Amazing. My wife left the Noblesville urgent care because of their horrible customer service. This facility got my wife and 4 sick kids in quickly and they staff was wonderful. Very competent people here who care about their customers. All I have to say is, Thank You!

I am not the kind of person that normally leaves reviews, but the quality of care I received or didn’t receive is exactly what is wrong with health care in the states. I waited over 2 hours for a 5 minute interaction with the NP. I went in for a foot pain that has been going on for over a month after a tearing sensation occurred today. Frankly, I listened for longer and with more empathy to the MA’s problems than anyone did to mine. I felt like the physician was belittling, insincere, and eager to move on to the next patient. It was clear she knew what she was going to say prior to even walking into the room. She merely glanced at my foot and didn’t even touch it. 90% of the conversation was her talking at me and saying that I should hang tight and try over the counter pain relievers. She also told me exercise (not pt but general exercise) could be beneficial without knowing that I do indeed already work out and run but I stopped due to the foot pain. I left feeling defeated. This experience was overall disheartening and discouraging.

Excellent place for care, was very quick and helpful. Nurse and doctor who took me for questions answered and gave more advice than my primary doctor, actually took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with my concerns. I was wary because of previous reviews, but the receptionist was amazing, and they don't have the previous one at the front any longer. Would recommend highly, had better care here than most doctors or nurse practitioners.

Not trans friendly and not very helpful in general. Thier paper work had no place for preferred pronouns and preferred name.I gave them my preferred name and pronouns and they still insisted on using the wrong pronouns. Dr didnt seem like she knew what was going on and was even asking me if i think her decisions for the prescriptions she wrote me were correct. Not going back

AMAZING experience! I needed a quick visit for my ongoing cough, to rule out any illnesses I had so I could go back to work and I’ve never had an easier or more welcoming experience at a doctors office. Theresa was great and informative. I felt better about my health and going back to work. I was written a prescription and again, all my questions were answered appropriately and respectfully. I will definitely be recommending this urgent care to other family and friends!

Please don’t come here any anything urgent. They are not professional at all. They gave me pills causing very bad side effect and forgot the antibiotic order for me when I went to pharmacy to pick up. They tried to hide and no apology.

Very nice and friendly polite caring people. I dealt with Theresa and another young gentleman whose name I didn’t get. But came in for an Emergency Peritonsillar Abscess which was very close to turning into Severe Tonsilitis. Couldn’t afford another 4-5 day hospital stay. They knew what to give me and were very accommodating to my health and comfort needs the entire time I was there. Before coming in at 6:00PM I was struggling to breathe with severe pain all throughout my neck jaw and throat, by 6:30PM I was given my shots and prescriptions feeling much better and starting to relax, fast forward to the next morning I feel so relieved, they were able to fix a 2-3 week long ordeal of suffering in less than 24hrs and for that I am grateful. The last ER I went to for 5 days couldn’t even come close. Thanks so much Fishers UC!

I had a good experience at this urgent care clinic. The staff was very kind and personable, and worked in a timely manner. I had to get sutured for a wound and the whole thing took less than an hour. They gave me supplies to take home, thorough instructions, and a prescription for antibiotics. I would definitely go again.
