Had a great experience at this location as a walk-in! The staff were polite and helpful, and the medical staff were caring and listened to my concerns. A bonus is the neighborhood cat who sometimes hangs out on the porch. If you’re kind, he’ll let you pet him!

I've been taking my daughter here for years and have finally had the last straw. I called last night asking about a Covid test for my daughter and was told if I come right when they open today I would be first in line for the daily walk ins. After finding a sitter for my younger daughter and dragging my extremely sick kiddo (while missing a college class of my own), I was given an appointment time for 7 hours later. Could they not have given me the appointment time on the phone? Or at least been up front about the process? They lady at the front treated me really bad like I was trying to infect her or something when all I wanted was for my time to not be wasted. We will not be returning.

This is the first clinic I’ve been to that really cares about your health and well being. Preventative care is top notch! They always make sure that I’m up to date on my immunizations, tests, prescriptions, etc. Highly respect my provider and the staff. They are all very professional and friendly.

This review loses stars due to Seamar's continual struggle to find and retain professional administrative staff, and train them accordingly: Front Desk Schedulers Call centers These all continually remain poor experiences. This leads me to believe their staff in this area are underfunded and undertrained, led by a poorly equipped department head. Actual healthcare has been fine, once I'm in front of a doctor. But... yeah... expect to be told over phone "no you don't need an appointment for that, just walk in, yes I'm sure and we don't do appointments for those" and then when at the desk "well because you didn't make an appointment in advance with us, it's going to be a 1.5 hours wait." Or this scenario... N: "Yes your child is up to date on her shots!" Me "You sure? It says 'INCOMPLETE', where do I check how it's incomplete?" N: *takes back the document and makes me wait another 10 minutes* N: "Best I can tell, it's complete! The document must say it's incomplete because you have optional immunizations you haven't done." (What?!? "best you can tell?!?)" ---A little while later--- Me: *takes form to childcare* Childcare: "Oh yeah, your daughter is missing 'xxx' shot. It says right here on page 3... it's always listed there." Me: *rates Seamar 3 stars after this is the fourth time something like this happened.*

Called in the morning because I had a sore throat for about 3 days so I finally went to get it looked at. They says that I could not make an appointment and had walk in. So I went and tried to get a walk in appointment. They told me to go wait in the car and then they called me. They said they didn’t have an appointment available till 2:30PM when it was around 9:15AM and then they said that it had to be over the phone. What kind of medical facility isn’t prepared to treat patients if they are “symptomatic”? Even though I am 100% sure that it’s just strep throat and I even have a history of that. How are you supposed to get the needed medical help if they don’t even check you and the appointment is over the phone!? I also live far away from the clinic so why didn’t they tell me that even if I did go for a walk in that it would be over the phone. It is not the first time that they have made me waste my time and gas.

If I could rate this a 0 or less I would. I took my son here when we switched insurance from Oregon to Washington after he moved in with me. He is 8 years old with a seizure disorder and cerebral palsy. We needed to go here to establish a new pediatrician and get referrals for a new neurologist & physical therapist. With his complications with seizures and updating medications we were most in need of a new neurologist. Fast forward nearly 2 months later and they STILL haven’t successfully sent a referral to the new provider. I’ve contacted and sent many messages through MyChart trying to check in and expedite this process since the expected new neurologist is booked 6 months out, but they only respond no more than 20% of the time….I’ve tried many times to contact Dr. Santiago directly and if I’m ever contacted in return it’s always only from her staff. I can’t raise his doses as needed or get him returned to school with the needed documentation for his emergency meds without this neurologist, but none of this seems to matter to them. It’s extremely frustrating and scary… and I am eager to find a different pediatrician that qualifies under his insurance and understands the priorities of his situation. Dealing with this clinic has been absolutely mind boggling and I wish I never trusted to bring my son here in the first place. Total nightmare. Don’t bring your kid here if they have any sort of similar situation/ special needs.

Somebody teach people at the reception desk how to do their job! So slow, disorganized, arrogant, poor performance and totally useless when it comes to provide timely and right information. Seriously, I am just speechless.

Worst patient care I have ever experienced. I myself work in the medical field and they do not treat patients with empathy and respect. I waited over an hour to get called back. I made my appointment weeks in advanced for my 4 month old son well child check. He was getting fussy and I asked the staff how much longer and they would won’t even give me a timeframe. So I left because my son was very fussy. They then called me back and I was unable to answer the call at that time and I’ve tried calling back twice and I’m Still waiting for a call back. Please don’t go here

My 2 stars is because no matter what seamar clinic I go to desk staff is HORRID extremely rude/short. One example being this week while I was there one of the women at the front desk was so RUDE to me and the other one next to her kept speaking loudly/obnoxiously to an obvious non English speaking patient like he was a child instead of finding a way to bridge the language gap as if it isn't already hard enough for a non English speaking person to get adequate care. I don't understand how people that act like this keep their jobs? Why does seamar employ the rudest desk staff possible? However the provider Jaquelyn Baker is great absolutely amazing with my children nothing but good things to say about her! As well as most the MA's very patient and kind! What's the deal seamar? Maybe some customer service training for the desk staff?

The people there, always know how to help patients out, and even though it takes awhile for a response, they always know what to do or how to help.

This place is such a joke!! I think the staff is doing the best they can with what they have, but save yourself a trip, and the money it costs for gas or the bus and just avoid it altogether. With the doctor I was given, I felt very rushed, hurried, and ultimately flustered. After waiting six months to be seen, I felt like crying rather than feeling any kind of resolution. I did not feel heard. Trying to establish a primary care provider with state health & facilities like this certainly contribute to missed diagnosis, self medicating, or just plain indifference. I give up!!!

Makes workers with client patients defecate themselves rather than let them use the bathroom in violation of a no public bathroom policy. Inhumane treatment and policies at every level.

There was dried blood on the exam table and on the floor. Everything was filthy. I don’t know if they even cleaned equipment between patients. I certainly didn’t see any wiping down anything before or after using it. Staff is lovely, environment is disgusting.

Never knew I'd be treated like a non patient based solely on my race. Reception should be fired. Won't be back and I'm a cardiac patient that just had surgery who's primary physician was here.

Worst clinic I have ever had to deal with. Call wait times are up towards an hour, they ask for records and never put them in the system, you make an appointment to only wait way past the scheduled time. Oh and forget being heard out or properly evaluated for any reason. The receptionists don’t know anything about anything, all they do is ask the same question in different ways. They were saving covid vaccines for their friends and family as people stood outside . Look into other clinics before coming here.

These clinics can be booked far out, so if it is an emergency got to the main hospital, urgent care, or the ER. Sometimes you can get on the on-call/wait list for no shows and cancelations, but if it is urgent I wouldn't risk it. You come in early as the clinic is about to open or call for those kind of appts, otherwise a normal appt can be booked weeks out.

👍👍 Dr. Webster and her team were friendly and efficient. The wait times were reasonable, and when it was my turn, time was taken to address all my health questions.
