One of the best breakfasts I’ve had, everything is very well done. From the coffee to the food to the service. Very accommodating for non dairy too. Excellent spot!

Cute small town Cafe. I had the cinnamon French toast, really good, I don't like maple syrup, asked if I could get a side of brown sugar was given plenty and the extra butter on my French was great. My husband had the 4 egg make your own omelet. The restaurant is located in the small town of Fircrest. Our server was friendly and attentive. Will be looking forward to going back.

Our first time here. Nice little breakfast/lunch Cafe with a mom and pop feel. Quick service even with it packed. Line out the door after we ate so other people must really like it too!

From the moment we walked in the door, our party of six felt welcomed. Service was attentive the moment we sat down. Food - I'm not a biscuit gravy fan but theirs was very good. I even wanted to take some back home to Ohio. I look forward to bringing my mom back the next time I am in town.

When they say steak sandwich, they meant the entire cow. Great ingredients, German beers plus meals and drinks under $20. To set expectations , it’s a suburbanite cafe. No hipster gimmicks, no trendy stuff. But the owner is hip and bringing some flavor to the suburbs.

As good as it gets. very very good food and nice employees and prompt service. love it! There is real value here people, especially during summer 2022 when all the restaurants are getting on the "inflation train" simply because they can - inflation is not truly as bad right now as many restaurants want you to "believe" it is (once you see their menu LOL.) Spring Lake has daily rotating specials, like a big old prime rib steak with soup or salad and desert for like $22. WHAT! I love it. Check out their Facebook page since they regularly post their deals - you will not be disappointed. :)

Quaint little place. Service was top knotch and extremely friendly. I had the Red Headed Ruben which was a bit different than your traditional Ruben. They use a braised red Cabbage vs sour krout and the corned beef was lump instead of sliced. Absolute perfect match. Best Ruben I've ever had. I highly recommend.

Had a delicious Easter Brunch here with my family. We got the Dungeness Crab Benedict, Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs, and the Hometown Breakfast. There was also complimentary biscuits, croissants, and mixed fruit cups. Everything tasted wonderful and the service was good.

I have driven past this place many times and have always said I need to try that, and that's just what I did. It's a quant little restaurant with average decor. The place itself has an unfinished feeling, like it was intended to be more and eventually was just settled. The staff was friendly, but I was not one of their regulars, and that's where the welcome ended. Their food however was honestly the most significant let down. I tried two of their specials to make my review, the hometown breakfast and the burger dip. All of their menu wordings about hand patties and made in house recipes I am severely skeptical of. Nothing I tried there tasted authentically theirs, or even that they had even tried. The sausage links on the breakfast had one overcooked and the other half frozen. The burger if hand pattied was very mechanical looking. Their signature made in house burger sauce was wishbone thousand Island dressing. Their au jus was a powder mix that may have just as well been straight soy sauce. Honestly their food wasn't worth the risk of getting ill over and that was the end of my meal.

Fiona made sure our unannounced party of 9 was well taken care of. Get anything with the country gravy, it's the best I've had in a long time. Oh, the rest of the ladies there were great as well. But, go get some of that damn gravy... it's outstanding.

Finally made it in and what a treat. Totally worth the wait. I split a prime rib dip and fries with a friend and it was so good! Good bread. Toasted on both sides! Bonus! Homemade ranch dip was BOMB! Perfect match for the seasoned fries. We both had water. With the tip our bill was barely over $20. I can't wait to go back.

Waited about 20 minutes. The servers completely ignored us. People arrived after is and they took their orders first. They must select who they want to serve based on the way you look i.e. social position, if you look like you have money, or if you're a "member of the club" Cheap ingredients, all three of us couldn't finish our food. really sad, because it's a great location.

So we have been coming here a lot mostly Sunday's we are always served by the biracial girl very sweet, pleasant and professional, there is another lady with short hair very pleasant and professional but there is a Caucasian skinny tall lady with long hair that looks brown or black with some highlights she is mean, rude , unprofessional and I strongly believe she is racist I always get a very discriminatory attitude from her. This Easter Sunday she was very mean and acted like she didn’t want us there . She is the only rude server here .everybody else is very pleasant and the food is great hope you don’t get served by her if you are black 🤦🏾‍♀️

We stopped for breakfast this morning. They were very busy, every table was full. We got a table pretty quick, the service was simply outstanding! All smiles, food was amazing, came out hot, and was superb. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Can't wait to try lunch, and dinner! Seriously tho, the best part was how awesome the staff are. Nice ro see smiles, and you can certainly tell they love what they do. It shows, and it's worth every penny! Thank you

This is what a small home town cafe should be. In the middle of Fircrest the staff and interior decor say come on in, relax and well take care of you. And OMG did they. Out waitress was fantastic! Attentive but not hovering. Clearly there were a number of regulars as the gab about family was part of the nurturing ambiance. The food though was definitely something to write home about!!! And it came surprisingly quickly. The cafe was pretty full and I fully expected to have to wait. But our food was served in about

First and foremost not the ideal spot I would consider a good breakfast spot. Second our sever was pretty rude, rushed our order and placed dirty grease printed straws in our water. Price of food was definitely over priced for the quantity and quality of the food. Our dishware and utensils were worn and dirty. Ambiance was definitely an awkward vibe. Overall experience was unacceptable. We won't be coming back.

A very homey little cafe. Service was great. The food came out very quickly and was very tasty. Portions were ample and the prices were good. You could tell it's definitely a local little staple where the servers know their customers. We will definitely go back

Got the chicken fried steak (great sausage gravy) and some coffee. Tried my friends hot chocolate and it was also really good. Large portion sizes and very friendly/accommodating staff

This place is great! Went here on a whim because it was close to where my boyfriend and I were running errands and what a gem! Very small menu but everything was very fresh and cooked perfectly. Service was friendly and has a real small town feel. We will be coming back!

OMG. you need to eat here. We were in town visiting. And I always want to try to eat someplace new. This place was amazing. Everyone at our table [6 adults & 2 kids] got a different dish. And everyone was in love with their food. They even thought to bring out the kids food first. It was perfection. I might still be dreaming about that breaking burrito.

Got sat right away on a Saturday lunch. I really wanted breakfast though and man was that fantastic sausage gravy! Hot coffee, quick friendly service! Breakfast potatoes were a little meh but smothered in gravy it didn’t matter! Will definitely be back. Also appreciated that they gave me little piece of foil to wrap my extra sausage to go for my Dogs

What a pleasant surprise. First time here and the food and service were amazing. Dinner was great!! It also came with dessert!! :) I would highly recommend coming here and giving them a try. Limited hours but completely worth it. Happy eating!!

Ok googled for a new place to eat. Had to try after great reviews. This place did not disappoint. Wanted a sausage gravy with flavor and good fried potatoes. They were great tasting which I have eaten a lot of places and now this mom and pop cafe is my favorite. Even make their own sauces besides everything house made. They are small but food and service was worth the wait. Very courteous and friendly. They were packed but still only 10 min wait. I had country steak and my daughter had breakfast burrito. Huge servings took half home.

👍👍 The pizza is great. The classic crust is crisp and flavorful. It's not too thick but still has a few bubbles of well-made dough. The sauce is delicious, and toppings taste fresh.
