Have recently gone back to this practice...and since my dr was on leave for a week I needed to see a dr I was offered an appointment and then they cancelled on me last minute stating I couldn't see another dr except my usual but since my dr was away for another week it was impossible,but was offered an appointment to pay $80 to see a different dr on Saturday but was previously told I had to wait for my usual dr to come back.Then I was refused any service to this practice and now had to fork out money today to go to a different office altogether this isn't right terrible drs terrible service. Years ago the same practice manager had threatened me so off to make report to medical affairs or whatever office it is.

Dr Champika Jinendradasa was so good and educated me, took a great interest & requested Dr Nages to come over and see me & was given a 2nd opinion. It was premium level service. Would recommend Dr who is passionate in his profession.

I've been a patient for many years. The Doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. As are the nurses. Reception staff are friendly and helpful too. It's a pity long term customers didn't remain on the bulk billing list when the practice switched to 'mixed billing' model.

Been going here for years and now they are useless, smart mouth scammers, booked in 11.50, arrived 11.50 waited till 12.13, 0 customer services, charged me me $71 , no human alive pays that much, then all I had was cash and lady at counter said "yeah we don't have much cash bec no one even uses it anymore" and I'm like wow attitude much darl, biggest rip off ever.

Have been seeing the same doctor at Ferny Grove Family practice for 10 years even though we have moved out of Ferny Grove 4 years ago. I bring my children there too. Dr Shan is caring and engaged every time I see her. The practice is also very efficient electronically.

Dr Ela was very professional and caring. She made me feel very comfortable and I have never been to a clinic that was running on time. From making a booking to my actually visit everything was easy. I will be back for sure.

Dr Shan provided excellent service, and is very warm and friendly. I always seem to wait haf an hour past my appointment time though, regardless of the Dr I see.
