Better stay away if you want to have a peaceful time. If they don't want to serve their customers, better they close the place and leave someone who can manage.French fries were cold, tasteless.. no need to mention they were overpriced. Never visit, event dont walk in front of it if possible.

The location is great: right next to the lake with lovely views. The food however was impressively awful. This is a review of the beer garden, not the restaurant.

Excelent location and good food, but the personnel was not friendly at all! My dad (as a tourist and not German) bought his food and drinks, but when tried to get the pfand back they didn’t want to give him, because even tho he had all the plates and glasses in his hands, in the cashier he didn’t pick up the invoice. And even tho makes no sense, they require the invoice with the plates/glasses to give you the pfand back. I had to call the manager and discuss with him to get our money back. It would be super simple to make the place be very well rated (like the classic pfand coins in any other Biergarten), but this detail made the experience go annoyingly bad. I would go back because the place is amazing, but be aware: KEEP YOUR INVOICE IN HANDS! And if not, don’t get fooled, discuss with them until you get your money back.

Food and location are great however the service personell at the restaurant is always stressed (at least it was like this the two times I have been there).

Really nice location, meals so so, beer OK. All restaurants have been reserved, almost arrogant behavior if you didn’t make reservations….so this place bit saved us and you have no other chances there anyway

Never had a worse service. You have to pay 4€ of deposit for both glass and plate and have to keep every receipt otherwise they won’t give you back your money. I lost my receipt and I did not receive the deposit back with the cashier screaming to me in German. Never coming back.

I have been here several times over the years and every time I leave disappointed. I suppose people come back here for the view of the lake and maybe to take a walk, but definitely not the food. The food is disappointing, every time. Is it too much to ask to have a good view and a good meal? If you are hungry and about to eat your own foot then this place might save you. I have been to many beer gardens that serve excellent food so I am surprised that they just can't manage to make good food here.

Nice view but service 0/10. Food okay-ish

We couldn't taste anything but the great view. Ice cream was far away from good and the caks were unfortunately not OK. Sorry but think twice to sit and get something to eat.
