and some new equipment which was provided to me in a concise invoice and I purchased on line at their store. Great service and competitive prices.

I was impressed by the range of products here but more so the knowledge of the staff. We had a chat about my irrigation requirements and Ash discussed the options available to me. I have a small home herb garden that I wish to make self watering/feeding. Ash competently gave me answers regardless of the size of the job. Well done guys, I'll be back soon.

I received an item which had been damaged in the post. When contacted Aqua Gardening they responded promptly and pleasantly. They immediately promised to replace the item and appeared more concerned with how the item was damaged so they could improve their delivery services. Great service; pleasant, friendly and efficient.

I highly recommend Aqua Gardening. They're are an extremely professional and customer service based company. I will continue to buy from here as my experience with them is above and beyond many other companies I have dealt with prior. One of the items I purchased from Aqua Gardening was slightly faulty (from the supplier) and they took complete control of the issue! Well done!!

****AVOID THIS SELLER****...I cannot use the exact word to describe this seller but it rhymes with hunts and grunts...If you have to send an item back they hate it...You have to pay return postage and then if they issue you a refund they will NOT refund you the original postage costs...One of the worst sellers I have ever had to deal with....***AVOID***

Would have given a zero star if I have the option. Bought a king Oyster Mushroom Kit couple of days ago. When I received it, the kit was expired, rotten, full of dead maggots and had been cut open when I opened the kit. I asked for a replacement, the customer service team promised they would check the expiry date and the condition before sent it. However, I received my replacement today, exactly the same condition of the mushroom kit, just no maggots this time. It is expired, rotten, been cut open and with a terrible scent. Definitely a disappointing experience and waste of time and money!!!

CAUTION!! I have waited on my order for 3 months. I had to find something else. I sent them a message cancelling my order and then immediately was sent an email advising me that my has been sent!! I have sent 6 messages cancelling my order. I have tried calling them, messages and live chat customer support still no response. I am beyond frustrated with these guys. Watch out, I had no problems with my first order, that's why I ordered from them again. BAD DECISION!!

I bought a product that was supposed to be delivered in 7 days, and on the 6th day they sent an email telling me that they dont have the product. It’s ridiculous. Dont care at all about the client. Disappointed.

Digital timer i bought was DOA. Emailed in a warranty claim, was sent an aus post return label to print, made it a very easy return at no cost to me. Got regular email updates on status of my claim, great customer service

Always super quick to pick up orders and helpful when you have questions. Perhaps my only critique is that the website could be made to load a bit faster, but that's being nitpicky. Highly recommend.
