Extremely bland, boring food. Careless staff. Forget this place. Too bad, cause the location is amazingly.

Honestly, apart from the view nothing is appealing. Maybe the one lady who had a respectable behavior but nothing else. I guess because the place is near the port where people usually wait for the cruise boat and the traffic is a bit high, that they don't pay too much attention. The food is eatable but I'm not satisfied with it. Too much salt, poorly attended and almost microwave alike. And don't get me started on the rest room. Smelly! I am really sorry for this review but it's my honest opinion. I had high hopes...

It was Awesome.. Food extremely delicious, especially that mixed fish plate. and they take care of tiny details... If you are lucky, you will meet Jannis, the most caring guy i've ever met. He will make you feel as the most important customer ever. He will secure you whatever you need :) Another helping guy was Karim in the restaurant. Little things to be improved: - wifi signal is weak in the room (strong more than enough in the lobby and restaurant) - Laundry service is held by an external company, so it need some days. Environment is great, with a nearby park, and an amazing lake view at the spot.

Nicely situated hotel but we friends had an amazing time at drinks. The best views of the lake and pier. A lot of couples walking around and enjoying the romantic atmosphere. Service was good. Must say best place to have drink with beautiful views.

Astonishing and beautiful view from their outside biergarten! Fish dish was also well-cooked, everyone can easily enjoy it. Almost none of fish bones and at least no chance to stick in my throat. Tip: Weißbier was really good at this place with this view!

Great location close to the pier, the gardens with live opera/plays and the beach. Restaurant and staff were nice. Rooms clean. Only issue was that no one from our large group was able to get wifi in any of the rooms the entire stay.

Elefanf'U was here To play New Orleans jazz music ! all the servers are great and super nice! you can eat in front of the lake. There is a choice between self service or the restaurant. I did not eat at the restaurant but the food looked delicious!

We stayed here for 3 nights, we found spiders and the rooms are old and the ones facing the street are noisy. We asked to left our suitcases for some hours and when we came back they had locked the room and the manager was gone, They locked the door with our things inside without telling us! We lost our bus back and that finished with significant delays for our coworkers as we were holding the bus waiting for somebody to open the door. One of the waiters called the manager and 30 min later she came to open the door. She never apologise and when I told her this was wrong and I will complain she answered: it's ok its ok. It was not ok, we were two females alone and were not offered any help to go back to Munich or any other attention given that they made us waste our time. We will never stay here again and we won't recommend it.

Any person who doesn't speak German, I highly recommend not visiting this place unless you want to have an XENOPHOBIC experience. I went yesterday to the part of the restaurant/café just to ask for a coca-cola, I was greeted with a "Servus" which I replied also with a "Servus", the employer started to speak and I asked sorry because I don't speak German and I only wanted a coca-cola. I am learning German, so sometimes I can understand some words, and I got the "Spracht German" and made me a sign to leave. I was a bit shocked with the situation, and a colleague of him passed by, and I asked if he spoke English. He just made a sign as no and also gave me the impression that I should leave. It was just a pity because the place seemed to be nice, and I was not only willing to buy a Coca-Cola.

1) food was bad and pricy 2) the waiters didn't do good service neither 3) the promised zero fee for parking was a lie, making the already expensive food even more expensive

Great food good service in a stunning location right at the lake. And the best, if you are lucky, bands with local music perform regularly. Well, this was 5 years ago. We came back in December 2023 and I was not impressed. Service was kind of borderline ok. Food was not very good, example the Leberspaetzle Soup, hardly any Spaetzle in the soup, see picture. Schnitzel in comparison to other local restaurants mediocre. Sorry we wont be back.
