Update: I emailed you and you never returned my enquiry. Not surprised! You’ve been sold out of the same product for over 8 months now. Is it really that hard to restock plain black t-shirts?

I visited this store recently and I got greatly surprised because the staff around were very helpful and friendly, which is something very rare to find these days. despite they shoes I wanted were not available in store they guy who was helping me let me try other shoes so I could make sure they fit all right, and I got my order online which was delivered promptly.

My family and I had a weekend in the Gold Coast this weekend. After a great shopping experience at the Culture Kings store in Sydney last year we couldn't not visit the store at Pacific Fair. We were after some shoes and other clothing items and knew from our last experience, Culture Kings would most likely have them. Upon entering the store we immediately felt the same vibe we experienced last time which was an energy of enthusiasm and old school hip hop Culture which I grew up with. We were greeted by a worker " Gus" who introduced himself, put his hand out and shook our hands. Gus was very helpful to say the least, he gave his time and went above and beyond to meet our expectations and was able to assist us with finding what we were looking for. The shopping experience at the Culture Kings Pacific Fair for us was nothing like we have ever experienced before. It was one of the best shopping experience I've had. It makes a real positive difference when a retail assistant, assists you and goes above and beyond a shoppers expectations. I was more than happy with my experience. We ended up spending $500 and some change and will definitely go back to this store after the experience we had. Being a family of 5 with growing children, we spend some dollars each year to ensure our kids have the things we struggled to get when we were kids. Culture Kings Pacific Fair is now our go to store when we are up on the Gold Coast. Thank you Gus and Culture Kings Gold Coast. See you in a couple of months Brendo, Matayo and Emanuel

The customer service was excellent. I'm a Grammy so it was refreshing to have a young person serve me with such respect. The stylish colour and tasteful design decor of Kulture Kings drew me in like a magnet. I really enjoyed purchasing something special for my son.

Madi was amazing! Best staff member to ever assist us. Can’t thank her enough, made sure we had a fantastic experience. 10/10! Pile kept growing as she was so nice and helpful. Daniel, the manager, made it a very special experience for our boy, and helped him to get some of the coolest gear! Overall can’t recommend the team here enough.

Great music love the vibes. The staff were also helpful. 2hours spent was well worth it.

DONT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE! they will will force you to post it back if it's not for you, they will not do a refund instore! They are making it awkward on purpose and you will also have to pay for shipping. I will never buy again from these.

My partner and I come into the store and my partner has had surgery so can’t dress himself, Guss went and found the perfect clothes for my partner and helped with the whole process made it so good for both of us
