Excellent program! I went in as a novice and came out not only knowledgeable about my health and how to maintain it but learned the type of lifestyle I should maintain. Ivan and Amanda really are the best in guiding you through the process of personal enhancement. Highly recommend it

I’m not (was) a fan of functional classes and I tried f45 at Doral and I loved it! I tried it and right after the class was done I enrolled. Great atmosphere, great group, always on time and very challenging but fun at the same time. I highly recommend it

I have been going to F45 for 5 years. After never sticking to a gym or a workout plan I finally found a home. 45 minutes a day is the only time I get to be good to my body and be surrounded by the best people and the trainers that really want you to be the best version of yourself. The workouts are constantly changing the music and the energy are incredible. Give it a try this place is truly life changing , not only a gym but also a community ❤️💪

This place is amazing! The staff is 100% dedicated to see positive changes in your life and are very motivating. After just 1 week of being part of the gym, Im sure that I want to be a part of it forever! Classes are very dynamic and you wont ever repeat the same workout which makes it even better. I love the classes and coaches are great! I looked into F45 after I wanted add more strength training and conditioning to my weekly routine. Each class is well organized , programming is well done, and the energy is great. I look forward to the 5am class every time ! Try a free class you will love it too!

Hands down, the best choice I’ve made training at F45 at Doral. VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Excellent trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. Perfect Functional Training sessions !!, 45 minutes that go with the blink of an eye, great trainers, great music and great routines, every time a different one, not possible to get bored. Every night I always look forward to go to the session next day, is the best way to start the day energetic to face the work day ahead. The gym equipment is top of the line and the trainers are always checking that you do the right moves. Is like having a personal trainer. I was considering acquiring equipment to make a gym at home, not anymore, no way , the equipment of F45 is worth hundreds of thousands and together with the guided routines is the most efficient way to hit the gym.
