    Great Service, the food was perfectly prepared. Kierstyn was the perfect server, even though she had many other tables she still came by my table multiple times to see how everything was. Thank You Outback Steakhouse for the outstanding experience. Second time I came Julian was my server and Service is just top notch no matter who is your server .My starters were perfect. Beer is ice cold. Julian has came by to check on me 3 times. Food was prepared perfectly, steak was perfect and my lobster was perfectly cooked also. Thank You Outback!!!!!

    The blooming onion wasn't as great as I expected. . Greasy n over cooked. . Not a fan of the fries and rice as they were both over salted. . Shrimp was over cooked as well . .didn't like the butter that came with the lobster tail. . Maby it will be better next time . . Well see 👀. .

    Tonight dinner was a joke and I still had to pay for it ..... $50. We ordered our food when we came in about 8:35pm didn't receive it until 9:20pm and the presentation for the food that we have gotten was a big mess then the pictures that was shown on their menus. The second photo I took, is what they serve me. The presentation of their food was very unsatisfying, yet other tables around me presentation was better looking... I asked for a manager and told him that I wasn't going to eat or pay the food because very unpleasant in food presentation from an Outback Steakhouse Restaurant. First manager told me himself that the presentation was not right and it should not have been brought out like that. Second supervisor listen and walked away not saying anything. Waited for someone to give me the bill thinking that the food services would have been taken off the bill. The waitress and a supervisor still told me that I have to pay for the food the I DID NOT WANT... The manager and the waitress stood there wanting for full payment of a food that we didn't eat. This restaurant don't care about their customers. What the manager had told me was I had to pay for the bill because they do not want "NOBODY SKIP OUT FROM PAYING FOR THE FOOD". at OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE on Lucky Line, Flagstaff Az. I was thinking that both restaurant managers should have taken off the food off the bill or just set thank you and have a good night... We are sorry that we messed up on your food order BUT NO... The waitress and the manager stood there waiting for me to hand over my card to pay for a meal that we didn't eat........ Don't forget your payment because Outback Steakhouse Restaurant in Flagstaff will tell you "NOBODY SKIPS OUT FROM PAYING THE BILL" FOR THE FOOD THAT WAS MADE BADLY AND PRESENTATION OF THE FOOD WAS UGLY AND WRONG....

    Out of town visit. I usually get just a steak but decided to try their Aussie twisted ribs. I'm sad to say that the ribs were so overdone, I took two bites and couldn't do it. The meat felt like straw. The rest of the meal was lovely and our waiter was witty and very attentive. The bushman mushrooms are back! At least they weren't last time I visited; they call them something else now, but they're the same, delicious, fluffy, bushman mushrooms I love 😁.

    This is our company's third year using this Outback Steakhouse and every year has been great!! The service was really good, the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was perfect for our group size! They really provided great service while still keeping safety in mind for everyone!! Now this place is not just for a company dinner party, but for any occasion! If you want to have a great meal, with many great deals then this is perfect! Whether it's for a special evening out, or with your whole family they will take great care of you here!! Thanks Outback Steakhouse!

    Not impressed any more. Used to be better. An otherwise good local beer, served from tap, got completely flattened due to pouring technique and use of frozen mug. The near flat beer was served with chunks of frozen beer/ice, and significant semi frozen head. Poor training of bar staff. Management should educate themselves and staff on the different handling needed for various beer styles. Food was ok with shrimp borderline under cooked. Very salty and not very crispy fries. The bread is great. If going back, any beer will have to be a bottle option, or with request for a proper beer glass that is not frozen.

    The Outback Steakhouse in Flagstaff is fantastic! The food is always great, they are patient with our orders for our kiddos who have allergies, and the staff is always on it! One of the managers, Will, helped me tonight to secretly pay for a birthday dinner our friends were having there. He scoped out the group based on my description, and handled the payment for us. Even comped a birthday dessert! Thanks, Will! If you haven’t been, I would highly recommend you head over for a great experience!

    The service was outstanding. We were greeted right away and seated immediately. Within 2 minutes our waitress brought bread and took our drink order. We had all our food within 20 minutes. Everything was great. Would definitely go back

    I have been to many Outbacks and this was easily the most prompt service I have ever had. We were sat immediately and our drink order taken. Our appetizer came out within 5 minutes. Our meal was perfectly cooked and timed properly. Our server Kylie was attentive but not overbearing. Every staff member was polite and helpful. The restaurant was clean. Eat here!

    Visiting Flagstaff. Arrived early. 4:30. Sat in bar at a booth. Waitress, Mac, was great. She quickly took our drink order. Came back quickly with water and bread. Few minutes later we received our drinks. I ordered the watermelon Margarita. (Before we arrived I downloaded the app to get a free onion bloom👍🏽) Placed our order, onion bloom and the prime rib and coconut shrimp combo. Received the bloom, (I totally keep forgetting to take pictures of my food🫣) The dipping sauce was a little ‘crusted’ from sitting out uncovered. I requested a fresh cup. I was a bit undercooked. The dough was gooey. Ate the outer blooms. We ordered 2 salads with the meal. ( knew I wouldn’t eat a full meal after ordering the bloom, so we shared the entree. I had the shrimp and a small piece of the Prime rib. PR was great. The shrimp on the other hand. Way way way too much breading. This breading was so thick that you could hardly taste the shrimp. ( sorry for the last minute pictures of this) All in all, (lucky for me I had a gift card) it was decent. I will continue to visit Outback, but never again at this location. Why??? I noticed this heavyset unprofessional looking guy walking around the restaurant. When I first seen him I thought he was a worker, finishing his shift. He was walking around with his shirt unbuttoned. But then I noticed he was stopping at random tables. We finished our meal and had moved the plates to the end of the table. I noticed this person had visited 2 booths in front of me. (There were 4 booths. We would have been in booth 2. 1 behind me and 2 ( #3&4) to my front) Anyway, he visited 3&4. He then skipped our booth & went to #1 & offered to pack their food to go. He took a plate to the back. Few minutes late returned with their take out container. He then turned around and went to the back again. Each time he passed our table he made sure to look an another direction. I wanted to say something, but we were having a nice quiet night out. ( know what was going on)🤬😡 Mac you are a very personable waitress. Keep up the good work. Just noticed I did not get any feed back from this post. Why ??

    It was a busy Friday night but we were quickly seated at our table. Isaiah quickly took our drink and food orders. Our drinks showed up quickly, except for the one sweet tea that was never delivered to our table. The drinks were delicious. Our salads came out next. I was amazed by how small my Caesar salad was. I think they're using half the bowl they used to use. My wife's salad was good. Both couples had ordered a Porterhouse so that our wife's and us could split the sirloin and the tenderloin from it. Our first steaks came out completely different. One appeared to be cooked perfectly. But the other one came out black and the tenderloin side was very thin, about 3/8 of an inch thick and very done. I had ordered the state medium rare. I sent it back and the second steak was brought out by Kathy, one of the managers. She asked me to cut it open and it was thoroughly cooked almost to well done. This one was not even close to being medium rare. She took it back and sent out two baked potatoes that were loaded. They were delicious by the way. Our third steak finally arrived with Kathy delivering it. On this steak the tenderloin side was very small like a t-bone. This time when I cut it open it was raw in the middle and burnt on the outsides. She told me she would comp the steak and we tried to eat it. Usually this cut is very tender and good but this time there was so much gristle, fat and poorly cooked meat it was difficult to eat. Our waiter never came around and asked if we wanted any refills. This was not a very good experience. I feel bad having had to waste a gift card on this meal that we wanted to be special for our friends.

    We had great food (Queensland pasta, grilled shrimp, and kingsland pasta)! Their staff and kitchen were very accommodating. They were able to substitute the pasta for seasoned rice instead. Our waitress Kylie did a excellent job waiting on our table and relaying our food order substitutes. 👍

    One of the best waitresses (J) and managers (Dwayne) I've ever ever encountered. Drinks and appetizers were great (double margaritas for myself & wife & blooming onion). Rare to get a perfectly cooked blooming onion that is not soaked in oil. Everyone ordered steak & lobster. Unfortunately the lobster came out undercooked. They didn't miss a beat, brought us new perfectly cooked lobsters and offered to take them off the bill (we said no, they persisted). Steaks cooked perfectly at 4 different temperatures (party of 4). Offered free desert (we declined because full) they slipped us $20 return card. If not for the undercooked lobsters would have been flawless meal and service. They made sure it didn't detract from our experience. Super appreciated the friendly environment and our beautiful waitress making sure my father had everything he needed with kindness (Pop had a stroke years back and tries to be independent but struggles with speech, dexterity, balance, etc) she made him feel so good and was so patient with him! Overall 5 stars and thank you for a wonderful dinner out, which as my dad's health fails becomes more and more difficult to do.

    Picking up food after a long day of work....it's 930p and we are starved..Kylie is Fantastic. She was super friendly, very accommodating, knew the menu and was extremely patient (as ee didn't really know what we wanted ha) Kylie is a class act....we appreciate her for taking our phone order and excellent customer service!! Keep her!!! Grade A!!

    Good food. First time there and the food and drinks where really good. Their old fashion is amazing. The only thing was the service wasn't the best. I don't know if she was overwhelmed with too many tables. Not the worst service but definitely not the best.

    I've been to many Outback but we had our best server by far! The food was great as always, and we've really had nothing but pleasant experiences at the Outback. But our server went above and beyond! He learned 3 of us had a sensitivity to gluten and was amazing helping us create a-la-carte meals from the menu that suited our picky 6 year old and our multiple food sensitivities. There's a reason why we keep coming back to the Outback all these years!

    Drinks were delicious. My sons steak had so much gristle it was inedible so the manager comped us for half. Was not medium rare as we had asked either. I ordered the wings and they were so over cooked, also inedible. At this point we just wanted to leave as it had been a long day. For those prices, I expected yummy food. Bummer.

    I liked that I could sit at the bar. I was passing through and needed to get a quick bite. That wedge salad was outstanding and the French onion soup hit the spot. Sadly, I ordered from the "lunch" menu resulting in a major surcharge for that awesome meal. The bartender made easy conversation. On the face of it, it is a nice place.

    When we arrived we were quickly seated by our server who immediately took our drink order. She was friendly and quick. Once we ordered the food was out in a very reasonable time and was absolutely delicious. Our server made sure our drinks were full and that we were having a great time. It was an amazing experience.

    As a vegetarian, I didn't think I'd be able to find anything to eat. I was pretty surprised to find options here. I got a salad, a baked potato, and asparagus. They also have bread as an appetizer. The salad was really big and it is good as a meal. I didn't need to order all the other stuff. The salad was really tasty. The baked potato and asparagus were salty and buttery. They were good, but I think less salt would've been better. Overall, I was surprised that, as a vegetarian, I had an enjoyable meal. It was pretty good.

    Easily the worst Outback I’ve ever been to. Should have turned around and found another place to eat when we walked in the door and immediately smelled a sour odor. I usually like Outback so we decided to stay. We were seated at a booth and while walking up I could see an complete uneaten chicken strip under the table along with other bits of garbage, coasters,straw wrappers etc. The bread and butter were good as usual. Both my wife and I’s salad had some slimy brown lettuce in it. I ordered the steak and shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo. The shrimp was undercooked and mushy and the fettuccine noodles were like something I cooked my first week living on my own. Half of the noodles were stuck together in hard clumps. It also looked like the dish had been sitting on a hot plate for a while as the Alfredo had dried up on half of it. The steak was good so there was that. My son got a little fussy during the meal so I picked him up and walked around the restaurant with him and I was surprised to see the amount of trash on the floor in other parts of the restaurant too. All of the staff we interacted with were very nice and attentive. Ownership/management need to get this location figured out.

    Was a good meal. My Medium rare steak was more done than bloody. The blooming onion was really good. I feel the waitress was really busy so the service was slower than expected but poor girl had about 8 tables. Good food. Lovely waitress. Good place for on the road chain steak house..

    I visited this outback location twice. The first time was very romantic. The food was superb. Service was good. It was a wonderful experience. A lot of food came home with us for the next day. The second visit was during the afternoon. Service was frightful. Coffee was cold. Literally. She said the coffee machine was broke. She could have told us that in the ordering process. She ignored us. We finally left without ordering food. We haven’t been back since.

    Our waitress was Tori she was great, the food was taking a little longer then… I know most people would like, I prefer them taking there time on cooking the food. But Tori made sure to stay on top of letting us know that it was on its way and keeping our drinks filled. She made it a great experience! The steak pasta and chicken was amazing also!
