Went earlier today and got the MVP upgrade for free since it was my first time. Never thought a steaming hot towel would be so relaxing on my face! I had Tiff cut my hair and she did a fantastic job from start to finish. Very personable and knows what she's doing. Highly recommend!

Checked in at this location with a zero minute wait time, and nobody currently getting a haircut 3 stylist were all standing around talking then everyone went to the back after waiting for 10 more minutes I gave up and left. Clearly nobody cared or wanted to cut my hair! There was a Great Clips two mins from here were i was checked in and next in line as i write this review. Horrible customer service there, I'll never go back. I'd give zero stars if I could!

The staff was friendly and persona le. They did not push extra services or products on me. My haircut was decent.
