Great hostel that is within 20 minutes to most museums in the central area. The staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful. Reception desk is open 24 hours. The space is clean and quiet.

Personnel very friendly and helpful. Reception 24h. Great location. Our room was a bit chilly in my opinion, but it wasn't cold by any means. It was also clean and included everything you might need, especially for a short stay. Bathrooms also clean and spacious, two of them on one floor. Common room offered coffee/tea, some ready packaged foods, fridge etc. Very cozy feeling. Overall we had a very positive experience. Near the reception you can also find info about nearby places to dine at and other info concerning Helsinki. Free wifi available + 1 computer to use. Keep in mind there is no elevator. Stairs are wide and it's not too high up.

Friendly staff and nice location about 10 minutes walk from the city center. However walls are thin and can get noisy and have to walk up 3 floors not suitable for heavy luggage. A great tidy and friendly hostel. The set up in the kitchen is perfect, they have everything it's just like cooking at home. The bathrooms are clean and tidy with good showers. The rooms are big and we'll set out, the hostel staff are excellent and make sure the quite times are quite and are knowledgable. Would happily return.

Great hostel. Rooms are decent, facilities as well. Location couldn't be better, is literally in the city centre. I think it's a really good option if you go to Helsinki to stay in this one.

We stayed with 6 people for floorball world championships for 4 nights in Diana Park. As usual the rooms are small (6 bed room, bunkbeds, small lockers) and there are only 3 showers for the full hostel. Anyway if you can accept this it is a very clean, very welcoming and friendly housing perfectly located close to all important sites in Helsinki. Neighboured by cheap clubs as well as michelin stared restaurants. Very nice area of helsinki!

Great private room hostel in downtown Helsinki. A 15 minute walk or short tram ride away from Central Station. Lots of restaurants and some markets in the surrounding area. My room was cozy and reception is available 24h and very friendly. Bathrooms and showers were clean.

The small and cosy Hostel Diana Park is located right in the centre of Helsinki. The friendly and atmospheric hostel has 15 cosy rooms. The rooms range in size from a single room to an 8-bed dormitory. All rooms include sink and linen, and in smaller rooms also TV. The toilets and showers are in the hallway. Free WiFi throughout the hostel. Breakfast is included.

I accidentally booked the wrong room and called immediately, but I didn't get a single euro back, even though the hostel had the opportunity to do so and the booking was not until next month. I had to pay the full price for a canceled room. I find this to be very rude and not at all accommodating.

I stayed here for one night. In general my stay was nice. People at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The room was pretty clean and comfortable. The hostel is located not too close to the center. They give a locker but without a lock. Besides that I highly recommend this hostel.

Super hostel. Super friendly staff, that's welcoming everybody personally and explaining everything that's important. Clean and spacious. I loved the little breakfast you can have all day. Saved my late morning :) I would definitely stay there again my next time in Helsinki.

The rooms are realy basic but its fine for the price. The toilets are very small so difficult to use for bigger persons. The showers instead have enough space.

This Hostel is so beautiful, cute and cozy. Clean and the best hostel I have ever visited. The disadvantages are : no elevator and maybe it could have been a little cheaper (or maybe the prices were higher because of pride). I totally recommend it. Also the people working there were so cheerful and helpful.

The hostel was homey and cosy. It wasn’t very big but had high ceilings and a nice chimney. The kitchen felt small during rush hour but fully equipped and free food. Nicely located (Helsinki is a rather small city). Be aware of mixed dorms….(snoring and farting)

I've stayed at the hostel from last Tuesday till Wednesday. They seem to have a problem with bedbugs. I have bitemarks all over (can provide pictures as evidence if needed). Other than that it seemed a nice place and friendly staff.

For the price you pay (Finland prices), it is a quite good hostel, well located, clean, nice staff, good facilities. I only would have appreaciated a minimum of space in the room, some people had luck and they had a little personal space, but others no, i had to por my coat on the bed while sleeping. But apart of that, good place for the price it costs

One of the cutest Hostels I’ve ever stayed in! It gives Accidentally Wes Anderson! The service was lovely as well. And the price is pretty good at that location especially for Finnish standards!

I stayed in a single room. There is a problem with the water pipes, you hear noise from the pipe of your own sink when the sinks in other rooms are used. A sound that is quite disturbing at night. The lady on duty when I checked in was a bit rude and uninterested. However, the employees I came across later were very sweet and kind. They should be more informative about Silent Hours. People who do not know about this can make a lot of noise at night and be disturbing. You may have difficulty sleeping at night as it is a building without soundproofing. The kitchen has to be closed by the staff when Silent Hours starts, there is a lot of noise in the kitchen. It was great to have a sink in the room. The location of the hostel is perfect. Finland and some countries count the ground floor as the 1st floor. If you count the ground floor as 0, you can underestimate the number of floors you need to climb by 1.

Nothing to complain about! Helpful and friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, comfortable bed, easy to find, 24/7 reception, many showers and toilets, kitchen. An excellent location, as well. And all this for an affordable price!

The place and the staff are pretty good. The only problem is really related to the buzzing coming from the corridor. Probably some air conditioning system. I need to use earplugs to sleep.

The owner did not care about the visitors. Didnt say welcome, didnt show the hostel. Just cave the keys. I did not feel welcome. Beds were Ikea and bad to sleep. Good location. Pit effort and the the place could be amazing!!!

Been here in the last week of november and I had an amazing stay: the staff superb, an excellent level of cleanliness and an environment positive and filled with smiles.

A good little hostel just two minutes walk from Helsinki station, It's very clean and the interior is well maintained! Unfortunately there is a large flaw in the complete lack of lockable storage on site, even with your own locks.

Very nice hostel. I stayed in a triple room and it was everything very clean and tidy. They provide towels if necessary. The toilets and the kitchen are very clean as well. Staff is joyful! Amazing stay.

Clean, friendly, and conveniently located. I'll stay again on my next Helsinki trip.

This hostel located close to all attraction you need in city centre of Helsinki. The staff are amazing. very polite and great communication. The rooms are okay for hostel and very clean shower. Kitchen has everything you need.

awesome location and really good kitchen. it's a little bit in a more touristy/downtown kind of area, so all the transit converges in a 10min-walking radius, but some of the bars nearby are still neighborhood-y. lots of malls around with very mainstream restaurants/bars/shops otherwise. the lockers: get something with a solid metal bar, otherwise they can be opened easily. bathrooms separate from rooms, which is a plus. 24hr reception and the people who run the desk are so accommodating.

cheap convenient acceptable cleanliness

I got a bed in a 3 share female dorm in May 2022. Ventilation is via a window and hopefully your roommates allow you to open the window else room can be quite stuffy. There is 1 toilet, 1 shower and 2 toilet-with-showers. Kitchen has all the usual facilities. Very convenient. Recommended.

I highly recommend this hostel. It was great pleasure to stay there. Staff was so sweet and friendly. They kept everything clean. 6-beds room was quite fine. It was very nice and clean bedding. They also provide a key and a lock for 10€ for a storage box, which you can get back if you return key and lock. The location of the hostel is another advantage. 10 minutes to the Central train station and Kamppi, 5 minutes to Lidl (grocery supermarket).

Very nice place for staying, sockets are close to the beds, private boxes available for deposits, towels are given, clean and cozy. But bathroom is on the floor, to use it you need wait in the queue for some time, especially in the morning.

Honestly one of the best hostels I've stayed at. Wonderful staff, great location and clean and comfortable rooms. The common area is great for meeting fellow travelers.

I've been to about 20 hostels this year and the service at Diana Park was probably the friendliest and most enthusiastic I've ever experienced. The building is grand and the facilities and cleanliness are both above average. It's located near bars, restaurants, transport, and the city centre, too.
