Always a positive experience going to our neighborhood Publix. No one hounds us to wear a mask even if the rest of the world has gone mad (can't believe I've gotten to a point where this is even something to post about in a review). Glad to patronize such an outstandingly managed store for many years now.

I go in every month to purchase 500.00 dollars in gift cards to give away to those less fortunate. I have been doing this for over a year. In the last 6 months, a lady describing herself as β€˜the manager’ confronts me and gives me a very difficult time. She questions me every time I am in the store to purchase gift cards like I am committing fraud. She spoke down to me for 5 minutes today as if I were a child with her reasoning on why she can question me. After I stood up for myself and told her she wasn’t going to speak to me that way, she demanded I leave the store. I will no longer grocery shop nor purchase my gift cards from Publix. Honey Baked Ham was glad to give me 600.00 dollars in gift cards. This lady is a terrible representative for Publix.

I usually love Publix, but this is the first time I came to this one. Most of the staff were nice and usually have no trouble greeting me, but I chose to come in a few days ago and went to the check out lanes. The employee Ava was very inconsiderate, she did not greet me, ask me any customer service questions, and very dismissive. She kept talking to coworkers during the checkout and complaining. I felt very uncomfortable and ignored. I hope to see better because I do love publix , and the interaction was like none before. Very inappropriate behavior.

They have the best bakery! I get most of my cakes from here. Don’t forget to for a cake cutter.

Publix is hands down the best grocery store in Pensacola next to Target. Don't even waste your time with any other grocery store. The staff is so friendly, the stores are always well stocked and organized. Also a lot of older ladies were buying their lottery tickets here because they say they have winning tickets more often than any other stores. Will never shop at any other grocery store.

I had suddenly remembered that I'd forgotten to grab some coffee while I was using the self check out. Suddenly one of the managers was at my side asking me if I found everything I needed, so I mentioned the coffee, she went and found it then brought it back to me just as I'd finished ringing up my last item!!! I've never had this kind of experience at a grocery store and I am so grateful that she showed up when she did, excellent timing and wonderful staff here!

This is the Publix you want for niche ingredients. Excellent dry goods, sauces, seasonings and international options. The allergy friendly selection is the best of all the stores. It's my go to place to find easy to make, safe mixes and premades. The deli is at the standard you'd expect from a Publix. It hits all the high notes.

Store was very well laid out, clean, and easy to navigate.. parking was a little crowded, but it was a Friday, and also the power ball was up past 1.4 billion, so the line at customer service was a little large, but they had pulled, and held the product i requested; as promised..

We come here every now and then when we visit Target or we need something. Other than that, this place can be super busy since it is near the University and adjacent to different apartments that surrounds the area. There's not much to say about the store since it varies. The people here are nice. Then again it varies from place to place.

Always clean and the produce department beats other grocery stores. I was surprised to see a box of fruit labeled as free snacks for children - and it was pretty fruit too, not the expired stuff no one would buy. Cashiers are always super friendly and I can always get help when I need it - unlike the local megamarts.

This isn't an originally built for Publix store. It is laid out very differently than the others that you may have shopped. But, it's very well stocked, clean, and everything else that you'd expect from any other Publix store. FYI... I made good use of the Publix app to help me locate some of my items. πŸ˜‰

Friendly place I have walked into in a very long time. Place is spot clean to even the restroom spot clean. Shelves always full to fresh produce. Someone is always asking if you need help looking for something which I like not many places do that anymore

Publix is a middle class grocery store. They have a deli and a fine assortment of teas. Something I really like is you can use Western Union through the customer service desk. The person behind the desk does all the work and they take debit cards!

Love this Publix! I am very particular about foods I eat and I look at labels when I shop. This publix have a lot of healthy choices that I enjoy. It is very clean and the staff are very helpful.

Excellent produce section. The store always smells very good because of the chicken in the deli section. The staff are excellent and always helpful if you need them.

Best flooring store, super, really super service, great prices and fun people honest people. Love it. Ask for Andrea and Rodney, who build this store organically, no franchise, just hard working people. πŸ’ͺ totally appreciate their energy and honesty! The selection is amazing, the store goes further and further in the back!

Publix produce items last alot longer past the expiration date then the same item at Walmart & Publix milk lasts atleast upto the expiration date compared to Walmart milk which doesn't even make it 7 days Before the expiration date even though items are more expensive. Customer service needs to be worked on by employees. There's some employees who will ask if they can help & will take you to the right Isle but there's some employees who'll just turn around & walk in the opposite direction or head to the backroom off the sales floor.

Your normal Publix and the reason we love them. Great and friendly staff, clean store. Publix carries pistachio-flavored ice cream now.

This review is for the deli. Do better!!! If you would not eat something or serve it to your family, chances are the customers don't want to eat it either!!! Food was not only old, but so over cooked. Publix has always had the best deli snacks and lunch stuff....not this one.

Cashiers were super nice/engaging. The manager was also helpful- prices are a bit high, but it's Publix. I got a few odds and ends, found everything easily but wouldn't do a full shopping trip there.

Publix is a bit overpriced, but I can see why. Their produce is better compared to local stores in the area, but it's the same as the stores where I'm from in Colorado. Surprisingly, Publix costs just as much as Whole Foods and Ideal Market. They do have more of a selection of things you won't find at other stores in the area. They always have my favorites in stock, except for coconut flour. The subs are always on point. The meat is decent. There isn't a large selection of fresh fish, but the fish that is available is fresh. The cashiers are nice, but management could be better. The Pine Forest store is better when it comes to management. I really like that the isles are wide and there's a lot of room.
