This Chick-fil-A location at the Pittsburgh International Airport has the same high standard as every other Chick-fil-A!! First, their customer service was friendly and focused on serving people. There was a line (not like every other surrounding restaurant), but the team quickly received orders and delivered the food. The menu is scaled down from regular stores, which is understandable. The one thing that shocked me: the prices are the same!!! Chick-fil-A didn’t increase prices for the airport location! What a thoughtful leadership decision. If you are at the Pittsburgh airport, this is a definite place to grab food!

There are definitely worse food options at an airport. And the last thing anyone wants is to eat bad food just before boarding a flight. Chik-Fil-A is a safe airport option.

After anxiously getting through security, I stumbled across a familiar territory and knew I just needed to stop here. No other location in the airport is quite as busy as Chick-fil-A, but the service was super quick to keep the line flowing. They had a limited menu to stick with their most popular sandwiches and drinks. They don't have milkshakes, full salad menu, and kids menus, but it didn't matter to most patrons. Also, to note, the Chick-fil-a app isn't accepted, so it's your typical order at the counter service. I did detect a hint of stress to the constant high volume, but they were still as courteous as the service typically is. I saw people try to wait for the line out so they can order food, but definitely worth it and makes traveling that much more delightful.

The same good food you’ll get at other Chick-fil-A restaurants, with the same good service. They only took a couple of minutes to fulfil my order despite how busy they were. There is a seating area nearby where you can eat.

The management of this place is by far one of the WORST ive been to ! It’s terrible management . The line is constantly back up managers fight like they are in pre school. The manager LINDA should be fired idk a job where you have to have meetings every 10 min when there is a full line because linda the manager is fighting wit a 50 yr old lmao . Don’t waist your time they just want money and don’t make food right .

Long lines, team members bz talking to each other vs tending to guest or showing sense of urgency; sandwich & fries room temp - neither were hot & fresh

Unfortunately this location does not take app orders, rewards, or gift cards. Ordered my usual, a spicy chicken deluxe meal. They weren't serving coffee at 10:30am. The bun and chicken were slightly soggy, which is unusual. I didn't mind paying the airport prices, $14 for the meal, but expect similar quality to standalone stores.

I travel through this airport very frequently and walk by this CFA a lot, but never stopped in for a bite until recently. Mainly never stop because the line is always insanely long (as with most CFA’s, as their food is generally amazing), so one morning when walking by I saw 2 people in line, so I stopped. The cashier was very friendly, as they always are. The place looked very clean and orderly and there was plenty of food being put in the warmer for guests. I opted for something custom, knowing I’ve had to wait a few minutes, but it still didn’t take long at all. My food tasted GREAT! The spicy chicken, egg, & cheese biscuit I got was perfectly package, so it didn’t fall apart when I opened it and the alignment of the crown to the heel was perfect! Flavors were spot-on! The tater tots were excellent too. Overall – Excellent experience! I’ll definitely stop in more often!

Got there at 4:30, which is when they open. I was trying to be patient and I understand that sometimes things take time especially in the food industry. 4:40 they inform the line that has now piled up for 10 minutes that they are not going to open. 10 minutes in the airport is a lot of lost time. Communication could have been better and would have made for happier guest being fed elsewhere.

Usually Chick-fil-A is my go-to spot in the airport. It's fast and delicious and always delivers service with a smile. But today was different. Here at the Pittsburgh airport location, I was offered a spicy deluxe meal for a pre-tax sum of $13. And by God, I accepted that offer. And by God, what a mistake it was. The sandwich I received had an exceptionally small (by Chick-fil-A standards) amount of meat. The chicken patty was about 1/4th of an inch thick at most. The cheese wasn't even slightly melted or softened. It was overall a disappointing but still pretty tasty sandwich. The waffle fries over delivered as always, and the diet coke was exactly as expected. To my surprise, I even received a breath mint as part of my combo! What really made this dining experience unforgettable was that none of the employees ever said "my pleasure" after servicing my needs, which made me feel like I was taking advantage of their generosity rather than deservedly receiving my food. Next time I'm in the airport, I'll probably settle for the McDonald's across the walkway to save my money, time, and feelings. The McChicken makes this particular Chick-fil-A obsolete. Edit: I see another post on here from Mike Freeman which shows a fantastic looking sandwich from 10 months ago. Looks like this place has really gone downhill! Thanks Joe Biden.

My food was taking a bit longer then expected but workers made up for it with extra fries and two brownies. Thanks for going the extra mile!
