When we first got here, our room didn't have a microwave. We'd already gotten our dinner and it needed to be cooked in the microwave. Ivonne checked to see if a room with a microwave was available, and moved us right away. We have to come here every 3 months for a doctor visit. We will definitely be staying here again. She was very nice and professional

Stayed here last night and was serviced by Ivonne. She was very kind and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. The rooms are very clean and she even called to make sure if I need any extra clean towels and if I was happy with my room. This is the cleanest motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in. I’m a trucker so I travel the whole United States and have seen them all. Save some money and stay here and if your lucky hopefully you’ll catch Ivonne working, she’ll take care of you. Thanks again Ivonne for going out of your way, to make sure I was comfortable. I will be back. No question about it.😊

To be 100% hones,, the property does give off bad vibes, but the Lady working last night was extremely Nice. The rooms don't have new beds nor a microwave. The rooms and beds were Clean, the bathroom was Clean, and slept surprisingly well! For a budget room to stay, this is a good place for that. No bells or whistles, but got the job done. I would definitely stay here again for a quick stay.

Paying average for the area but they are only 50% booked..small rooms, small bathroom and the fan doesn't work...seems to be many extra people in each room... night life in fife..

This hotel doesn’t have surveillance camera. I bet if they did someone wouldn’t cut through our carrier bag on our car hitch and spoiled our trip. Bags if garbage under stairs, pet poop around. The room was decent. Make your choice if you want to stay here.

the room looks really nice and clean. Me an my boyfriend Had some worries at first but after a little we settled rather easily and had only few issues. One being the absence of a microwave or a mini fridge. I really liked the customer service though, she was really sweet to me and my boyfriend. Her name was ivonne and we both wish her well or even a raise for the work she puts in for the customers she has to talk to.

This is a definition of a 2-star hotel with a 2-star rating. I booked it through Priceline for a double room but only got a room with a full sized bed. The bed was uncomfortable and the blanket was too thin. The bathroom was large but the bright lights and floor made me feel like I was in the hospital. They disabled the access to the plug in the tub so they don't allow you to take a bath. Bath towels are of the lowest quality. It looks like it was remodeled recently. The entire room smelled of fresh paint and bleach. There was just a lack of ventilation. Eventually I got used to the smell but it can't be good to inhale. There are a lack of amenities here. Despite as advertising for having the largest pool in the area, it was only open for the summer. No breakfast served here, only coffee from 6-10am. The area is sketchy and there were a bunch of shady people in the area. I suppose that's out of their control. I feel bad for the employees who work there. They were friendly and they were flexible with the check out time. I checked out 15 minutes later with no penalty. For a motel with the cheapest price in the Fife/Tacoma area, you really do get the bare minimal.

The check in process has always been pretty easy here, the lady who always seems to be the one to check me in, is just wonderful, Natalie .She’s over all really welcoming & goes up & beyond to make sure things go smoothly for everyone (more staff should be like her) . The rooms were over all clean, everything worked in the room, the location one of the more better spots in fife i do believe, it’s a way from any rift raft at least

Came here with a truck and trailer asked the lovely lady at the desk if she could put me up front as I wanted to be able to see my vehicle, I booked a room with a single bed and all she had was a double and she still accommodated me with no up charge. Really nice room at a great price. Clean room park lot was clean no homeless in the area as you see all over Washington this place was surprisingly really nice. Just a couple blocks from the casino if that’s what you’re looking for.

Rooms are small, overpriced cause they just raised it, bad area,with bad people (for the most part), service wasn't any good but what do you expect for a fife motel, bathroom has shower tiny AF and pretty gross. Definitely in need of a renovation, complete remodel. But that won't happen, these slim lords will milk this place for ever penny for as long as possible until it shuts down just like Johnny's restaurant next door!

This place sucks... upon arrival, the lady at the front was very dismissive and wouldn't even look at me. As for the rooms OMG don't waste your time... travelers stay away don't waste your money it's not worth it.

This place is a sh.. - .ole Very nice folks running the place. But, the plumbing is horrendous, rat droppings in the rooms, and my truck window was busted out during our "not fast enough" 1 night stay.. It's a very convenient location and finally the 4th room we were offered was not trashed and fairly clean. It's cheap, yes. But you'll regret patronizing this particular motel 6.!!!

Natalie the front desk receptionist is so friendly and doesn't just pass the task onto somebody else or make up an excuse for not accommodating your needs. She was quick to help direct me to local grocery stores as well as told me about a couple different tourist attractions in the area. I'm from Spokane Washington. She's definitely the most friendly receptionist I've met at this hotel! Very positive and optimistic. The only complaint I have about this hotel, Is that housekeeping never asks if you need to restock toiletries or if I want clean towels or linens. (I always had to go chasing them down. That can get a little frustrating after staying here for 4 days)

Elroy helped me check in quick and fast and does an amazing job every time we stay here . Everything is nice and close by and there are two gas stations near by if you want to go for a late night snack. The house keepers do an amazing job .The pool is also open and is perfect for the hot weather. The manager is always helping out and just great service all the time .

Just checked in. Latoya at the front desk was extraordinarily nice and helpful. I had a couple of requirements, room location, mini fridge etc, she accommodated me completely. The room is clean and odor free, and there is plenty of area for my Min-Pin Smokey to take care of business. Also, this place is literally right across the street from my delivery for tomorrow morning. Just based on first impressions, this Motel 6 and Latoya are diamonds in the rough.

A friend was in town & stayed here. This place is independently owned & doesn't have the same room amenities other Motel 6's offer. No in room refrigerator or coffee maker for starters. Bar Soap was the only toiletry provided. There is coffee but you have to go to the admin building across the parking lot for it. No complementary breakfast either. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor. I wasn't in the room very long but it didn't appear to have even a local directory for restaurants, activities in the area. My friend thought it was way overpriced. It did seem clean & the TV worked.

The entire office staff and housekeepers made it an enjoyable stay. Would recommend it to all family and friends. They were friendly, courteous, professional, polite and I've run out of adjectives! Sincerely, Willie Jones

The manager is very friendly and professional. The front desk staff was so helpful and considerate. This place is beautiful and the room are clean,convenient , and good size room that I totally recommend to stay. It have wild waves.

Clean rooms, right next to the casino, bright parking lots. Front desk girl Lesly was very friendly and accommodating. 5/5 for a budget hotel.

Very dog friendly. Clean room, very comfortable bed, large 42” tv, cool A/C. Xtra friendly and helpful staff. Virginia checked us in and Marcus checked us out. Virginia made sure our room needs were met and very welcoming. While getting checked in she easily multitasked several customers while waiting on us. She was very impressive and never lost her smile. Marcus on check out was very friendly and asked how they could improve our stay next time. Weird, but we really liked that. He made sure we had coffee for trip. He is a very good customer service representative for the company for sure. I would definitely stay at this hotel again just for the service these two young people gave us. The water pressure in shower is not that great but I’d stay again just because of the service.

Ivonne and Leslie are the most hospitable people. I would be most confident that they should be the standard of hire. Motel 6 is extremely lucky to have them.

This place was absolutely disgusting. There are holes in the walls and people screaming at all hours. I also was packing up my stuff the day I was leaving and I had someone in the parking lot yelling and asking for fentanyl. He also kept trying to get closer to my car and scared me. The staff were kind in general. The location was OK. But the room was just disgusting. Dirty and there were dead flies smashed into the windows. The bed was fairly comfortable. Tv was nice. Avoid this location.

Pretty small rooms, no microwave or mini fridge so if that's what you require look elsewhere. Also on my second day there heard gun shots in the back of the hotel so be aware of your surroundings. The front desk was pretty nice and professional. Natalie I think was her name.

Extremely disappointing. Shower had a reddish colored stain on threshold of shower. Low water pressure in bathroom. Beds pushed up too close to wall completely, making 2 wall outlets nearly inaccessible. In addition to smelling bad, the shower walls appeared to have been painted over with white paint(???!!?). Service was okay. The motel refused to refund the money for the extra day we did not stay, despite the fact that we checked out well within the 32 hour timeline. Make sure you get a printed copy of your stay because they will not offer one. If you have a little extra money it would be well worth it to get a nicer place, such as a Hampton Inn or Day's Inn. Was definitely not worth the money(plus the extra money we paid and were not refunded) we paid.

Showers definitely need better service but other then that i would say the staff is great! Lesly was so helpful after a stressful night of not being able to find a room. She made is so easy and fast to get checked in.

Here is the breakdown: Service - excellent! They were great working with my debit card issues. Room - definitely needs updating. Floors had holes and scrapes, cabinetry was worn down, and there wasn't much in the line of comfortable furniture. Bed - very springy and caused me to have a sore neck, so rather uncomfortable. The Motel 6 at sorry Tahoma had way better beds, although I think they are the same type. Bathroom - the shower surround was horrible, with several parts of the top coat missing as a result of the water spraying directly on it. I'd be embarrassed to put anyone in a room with a shower like this. The shower head only adjusted to two positions, and neither one was ideal for me, at least. The sink itself was alright, but there was poor water pressure. Towels were very rough. All of this is what brought my overall rating down.

Orbitz rated a lot higher than google. We should have looked. Drug deals going down outside our door and the next door over. A broken down car with music blasting right outside. The clerk was no help. We were told the laundry area where the ice machine was located would require our room key card. The lock had obviously been broken for a long time and was taped up. It appeared someone had been camping in the laundry room. Our new car was hit (and run) from behind while parked overnight in the Motel 6 lot. The clerk said they couldn’t look at the surveillance video without a police officer present. The Fife police wouldn’t come over ONE AND A HALF BLOCKS for a minor violation, though a hit and run isn’t minor, despite the cost of the damage. They don’t even take police reports. You have to do them online through the state patrol. I doubt the surveillance cameras worked. Why would they need them if they can’t check the video? This place is the end of the road for a lot of people. It’s very sad AND dangerous.

No hot tub, shampoo conditioner hair dryer coffee maker-and you have to pay extra for a fridge and microwave!!! I've spent over$1000 in the last week on motel 6- and I'll say it wasn't the worst but far from the best! Get ready to get your car broken into by tweekers!

Employees are amazing, nice and make sure things go smooth and quick. Great customer service and the rooms are Great and plus no animal deposit. What better place to stay?

Motel 6 in Fife is exactly what you are paying for, an economy priced room. Helpful staff does a great job helping people. The rooms and beds are clean. They allow pets(cats too) for no extra charges. The only problems I have are things outside of the staff's control. Traffic can get loud but the motel was built when there were fewer lanes of traffic.

Great Motel, always has clean rooms, best location because you literally have everything around you within walking distance including The Emerald Queen Casino, but the best thing about the motel is the Wonderful Lady Natalie. She was very kind and helpful she even went out of her way and made my reservation cheaper than I found on any website or booking app. I highly recommend staying, you'll be glad you did 😊

You guys are so amazing !! Alondra Nathalie and Megan was such an amazing help !! I had a family emergency and the make sure I got my refund back was so understanding and helpful . These ladies are a great staff and the things you ladies do don’t go unnoticed. What an outstanding crew !

This was one of the worst motels I have ever stayed in. Room was non smoking but the smell of cigarette smoke was too much to handle. I ended up cutting my trip short at 11pm due to the fact that it would have been impossible to sleep. The outdoor lights are so bad you feel like you’re in prison, the rooms are moldy and not cleaned very well, and there are people making loud noises all hours of the night. I booked this motel because it had decent reviews but let this be a warning to you.

Needed to find a place to stay that was clean, safe, and didn't have the pungent Tacoma aroma smell to go with it. The staff was great and if I needed anything they where glad to help.

Rooms are ALWAYS clean and the price right. As someone who wet towels their floors upon check in, I can guarantee this statement. Add zero pet fees and a person can’t go wrong.
