How dare you exceed my expectations by delivering my new Akubra on Tuesday morning when I only placed the order online on the weekend! New 62cm Traveller fits and looks great. Keep up the good work!

(Online order - I did not visit the physical store). Great variety, quality products, decent prices. Delivery time was a bit slower than most - a week - but not that bad. Account management is quite poor though - now that my order has been delivered, my order has totally disappeared from the site, like it never occurred.

I am very happy with the hats and service I received from Hats by the Hundred. I would like to say a big thankyou to Chelsea for sorting out a mistake I made on my online order - she was so helpful and understanding. The hats arrived today and they are extremely good quality and perfect fit.

I was extremely satisfied by the service in the store. The products looked very beautiful and felt high quality. I bought a brown Akubra and a croc-leather band. The first time the hat fell of my head, one tooth broke off the leather band. I expect better quality for an expensive outdoor product. Unfortunately, I am not in Australia anymore, so it will be hard for me to find a croc-tooth to fix it. I am very unsatisfied to pay more than 300$ for a product that I can enjoy not even two weeks.

I highly recommend this establishment for any of your hat needs. I have purchased 6 different Akubra hats over the past three years from them and had them shipped to Canada ( from Australia). I have consistently had the best customer service. Ordering and shipping is hassle free, easy and quick. The latest shipment with the express service arrived in 5 days!!! I have contacted them with questions and they have been excellent in responding very quickly to assist me. Hats are well packed. The quality of the Akubras have been stellar!! Order from here!!!

My partner and I both ordered eachother an Akubra for Christmas. I rang and asked how it would be shipped. Spending $260 on a hat I wanted to ensure it would come protected and with it's original shape and I also wanted to know if it came in an Akubra branded box. I was told it will come in a branded box and will have another outer carton. The hat arrived loose in a standard cardboard shipping box with little to no packing and when i rang to say it was missing the Akubra box and poorly shipped I was told the Akubra branded box will cost me more and i would have to purchase it if I wanted it. After multiple interactions with different staff I was told I can come and collect the box free of charge. If i had have known this I wouldn't have paid shipping and would have purchased instore. My partner having known what I had gone through made sure to order the hats by the hundred gift box to ensure there was no issues. when the hat arrived it was apparant the hat didn't fit in the Hats By The Hundred box and had been deformed by being forced in the box. Common sense would tell you if it needed to be forced in ring the customer and come to a new solution to avoid deforming the product. we tried to call to get this rectified but recieved no calls back so sent an email. the reply that we got back essientially said, the hat fits in the box fix it with steam from a kettle. Pretty piss poor for having spent $260 when we could have bought the same hat for the same price direct through Akubra. After more arguments with management the issue was rectified however I again had to travel into store to rectify. All in all a pretty disapointing outcome for both orders. I had to push to get a replacment hat and Akubra box. If I was told when I rang that it only came in a shipping box, that would have been fine. we also chose the hats specific to our orders based on the shape they were when we tried them on. Teling someone to "fix it with steam from a kettle" is essientially like buying a new car and finding the seat is ripped and being told by the dealer to fix it with a sewing needle. I was told during both occasions that I would recieve a call back with a solution in the next couple of hours and both times i never did.

In store customer service was substandard and when my hat was brought back in for the stiching coming undone they asked all these stupid questions trying to make Iout I some how made the stiching come undone. The repair job carried out by hats by the hundred southport was absolutely substandard and is now being sent back to manufacturer. Would not recommend this store to purchase your hat.

Outstanding shop with the best variety of hats and caps in stocks and on display. My Brixton in Black is perfect for me. Highly Recommended!
