Dr. Webster and her team were friendly and efficient. The wait times were reasonable, and when it was my turn, time was taken to address all my health questions. The wait times at the lab (blood tests) and pharmacy were rather longer than I would prefer, but the queue system is fair. All in all, the quality of care is excellent. Kaiser is taking good care of the community.

Dr. Christine Henderson and her team were absolute standouts! They were willing to adjust the schedule so I could have my hernia surgery earlier than expected. That turned out to be extremely important. Dr. Henderson was extremely caring, compassionate, and competent. She made me feel a great sense of confidence going into the surgery and the surgery went extremely well. She and her whole team were very courteous and kind. I give them five stars out of five. Well, maybe six stars out of five.

My partner and I were visiting Module E for an appointment and interacted with the Reg Rep, Matthew. They were extremely kind, patient, and upbeat. Even though Matthew had to deal with some rather rude patients coming in. They still maintained a very upbeat attitude and didn't lose their patience or composure. It made our visit to the appointment much more enjoyable thank you to Matthew!

My appt happened right on time 3:20 pm Dr. Le and her nurse were very professional yet caring and focused on me the entire time. I felt very listened to and comfortable. Thank you BOTH so much ! ALSO a shout out to E-care program !!!! Super great program that I've used numerous times and have been very satisfied with results!! I appreciate everyone involved

Dr. Amor Dela Cruz always greets with a warm welcome. She does a thorough exam and asks great questions pertaining to my concerns. She is so patient and kind and I have really grown to enjoy her as my Dr.

I always get along with everybody there. They’re all very friendly and helpful. The doctors nurse. She was wonderful. Very friendly, helpful. The doctor is always awesome. She is a wonderful person that listens to everything I have to say. She’s very understanding about my feelings about any issues and tries to help me get through them and figure this out.

Doctor appeared to have completed a chart review prior to the appointment. He asked questions thoroughly , provided recommendations for treatment and advised us of planned follow up. He and the assistant were very kind and pleasant. Hand cleansing observed. Very appreciated.

I went in for a HRT shot, my first to be exact. My appointment was in Portland, in which was my fault but they scheduled me in as soon as possible. These were the receptionist at Module C, so absolutely lovely and friendly. The nurse (in module E) was lovely and even though I did not come in with all the materials, she ran around to get us prepared. Her instructions were incredible helpful and she was patient. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

The urgent care was very busy 10 minutes before they opened but within an hour I seen a doctor got my vitals done and saw the pharmacy. Dr. Dunn was very professional quick and ready to see what he could do for me the minute he walked in the door. His nurse lady was very friendly and encouraging. I’ve use the pharmacy before, but this is the first time when I had other items from the self-service section that they said they would hold them for me until my prescription was ready. Very happy and pleased with Kaiser here at cascade .

Dr De La Cruz is so caring and compassionate! I've recently had a condition that caused me excruciating pain. Without her expertise and compassion…..well I can't even imagine how much worse it could have been. I've never felt that my visits, virtual or in clinic, have been rushed. She has always made sure any/questions and concerns are addressed. She is a shining example of the care Kaiser has to offer :)

This was my first encounter with Dr Avila, whom I had requested as my new personal physician. The entire appointment was a 5-star experience, from the promptness with which I was called in, to my encounter with Lynn, who took my vitals (she’s wonderful!) through my time getting acquainted with Dr Avila, whom I am very impressed with. Glad he’s my new personal physician! Very pleased with my experience at Kaiser this morning!

Dr. Roach was very professional and attended to my concerns in detail and was very knowledgeable about my health history and what I need to do know going forward. I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. I feel very taken care of and my health needs were met at my visit today.

I had a fantastic vist with Dr. Proctor today. He listened to me and communicated well and explained and went over my concerns and followed up with a test that he felt was needed. He was excellent! For the years that I have been a member of Kaiser, I find Dr. Proctor as one of the best that has provided services to me.

Letisha was amazing, always is! She’s kind, gentle and helps me feel relaxed and is very knowledgeable and patient with explaining things. Dr.passino was also helpful and took care of issues in the moment that I wasn’t even aware of. I would recommend both to anyone!

Dr. Webster is personable, thorough, and takes a genuine interest in my overall health. She and her assistant (Alicia?) took great care of me. Jennifer in imaging was also very friendly, careful, and efficient. My phlebotomist (don’t recall her name) was perhaps the best I’ve had. I never felt the needle.

The nurses did a great job in making me comfortable for the procedure I would undergo and the doctor similarly explained in advance exactly what he would be doing. He also checked with me shortly after starting the procedure to find out if I was experiencing any pain.
