This place is filthy! The men's bathroom has not been cleaned someone crapped in the urinal. The floor in all areas are dirty, the tables are sticky & nothing is working; soda machine, computers & no AC. I hope we don't get food poisoning . We already had paid! Huge mistake!!

The employees here are always nice and helpful. The store manager Jesus is kind also. They do their best at getting drive thru and delivery orders out as quick as they can. I've noticed that .The milkshakes here are the best I've ever had. Especially the Oreo milkshake. 😊 Thanks all of you.

Great shake! The fries were old and soggy. When it was delivered I open my door to half my shake on the front porch. Not entirely blaming the restaurant. Only major complaint I ordered sauces, didn’t get them with my order, also old stale soggy fries. All in all don’t recommend

This location was clean, the food arrived quickly for the amount of food we ordered. You can not go wrong with 2 tacos for a $1! We also got an order of egg rolls that were crispy to perfection. The location of this Jack in the Box down on the end of the shopping plaza makes for ease of access.

I place an order on doordash at 6:10 PM And it included just one combo order and I was told it was already for pick up until 632. When I went in to pick up my order that said was ready, they told me it was not. They continued to ignore me and do everybody through the drive-through. Then came to me and told me that my order wasn't in the system . I didn't get my order until almost 6:50 PM. They proceeded to tell me the whole time that's it's easier to come in in order but why have doordash as an option for ordering if you guys can't do that. Terrible service and Will not be coming back anytime soon. I'm not gonna wait 40 minutes for a fast food single combo order

How do you advertise over 300 flavors on a soda machine provided by Coca-Cola. And you don't even offer soda water or Coca-Cola Aha??? Basic soda water that's used to flavor the soda that comes out of that fountain I can't even get. It's ridiculous.

Trapped in a drive thru with no escape for 19 minutes. If I could have driven over the bushes to leave I would have. When asked if it's normally this long the guy looked upset and said his coworkers don't know what they're doing and that he is frustrated with them. One star because of the wait and the cold and stale curly fries, two stars because the burgers were hot and greasy.

Waited 34 minutes in the drive through for an online order. Forgot part of my order, luckily I checked before driving away. I get they were short staffed (like usual) but 30+ minutes AND messing up the order? Bummer. The food was good, just get more people.

Asked at the drive through for a coke zero. Manager operating the window didn't fill the soda until I was at the window (slow day) she presses the Diet Coke button right next to the Coke Zero. What happens when people ask for decaf in the morning? Do they just give them caffeinated coffee because "they are the same" without regard to people's taste or medical conditions? You would think that if someone saw that as part of their job responsibilities was a restaurant worker. Not here.

What happened to 'fast food'? There's nothing fast about Jack In The Box anymore. Three cars back shouldn't take over 30 minutes to get your food. The food itself was only okay, nothing remarkable. We'll go somewhere else next time.

Horrible experience! Went through the drive thru and they hand me $40+ worth of food in one bag, so I ask is everything in there and they say yes. So I get home and my large stuffed jalapeños and medium curly fry is missing. So I go back because that's $10 worth of food they ripped me off of and now i have to waste more gas to get there and all my other food is now getting cold. When I get there they hand me a bag that's sitting there (obviously the bag they forgot). Get home and now all my other food is cold and so was the jalapeño and fries that they just had sitting there. Also the kids cheese burger was old and hard. Very disappointed in this visit!!!

This place is our go-to when we are hitting the Interstate heading out of town. Despite being quite busy at times the service is fast, food fresh made, and hot. The excellent customer service is much appreciated. I am always impressed with their politeness even with rude customers. Thank you!

Avoid this place at all costs. The service is absolutely horrendous. I've been through twice, so this is not a one-off. Same girl in the drive-thru both times (receipt says "Alex", but I don't know for sure), and she has NO idea what she's doing. She didn't even know what vinaigrette was when I asked. I said you don't have any, and she just said "sorry". It turned out that she had put some in the bag. The very next time I ordered grilled chicken combo with a root beer, and 2 tacos. I got to the window and firstly, there was NO ICE in the entire store. THEN as if that wasn't enough, she handed me the wrong order, took it back and brought me an order without the 2 tacos, and then informed me that she didn't ring up the 2 tacos. I couldn't have been any more clear on what I wanted. This girl needs to find a new line of work, although if she can't handle this one, my hopes are not high.

Food is of consistent quality and the gentleman that works there is always friendly. However he's the only person I ever see working there when I go for lunch (8am is my lunchtime). The food always takes extra time and I usually have to wait in the front parking spot for 5+ minutes. Carl's Jr. Across the street is always well staffed and I get my food at the window, so they're my usual preference if I need "fast" food. I'll only ever come to here if I am craving jack in the box specifically, rather than it being my first choice.

Terrible customer service, I've never given a bad review of a restaurant before but this was the worst fast food experience I've ever had. The manager was extremely mean because I took to long to order when there was nobody behind me.

Hot, fresh, and tasted great while I was drunk. Good enough for me.

The all meat breakfast burrito is killer! Don't miss the onion rings (best until August when Burgerville had their Walla Walla's - no one can beat those!!).

Food and service are frequently bad. And can never good food right but service changes from good to bad making you wanna try again.

These Mexicans do not understand English. Proof is when you pull up to the order box and hear them say Welcome to Yack In the Box. Also, CHECK YOUR ORDER EVERY TIME! If you order a breakfast Croissant I guarantee you they will give you a Croissant with a single slice of ham instead. Every time!

I think this Jack in the box is the worst in Vancouver! The girlfriend and I ordered the Snoop meal and then was told 'Sorry we cant make them because the cooks didn't know how to make them. Also we asked for two large shakes and once again told they where out. Once we came to the drive up window there was horse play, and a worker wearing slippers and cussing ,while an employee was using the shake machine that worked fine. So we settled with sandwiches and warm soda. Worst experience ever!

Thank you for being open past 6 on Christmas Eve. We appreciated the service and gentlemen working were still kind despite being away from their families.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake. I get to the window and the guy said he accidentally put Oreos in the shake and asked if it was ok. No, I wanted a chocolate milkshake. They did make it right, but the people working weren't very professional, one was walking around with a hood on his head, and the cashier gave me a wadded up ball of napkins when I asked for napkins. I give two stars because, unlike many locations around Vancouver/Portland recently, this one was actually open (at least the drive-thru). But this chain is really, really slipping. I have said this elsewhere, the Portland area franchisee needs to get it together.

The food was cold and when I went in they got upset that I wanted fresh food no1 was in line or at the window and still took 25 minutes to get me fresh food that was made sloppy and had an attitude when they have me my food. Talked a bunch of trash about my cold food and me(like I didn't understand them) and looked at me nodding their head like I did a bad thing . They should be fired the night crew before they get someone at the the window who will end up showing them a problem!

I was ready to order within a minute, but waited an additional four while three employees chatted about something to do with the register. It was in Spanish but I understand it enough to pick up the gist. The burger was OK. The onion rings were great but would have been AWESOME if the oil was changed more often. Like, early last week...lol. Not outstanding customer service and mediocre at best food. Probably will not return.

Love the Munchie Meal box. Yummy, unique burgers, 2 tacos, regular and curly fries and a drink. They're $8 now. You can share it. We enjoyed it.

I mean it’s jack in the box. Pretty satisfied with my order tho. Everything was hot and fresh. That’s a big deal to me. I’m so tired of going through a drive thru and they give you trash, cold food, leftover fries that have been sitting to long, cold burgers. It’s refreshing when you get what you paid for and it’s fresh and hot.
