Great service and food plus a clean restaurant. Our food came promptly and everything was delicious. Went back here on day 2, rating went from a 4 to a 3 (should be a 2 for service on day 2 but I'm averaging). Slow service, waited 10 minutes for anyone to come welcome us and take our drink order. Then waited 20 minutes for a coffee refill even after I requested more and was told "just a sec". Not good. Also place was not clean on the second experience, dirt and food on the floor, crayons too.

The food was really good. Unfortunately on the day of our visit all the chefs were not at work so apparently the manager was working in the kitchen. So the service was a bit slow but the servers were amazing and sweet.

5+ starts. This place is awesome. Very delicious 😋 and tasty. Different dishes with big menu. Recommended

We walked in on Sunday morning and it was SUPER packed. We were sat and greeted in under 10 minutes by a very friendly waitress who was obviously busy but took her time saying hello and taking our drink order (I believe her name was Liz) We got our drinks and ordered our good quickly as well. When the food came out my brothers sandwich was missing a couple things he'd asked for as well as the specific pancakes he wanted BUT our waitress had I'd fixed in less than 3 minutes. Overall it was super pleasant and the food was very good!!

We had ants all over our table. Included is a picture of 3 of them, circled. All in all, about 8 were on our table and seats. DISGUSTING. No clue how to report this to FDA or someone. We were there at 10pm and there was a wait because they had extremely limited staff. When we finally got our food it was cold… The staff was nice. They were trying their hardest. But this is clearly a poorly managed operation. Having bugs all over your table is COMPLETELY unacceptable. Absolutely disgusting. Cold food. Long wait times. Gross tables. Don’t go eat here.

BEWARE! The waiter at this restaurant stole my credit card info, & I have received multiple charges for days, since visiting over the weekend. Management has been less than helpful. If you care about your financial privacy, do NOT go to this place.

Really good place to eat. Ate at this location for the first time. The server was really nice. I had the Colorado omelet. It's really good.

I have not been to this place for several years. It is still the same. The place was clean. The employees were very friendly and courteous. I enjoyed the grilled cheese and tomato sandwich. Just got to love the small potatoe pancakes. I will try and visit with them again. Check them out sometime soon and see what you think.

Specious and lively place. It was all packed even though it was midnight. Food was decent and fresh. Their pancakes are a must have.

It was a Sunday, so they were super busy, yet the wait was still around 10 minutes. The server was great. The food was plentiful for the price. I noticed this area was very diverse with ethnicities. Was good to see.

We were house hunting from 2hr away and visited for lunch between showings. Our waiter, Michael, announced with a smile, 'my time has almost come'. In the car my daughter said, 'that's SO SAD! About the Waiter, he's SUPER Nice!' (She thought he announced he was passing away?) I had to explain NO! It was about the end of his shift... Thank God! We Miss Michael every time we visit and he's not on shift! In June, she asked for her favorite for after-grad dinner... Yes! IHOP. We were near and it was DELICIOUS as always, just like she remembered!! Thanks for the Fun times IHOP!
