This is a very good traditional Tuscan restaurant. Locally grown ingredients and cooked with great passion by Chef Claudio. Price is average+, approx €140 for four people plus wine. We had the rabbit, beef and rooster, all were extremely well prepared and seriously addictive. The service was one of the best in all of my restaurant visits in Tuscany. The place itself is from a Disney movie, classic Italian.. An absolute must go.

The place was good. It’s location on google map is not colorectal. It is in the hotel at the top of the hill. When you are in this small town you will know what I mean. There is free parking along the hill. The staff was nice and friendly. We sat outside in the evening and it was beautiful. Prices were reasonable I would say slightly higher than I expected but the food was still good. The sampler at the beginning and for dessert is a good way to go I think. The 1000 folds pastry was a highlight. They had a very extensive wine list too so make sure you go in with a plan for wine. I would return if I was in the area but not just for the restaurant

A great and authentic place with a very nice and charming atmosphere. Delicious food with a very authentic taste, freshly cooked meals with lots of love from the chef in the kitchen. Can highly recommend to visit!

We were the only non-Italian tourists. That proved to be a good predictor of the authenticity of the food we got. Without exception great taste. Beef (stew) croquettes were very tasty. As was th panzanella and the pecorino with honey and melon. The pastas were al dente.

One of the best places to have real authentic Tuscany food, prepared from the the freshest and best ingredients by a chef who values taste over show. We have have been absolutely delighted to have this seemingly simple but highly tasteful menu. If you plan to make a detour to have your tastebuds tempted, this is a place to mark.

Impressive cuisine with a great wine selection. One small note only for the vegetarians... your options are a bit limited in this place.

WOW! Authentic Tuscan cuisine in a beautiful, rustic setting with excellent service and genuine hospitality. Chef Claudio is a true Master not only in his kitchen, but also at making his guest feel welcomed and looked after. We have travelled from Canada three times so far to eat at his fabulous restaurant and are already planning our next trip here. Make sure to participate in one of Claudio’s cooking classes and learn how to make several Tuscan dishes with fresh ingredients from the local market. We love this place, it is our favorite restaurant in the world ( and we have been to many)

Absolutely fabulous service and meals. The Chef surprised us with his hospitality, he paid special attention to our need of his explanation of the menus cuisine and our appetite wishes. He made our dining experience very memorable. Great menu selection, perfect local selections of fine cuisine and wines. We’ll be back this way again for sure.

My wife and I spent many hours with Claudio taking a cooking class from him in his restaurant. A kind and patient man sharing his passion for Tuscan food. We took away many lessons from him as we prepared 6 dishes. Bring your appetite because after preparing the dishes you eat! Great experience and would do it again.

We did not had a great experience: the waiter was not kind and food was not great. In particular, I received another main course then ordered because some products were not available and this without asking if the other dish would be good for me as well. I just got the comment: this is good too. It is quite an expensive restaurant compared to others in the area that serve better food. Overall, would not recommend this restaurant.
