Block 13 is such a nice place for the morning coffee or a nice cold drink on the evening. It's clean and with a friendly staff. Good music as well. Also there is a dedicated area to families with children. Definitely one of the most bars in Fier, Albania 🇦🇱.

The staff here are amazing, well spoken in English and very helpful. Prices are reasonable
