This is honestly one of the worse places to live. I was so excited when first moving in but this year has been filled with problem after problem. 1. The dishwasher was constantly having problems and took forever to fix it 2. My heater has not been working all year. 3. My ac has not been working. 4. The metal sink has fallen off multiple times. 5. I got locked out of my apartment for no reason and my fob was not working. I had to wait over 50 minuted for someone to come. 6. My apartment has flooded multiple times. Something is constantly broken and have been paying full prices all year. When I tried talking to the manager about the ac being broken she gave an attitude and said “many places in flagstaff don’t have ac”. That took me by shock because last time I checked I didn’t live anywhere else but the standard. I had to fight to get a portable ac in my unit. They took away the 3 parking spots residents had for guest for retail. I guess they care more about money than their own residents. Hopefully this place get some actual management.

Do not live here. I lived here for the past year and within a month I knew I had made a mistake. My boyfriend and I shared a studio for $1497. They will tow your car and charge you $200-360. The hallways are nasty; there was always a horrible smell of cat piss everywhere. There was a big trail of tide dish soap in our hallway for about 2 weeks. Our A/C hardly ever worked, we had to contact maintenance about every month for a new problem in our apartment. Flagstaff being a college town plus the standard being basically a college dorm, you will be lucky to get all the sleep you need. Tequila Sunrise was the worst, our window (along with many others) looked out into a “courtyard” (which was just one big rock) and I was awoken to many glass bottles of alcohol being thrown onto the rock and smashing. The hot tubs are disgusting and falling apart. For the whole year 2 of the hot tubs were never hot and you would be lucky to find a hot tub that looked the smallest amount of clean. The entrance way into the standard during winter is absolutely the worst. They don’t know how to get rid of all the snow in the way and so it’s like driving over hella deep potholes. The parking garage is so tight and with all the kids driving 30+ mph in there on tight, blind turns I’m surprised and thankful haven’t been in an accident. The front desk…. awful. My key fox stopped working and I had to wait over an hour to finally have someone help me back into my apartment. The stairwells are literally the worst, but with the elevators never working it’s the only option you got. Just wait till the power goes out and have fun walking up those pitch black stairs.

This is the worst apartment complex i’ve ever had to deal with. They never answer the phones. It takes calling 3 times to finally reach someone. They lie to you multiple times and tell you that they have covered parking available, one of the reasons I signed with them, which they don’t. I’ve visited friends here multiple times and the hallways are always filthy and doors are always broken. Half the staff is rude and doesn’t seem to know what’s going on in their own complex. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt for too long, but I have never met a single person who lived here who has said they liked it.

This place is a complete joke and will charge you for the most outrageous stuff that isn’t your fault. My tub was leaking water from the bottom after I moved in and I had to spend money on towels to fix it before the water could damage too much of the tiles. By the time maintenance stopped the problem it destroyed one tile and they charged me 100$ for it even though I probably saved them thousands of dollars by getting the maintenance team to stop the water leak before it became a serious issue.

This place is actually the worse place to live. If you're a college student just don't bother and live at Freemont or somewhere else. The doors were NEVER working and always broken so they had to be left open. Which is totally unsafe and illegal. They will charge you extra for absolutely anything and everything. I repeat do not live here

This apartment complex is a bit spendy for a college student (without working 2 jobs). Its a 10min walk from NAU. Most apartments are 4 bed 3 bath (some are 4 bed 2bath). The residents pay for rent, water, and electricity. As well as they are required to pay a monthly landlord insurance fee, and a monthly fee for parking. So the cost to live at these apartments for a month ranges from $968 to over a $1100. The front staff was helpful and pleasant. The whole complex was clean and well kept. They use an app for the residents to pay rent, utilities and etc very modern. They had elevators for the residents, spa, weight room, golf simulator, Jacuzzis. The parking is an underground parking and for covered parking it is $70 a month, for uncovered it is $55. Has its own restaurant where the residents get a discount when the go there.. Next to fast food places, other apartments,. Love the place but it is spendy.

Offers housing mostly for students. It is a very quiet and comfortable place to live. They have spa, golf simulation, computer rooms, and many more. However, parking is a mess. Doesn't offer parking to all residents even if you are renting a whole apartment. Also, smoking is a severe issue which they don't have any control.

Great location and beautiful place, parking is just an issue if you don’t have a pass as well as the maintenance can be cheap and take forever but otherwise great! Better than the Jack! Definitely some maintenance errors and towing problems. Djays the best.
