Loved our visit and experience. We have never stayed at a BnB before, so having a personalized experience was new to us. The house is super adorable. The best moment we had was hanging out on the balcony reading our books while a storm rolled in. So peaceful and quiet.

My wife and I spent the last weekend in Flagstaff and we found 303 BnB. It was one of the best places we've ever stayed. Kim took amazing care of us and did so many extra touches to make our trip wonderful! It is located near every place we wanted to go and it was so easy to book. The rooms were very clean and modern and we loved the gym and the game room. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this fantastic B&B in October. We had to leave early in the morning on our first day and didn't get breakfast. My hsb asked Kim if it would be possible to pack us a small "to go" breakfast. We were so surprised to see an actual continental breakfast waiting for us in the fridge!! We stayed in the Silver room and it was beautiful and the sheets felt like velvet!!! I left my PJ"s there and Kim mailed them to me!! Thanks Kim!! Your hospitality was amazing and top notch. We WILL return to this wonderful establishment.

We had a wonderful time at 303 BnB. We came with friends that had been here before. I think my favorite spot was on the balcony visiting and relaxing while a thunder and rainstorm blew in. It was nice to wear a jacket. Kim provided wine and cheese downstairs that we really liked and we played a few rounds at the pool 🎱 table. We stayed in the green room. The king size bed was very comfortable. I opened all the windows because we like it cool. All the amenities were very good. On the second floor, there are 4 guest rooms and a game room /tv room with a full size refrigerator with coffee and tea available anytime. Our morning breakfast was very tasty. We were very happy with our experience at 303 BnB. We can't wait to come back. Thank you Kim for your hospitality.

We had a great one-night stay in the green room at 303 BnB Inn. We wished we had stayed another night! The bed was super comfortable and the room had lots amenities and special touches. The whole building is artfully decorated and makes you feel right at home. Kim is a wonderful host!

One of the best B and Bs anywhere! Kim is the perfect host: accommodating, welcoming and a culinary wizard. Thank you for making our stay in Flagstaff so easy and enjoyable.

What a great place! Kim is so friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. There are amenities many BnBs don't have, like a gym and game room. Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 303. Kim was very hospitable, responsive, and personable. The location is very close to downtown yet in a quiet and safe place. My room had a great booklet for local recommendations and instructions for the room. The room was so comfy and well put together - I slept well! I was staying in the larger navy room. Each room is color themed! Unfortunately, I was only staying the night solo but I enjoyed each minute. Breakfast was two eggs benedict with fruit served downstairs at 8am with coffee, yogurt, and cereal options. I had a lovely conversation with the owner and other guests during breakfast. There are also laundry, gym, common/recreational spaces available that I didn't take full advantage of during my short stay. I wish the owners the best and hope their BnB does well. I would go back if I was staying in Flagstaff!
