Mathew and Sara were an outstanding find for our diving in the Savusavu area of Fiji. They are the only operators in Natewa bay. The bay is huge, untouched reefs that offer amazing diversity of creatures. The colors are brilliant. Sara took her camera and gave us amazing memories that I could not have captured. These guys are our best diving experience in Fiji. We have done the resorts and enjoyed all our dives but the personalization and knowledge Sara and Mathew bring is unmatched. A must do adventure

Absolutely loved my time on the boat and off the boat scuba diving with Matthew. Both Sara & Matthew are great super friendly individuals. The dive sites are amazing it's super crystal clear and reefs are super healthy. You will see lots and lots of fishs, eels, sharks etc. We were even accompanied by a large pod of dolphins 🐬

Ocean Adventures is a thoroughly professional, reliable and environmentally aware business that I have no hesitation in recommending to people of all ages and experience. Both owners are highly qualified and experienced. Having had a wonderful snorkelling trip around Natewa Bay with Ocean Adventures Fiji earlier this year (2019), we decided to do so again as a Birthday treat. We were not disappointed! The weather was perfect and the conditions good. Amazing coral and fish surrounded by the bay's verdant bush covered hills and distant mountains. The trip included snorkels around several beautiful reefs. The owners, Matthew & Sara, have excellent knowledge of the marine environment and provided lots of interesting information about the coral, the fish, the Bay itself and broader environmental issues. However, the excellent snorkelling was only one of the day’s pleasures! About an hour into the trip, a whale made an appearance! Soon after we were surrounded by a pod of Spinner Dolphins that stayed with us for around 15 minutes. Just the most amazing trip! Needless to say, I will not be waiting another year to book my next trip. Thank you Sara and Matthew for making an unforgettable Birthday memory!

We had an amazing trip with Ocean Ventures, they arranged transport to the departure point. The location was about a 30 min drive from the resort. The boat is modern, safe and comfortable for all ages and abilities. The service from Matt and Sara was excellent and they are great hosts, they care deeply about the environment and providing a positive experience for their guests. We saw some great coral reefs, and Matt was an excellent guide in the water explaining the reef and the ecosystem. I recommend booking directly with Ocean Ventures as they are very good to deal with and communication is very prompt for any queries and questions you have about what to bring with you and/or what to expect on the tour.

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Ocean Ventures Fiji. We are experienced, long-time divers and the main criteria we look for in a dive operator is respect for marine life and the ocean environment. Matthew and Sara (Ocean Ventures' owners) both have a background in marine conservation, and it shows. They treat the reef and other animal life with the utmost respect. They go a step further by working with local villages on marine conservation and restoration initiatives. This was our first visit to Fiji and we were blown away by the coral in Natewa Bay. It was incredibly lush and gorgeous. Sara and Matthew maintain a professional operation with a good quality and comfortable boat, and small-group outings. We enjoyed diving with Ocean Ventures and would definitely jump at the chance to go diving with them again.

Matthew and Sara are amazing guides who took us to some lovely snorkeling spots, and made sure that our trip was pleasant, safe, and an overall fantastic experience. An amazing diversity of fish / coral at the snorkeling sites and great to see their work in restoring the reefs.

Diving in Natewa Bay is magical. It has to be some of the best diving I have ever done, on the most pristine and healthy reefs with some incredible wildlife. I learnt so much more about the marine environment with Sara and Matthew, who are the most knowledgeable guides and are so professional and welcoming. They are so good spotting and sharing too, so you will never miss out on seeing the small things. It is so nice to dive with people who are relaxed and passionate, making every dive enjoyable. I couldn't recommend Ocean Ventures more highly and will definitely be back.

The experience diving in Natewa Bay on its pristine reefs was incredibly amazing ! So much life, healthy corals, and amazing landscapes above between the jungle, small villages and crystal clear water... Matthew and Sara are definitely the best guides to go around the bay, they know all its secrets and always share great knowledge about the reefs and marine life. They were very friendly and I felt safe any seconds underwater with them. I can't wait to be back when the world will open again !

The diving in Natewa Bay is nothing short of incredible and Matthew and Sara are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! I have never seen such extensive, colorful, and pristine reefs before; each dive was breathtaking with many different types of coral and all varieties of sea creatures (including some curious whitetip sharks and a turtle!). Matthew and Sara are both highly knowledgeable about the different marine life found in the bay, and are very supportive and involved with marine conservation in the area, which is really neat. If you're on Vanua Levu, you NEED to dive in Natewa Bay and experience these dive sites that few people ever get to see!

An absolutely unreal few days with Matthew and Sara doing my PADI Open Water. They were very accommodating to my circumstances (including doing the confined water dive component in Savusavu, close to my accommodation) and super lovely and responsive to deal with in the lead up to, and throughout the course. Natewa Bay is stunning and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to diving!
