hahahahaha when i worked here in 2017, the manager forced me to clean up a puddle of BLOOD in the women's restroom that was larger than my shoe. she had said a few weeks prior that if there ever was a biohazard, the highest paid person was required to clean it up. well, the time came, and she refused. i asked for a biohazard kit and she said we didn't have one (we did and i found it later). i asked for a health and safety manual (we did NOT have one until i contacted my manager's manager after the fact). she made me mop it up with our REGULAR MOP which was used for the rest of the week on the rest of the store too. i was in tears because that's disgusting and she accused me of being obsessive compulsive. i remember seeing a toddler barefoot in our store later that week and just internally screaming. then another barista told me i was being dramatic because he used the mop to wipe urine off the men's bathroom walls every night.....that makes it WORSE? hahaha what a joke of a place. if you HAVE to go to starbucks (which is already a pretty gross company) at least go to a corporate one and not a licensed one. or THIS licensed one.

Abby was amazing. I asked her to make me a drink she would have if she was having a bad day and the drink did not disappoint. She was also so sweet and wrote “hope your day gets better.” It made my whole day so much better!

I'll be honest and say that these young adults work hard and run one of the best, most efficient SB that I have ever been to.

This is where I hang out and read while my wife has her nails done. Staff is always super friendly.

Absolute best Starbucks in the area! The staff is so friendly!!! They treat every customer with dignity and respect and make everyone feel so welcome. I went from only getting a coffee on my way to work once in a while to nearly everyday just because of their service.

So I've been coming to this Starbucks for a few Sundays in a row now in order to get some studying done, and the same two guys are there every time. They are really nice guys and offer me free samples of drinks they are pushing occasionally. The place has ample options for seating, and a good amount of plugs for your charger(s). I don't order anything too fancy, but they get my drink order right every time. They also honor the free refills on simple drinks even though they don't actively participate in the rewards program, or something like that. They also heat their sandwiches up adequately. I don't know how else to brag about it. All Starbucks are pretty much the same, but when you get a bad one, you know. This is not a bad one. Come here.

I come here to study in between classes and never have had a bad experience. If I try something new and do not like it, they make sure to make it right. The staff are welcoming and this will always be my go to Starbucks.

Great music, ambience, and coffee. You can get wifi but only if you are a COX subscriber or register online. Good place to study and read though.

Despite the fact that Google listing states this location has a drive through; it does NOT. This location also does not take starbucks rewards.

The running club that meets here every Saturday, seriously ruins my experience every week. They are so loud it’s sensory overload. I feel bad for the people trying to study .. wish the staff would say something..

Love this Starbucks, conveinent, quick, usually VERY busy with a long line but generally moves quickly (depends on the time of day really) but I've never waited longer than 10-15 minutes, its rare I have to wait that long! If I'm in a hurry, I just don't get in line! They are good with your requests and keepin you happy.

Can't give an opinion on the actual quality because of the 3 times that I have been there, they have NEVER been able to fulfill my order. First time blender was down, second time no peppermint syrup, third time no ice. Really NO ICE? There is a Tom Thumb across the street! Won't waste my time for number 4!

I just got a venti green tea latte and the cup was half full! If I’m paying upwards of $3-4 for a drink, the least you can do is make sure it’s full! I haven’t taken a single sip, this is how it was given to me, which I of course noticed after I was far down the road.

Got a coffee and hot chocolate and they were both God awful. Had to throw both of them away. Staff need to be re trained on how to make the product. Won't be be back to Starbucks anytime soon. This experience has ruined it for me.

This Starbucks location is amazing! The staff here are great and friendly, especially Ben. There is a wide variety of drinks besides coffee, which is great for me since I don't drink coffee. The strawberry acai drink is my all time favorite! I also like their ham and cheese croissant. You can pay with your Starbucks app and earn stars, but unfortunately can't redeem and use your rewards there. That is the only downside. Overall, I've had a great experience at this Starbucks!

I have been going to this location regularly since 2020, and some of the employees are so sweet. I love when they recognize me and make the effort to do cute little doodles on my cup. Just too sweet :)

I like Folgers straight, but I was able to sit in there and charge my phone , and handle some personal matters very comfortably

Rude lazy staff. They will intentionally ignore customers and are always out of the basics, for example, ice. Seriously, how are you always out of ice or "working blenders"? Smh, I don't get it. There's a legitimate Starbucks 5 min up the road anyways. Never again.
