At the price of only Euro 22 per night for single room with attached bathroom, it’s definitely a steal. Well located the the city center, there bar n restaurant all nearby. However, take note that the sound proofing is near to non existence, u can basically hear everything next door or from the main road beside. Food was well served below. Recommended stay !!!

Great location but service was poor quality. They treated us like we were not their guests but someone they had to receive. Didn’t know why.

Unfortunately this albergue was fully booked, but I went to their cafe for lunch. Guys, they have a vegan burger using Beyond Meat, which I didn't think was available in Spain. SO SO GOOD! The coffee and cake was also nice, though it's worth it for a non-mealy vegan burger alone. I would definitely go back.

Incredible value for the price. Nice small but adequately-sized bedroom and private bathroom. Not a luxury hotel but very clean and comfortable. The 2x rooms are even a better deal. Nice, lively tapas bar below and with a couple others on the block, you'll only go elsewhere because you feel you must.

Very comfy, convenient and clean hostel. Had a really good time thanks to their impeccable service at just the right price!

I regularly had breakfast here - the wait staff is friendly, the coffee is good, and the fresh squeezed orange juice is phenomenal. Also, their hours in the morning beat out just about everyone else.

On holiday and our car broke down and we had to stay in Ferrol. We found the Hostal Zahara. What a great place!. Good rooms, great breakfasts, nice people and inexpensive. What more do you need? Had a couple of excellent evenings in local restaurants and bars. Hope the car breaks down in Ferrol next year....

The rooms are a bit smaller than some of the pictures imply, but this place was a gem. Clean, cheap, and quaint.

If you are doing the Camino, this is a nice place to stay, as it’s not far from Camino Ingles 0 Km starting point. Lovely restaurant downstairs
