I've been living at the Village at Lake Mary Crossing for over 6 years with my young son. It's safe, relatively quiet and in a great location. Management and maintenance here is friendly and always quick to respond. My little family will continue to live here since we feel like we've established roots at this complex.

Love it here! My neighbors & the staff have become my extended family & friends. Jennifer (in the office) & Dylan and Matt (maintenance techs) have all been great to work with.

Our family has been here about a year and a half, and from the very beginning the staff have made every step as simple as possible. Matthew and Dylan and Jennifer make this home. The kids play til dark and we feel very safe. Everyone looks out for the each other without getting nosy.

I love living here, great part of town! Jen in the office is great and they care about the tenants and fix any issues quickly and dylan in maintenance is awsome. The neighbors are amazing and everyone gets along. Great place to live and affordable as well!

This is a great place to live I came from a bad environment and had trouble sleeping it is too quiet and that is a good thing Jennifer is a great mgr and manitince is really awesome I have nothing to say. But good things about this place very convenient to everything

When I/we lived at Village at Lake Mary Crossing on Anita Ave, it was a literal complete absolute nightmare. Jennifer Hull, the apartment manager put me/us on the third floor inspite of me/us having arthritis in my/our hip. The neighbor directly below, who worked as a chef at NAU, would smoke cigarettes and purposefully burn cooking oil for hours in a form of a chemical warfare attack on me/us on various occasions. The fumes would rise directly into my/our apartment and on a few occasions I/we would have to step out of my/our apartment just so I/we could breath, literally…..I/we notified Hull, the fire department, the apartment security staff and the police of these actions and none of them would doing anything about it.…… Then, came the bed bug nightmare, which I/we had never experienced before…..wow, when they say don’t let the bed bugs bite they aren’t kidding…..initially, when I/we seen one on my/our bed I/we thought they were ticks……right…….I/we believe they were already there when I/we got there and covered it up so as to blame me/us for having brought them there, thus the reason for having new carpet installed into my/our apartment right before I/we moved in…… I/we definitely do not recommend living at these apartments unless they fix their bed bug problems and get rid of Jennifer Hull……
