I am writing to express my share disgust at the customer service as Marios trincity. I placed a delivery order for pizza at 7:04pm. The order was entered at 7:25pm. Transaction number 53502. The customer service rep on the telephone did not even give me my total cost of the order. After more than an hour with the delivery not reaching me nor the driver contacting me for directions, my wife decided to call back marios trincity. Upon making the call my wife told the customer rep that she she had placed an order over an hour and has not gotten the order. The customer rep hung up the telephone on my wife. She again dialed the number but no one answered. Shortly after this a delivery driver contacted me for directions. After placing my order at 7:05pm it was now 8: 40 pm and still no pizza. The order finally arrived at 8:49 pm. Marios do better with the hiring of staff as you have now lost a loyal customer and would be telling my friends and family not to support your establishment.

The pizza was delicious as always. The staff was very friendly and courteous however I placed my order via phone call and when I got there they said they couldn't find my order so I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to make it.

Purchased a pizza out of nostalgia. Not much cheese and not as thin crust as I remembered. Mince was in chunks, the taste was a tad bland and the texture soggy. Need a display board with your order number. Sat in the place alone waiting for a pizza but staff didn't bother checking so sat there without knowing my order was sitting there getting cold. Such is life

Easy access, It's on the ground floor of the mall, first business on your right. (There are multiple entrances). You can park right outside. Service was good. Dining area isn't bad.

I ordered online. Got in store and linx was not working so I had to go to the ATM to get cash and then return. When I returned I waited for like more than 5 minutes without anyone in the store at the time being attended too. I can understand if they were short staffed but all of the staff watched the growing number of customers...continued what they were doing without so much as a word on when we will be attended to.

You all fill the hand sanitizers. Days now I'm coming in and the bottle is empty. And you all just posing it there because you need to have a sanitizing station.

This particular branch (trincity mall) is actually negative 5 stars on this occasion. With what appeared to be full turn out of staff (8+ ppl) they were still inefficient. I ordered an artisan sandwich combo which apparently was either difficult to make or my order was forgotten. Customers who ordered after myself, were collecting their pizzas. Upon inquiry, I was told "it's coming now" only to observe the kitchen staff starting to prepare my order after waiting 15 mins. Not to mention we waited 10+ mins to place the order. This is why supporting local establishments are so difficult, Mario's in particular, you always feel like your begging for item you paid for with your hard earned money. These sandwiches are really great, I'd recommend anyone to try it but with this service, go elsewhere. If you really have your heart set on Mario's, try the Gasparillo branch, staff actually pays attention, they'll apologise if the order is running late, which is actually not a regular experience at the Gasparillo branch. Some trinis really need to step up.

At Xtra Foods Plaza Arima, stale doughnuts affirmed by the cashier who advised to go Linda's for cookies and doughnuts a few meters away... Yummy pizzas though!!!

Good tasting pizza and swift service. Staff need to be more friendly and smile . I guess minimum wage with all that hard work is nothing to constantly smile about. But workers work very hard .

Worst service. Birthday club celebration is a joke. Made a report to marketing department at head office in El Socorro but nobody followed up on the complaint we me. That showed me Mario's don't give a s#!t about customers just the money. Half the time is burned or half cook pizza u getting from this outlet in particular.

Every time I go to the mall, I usually pass this establishment straight. Over time I must've forgotten the reason why but I had a very recent and grim reminder of just how bad this place is. Ordered a personal pizza after waiting 5 minutes just to make the order. Waited and waited but decided to think positive and pass the time with looking at the menu. When a human finally appeared they gave me a pissed off look and asked "You were dreaming??" Okay. Weird, but I guess that must be the new Mario's greeting? Then after making the selection and waiting another 5 minutes just for the cashier to notice me, I went to sit and wait patiently for them to make it but 27 minutes later after not hearing my number called I figured that I'll go to the counter to check. And oh what a surprise, there it was waiting with no one around. So I stood there, trying to get someone's attention and noticed a guy by the register pointedly ignoring me. I thought, okay maybe handing out orders isn't his job and I continued to wait but then he looked at me, made eye contact and scowled! Like he was picking a fight...? I was so lost as to what was happening. Why the animosity? I turned away from him but then he suddenly sneezed loudly and I was so disgusted I was ready to just leave. However, I really wanted to get my order as I'd already paid. The cashier + lady from the back came out, looked at me waiting + proceeded to work on boxing pizzas for pick-up. Decided to be patient and wait. However, when they were done boxing pizzas they went back into the kitchen to make more pizzas! And everyone who came out of the kitchen willfully and pointedly avoided looking at me, standing there turning to stone. I held up my collection slip but still they ignored. At this point, ten minutes had elapsed and I was getting desperate. I was ready to just jump the counter and get my order myself. I held up my paper + waved it and stared at the person rolling dough behind the wall and it was only then that she finally acknowledged my presence and gestured that she would be with me. When she eventually came, I asked in a very respectful manner if there was a particular procedure for collecting orders. She said no and that I was in the right place to get it. And then said that they're the ones who are to get the order but when they have back to back orders there are long wait times. She stated this without care and in a matter of fact manner. I then asked her, "So, in other words, you're short-staffed?" And she said yes. To this, I sighed and left to go eat as I felt that it wasn't right to take out my frustrations on her. Clearly, Mario's only cares about taking your money and then ignoring you because they already got what they wanted. And the employees are obviously not trained in proper customer service judging from the way they speak to customers. The way I observed them working while I was standing there (turning to stone) reminds me of a sweat shop. It would have taken less than a minute for any of them to get my order but I guess they were too dead inside to care. Let me not even mention the dirty tables and the beggar that came in to sit by me and ask if I had money to spare. Unsanitary environment, disgruntled disrespectful overworked and rude staff, overpriced bake with cheese.... Geez! How did I ever forget all of these things that are common to the local pizza experience? And of course, the pizza didn't disappoint, tasting just as I expected: like bake and cheese with tomato paste, five tomato slice halves and four pineapple chunks. At least that's one thing about Mario's pizza that remains consistent. I won't even complain about the overpriced bake with cheese, because why? After waiting 43 minutes to eat, I was just so hungry that I ate everything. I worked hard for that $39, so why waste it? Ah. Next time I won't forget this nightmare. And I'll follow my instincts to just buy a granola bar and go home to have lunch... To go to Mario's pizza again, I'll have to have a thing for degradation and disappointment 😒 👎
