As a vegan I was really happy to see a place with extensive vegan options! Unfortunately I don't recommend this place to anyone and will never be back. The woman who answers the phones is sweet, but the service otherwise is more than substandard. We ordered delivery at 9pm, the food didn't arrive until 11:30pm and was massively inconsistent with what we ordered. Despite ordering sauces as extras and with apps that came with them, we only got a single mariana with the cheese sticks. They were out of stock of two of the desserts we ordered and replaced them with ones we didn't want due to a "miscommunication" between the restaurant and the third party that does the delivery. We ended up tossing as the vegan fudge as it just tastes like grainy, overly sweet icing. They gave us fried zucchini which we didn't even order, never delivered a root beer float or vegan cheese sticks, and got everything else wrong in the order except for 3 things. What made things worse was nothing had been written on to indicate what was inside the containers. This was rather concerning since we had ordered vegan and non-vegan apps. I tried to contact the owner by calling the restaurant to get a refund for the food that NEVER DELIVERED or was made wrong but he was conveniently "not in" on what I would assume would be a "busy Friday night" and never called me back. I just want my money back for the items that we never got/discarded due to being frankly inedible. I'd happily remove/edit this review if they could at least refund me for the food that was not delivered and incorrect.

The vegan cheese sticks were pretty good. The marinara was not enjoyable. Next we have these Buffalo chicken fries, if you look real close there are a small lil pieces of chicken. Then we have the pizza. We order the chicken bacon ranch. Upon receiving this pizza I advised the staff this was not the pizza we ordered. There was zucchini, no bacon or ranch. This was def not the pizza we ordered and I was told I was wrong. That their menu had changed. No offer to make what we ordered from their menu. The best thing here is their vegan ranch. Def not returning despite the extensive vegan menu. Customer service was very poor. Dropped pizza off at table, no plates. Failed to mention where to find plates and napkins.

Not the best customer service. Waited 2.5 hours for a pizza that was stated to be done in 30 minutes online when I ordered. Very rude Management. No sauces for appetizers provided. The pizzas were poor to average quality for the price. Please please please improve your Chicago deep dish pizza if you're going to brand it as that. Very disappointed in the quality but more mad at the service.

To start, I love that they have an extensive vegan menu. Lots of hard to find vegan options like pizzas, Mac and cheese, mozzarella sticks, vegan ranch, etc Also love the large patio and outdoor space. The reason I’m only giving three stars is that the food was expensive but just okay. I ordered the vegan pepperoni pizza, mozzarella sticks, and the Caesar salad. The salad dressing was great, the mozzarella sticks were good, the pizza was just ok. The specialty pizza was almost $30 for a large, and the above order plus two drinks was about $70. The service also seemed disorganized; we were brought out an incorrect appetizer, then asked multiple times what we had ordered. The mozzarella sticks came at the end, after we were almost done, because they had apparently messed up the order. We weren’t given plates or utensils and when we asked, we were told to just go and get from inside. Totally fine if this was a grab and go spot but for a place where I tipped 20%+, I would’ve expected better service

This was my first time coming here, I came with my dad. We got a medium pizza & a small order of mozzarella sticks, we were charged 46$ for just that? I don’t think the price was worth the food we got.. the pizza wasn’t awful but it wasn’t that good either, barley had any flavor. Then when the guy came and gave us our pizza he didn’t even give us any plates like how are you gonna give us a pizza without any plates?? This is unacceptable.. I’m a server myself & always hand out plates to people before handing out the food. When we had already ate half of the pizza I realized I was still waiting on my mozzarella sticks so my dad asked them if they’re going to come out any time soon and the guy said yes but then we waited another half an hour.. turns out the guy forgot so he offered us a large size which was nice of him, he apologized too but he smelled like alcohol it seemed like something was off with him, he was acting weird & he kept forgetting that we had ordered mozzarella sticks.. then I asked for a box & it took him a while for him to bring that as well & it wasn’t even busy at this place. I understand sometimes we can make mistakes but it’s like he wasn’t paying attention the guy wasn’t rude or anything but something seemed off about him. The water was warm too. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here again. It was pricey.

If you want great food, friendly service, and options (when it comes to pizza) definitely go here. During my first visit to Flagstaff ever, our group happened upon Pizza Patio. We were warmly welcomed and told all about the amazing things they offer. From the entire backside of the menu having incredible vegan and vegetarian options, to a house made kombucha, everything there stood out as lovingly pored over and hand-crafted. The owner/manager was very helpful and friendly, the food was delicious, hot and came at a reasonable time. I will 100% be back here next time I visit. Go here, you won’t be disappointed.

Had an overall really great experience, the manager, Ray and his team in the kitchen are super hospitable and accommodating. The plant based menu is extensive, my pesto pie was great and beautifully presented. Highly recommend for the food and the vibes !

So you know when you’re tired and you’ve had a bad day and sometimes all you want is to fulfill a particular craving to make you feel a little better? My craving was chicken wings. So, I placed a to-go order of bone-in wings and a couple appetizers from this horrible place instead of New Jersey pizza co (because unfortunately they weren’t open). Lord, what a mistake it was. The large order of bone-in wings turned out to actually be ONLY TEN tepid freezer-aisle-quality chicken nuggets (see photo) with one meager cup of sauce on the side. The fries were even worse, soft and borderline cold. The fried zucchini was poorly dredged and the breading might’ve well just been thrown in on the side (again, see photo). I ended up throwing it all into the air fryer to try and salvage it. Because that’s what you want to do when you drop 60 bucks on appetizers, right? Go to this place if you’re drunk late at night and you have money to blow on food that you will —god willing — not remember the next day. Go anywhere else if you want wings.

This was the first stop a friend and me stopped by when we arrived to Arizona. I ordered a custom pizza. I really enjoyed the hospitality of the owner. He checked in with everyone as they were eating or leaving. I liked that it also had outdoor seating. The cheese was good and everything was freshly made. He came to ask us where we were traveling from and shared how he started his pizza business. I will be back to try the cauliflower wings!

Vegan Review: We had high hopes because everything sounded good! Our party of 4 ordered the vegan caesar salad, cauliflower wings, vegan mozzarella sticks, and the Curse of the Billy Goat pizza. For dessert we had the vanilla rice crispy and the peanut butter fudge. The salad was ok. The cauliflower was very tasty but not very crisp. The mozzarella sticks were disappointing because some were cold in the middle, as in almost frozen. The pizza was also disappointing. All of the toppings were sparse, as you can see in the picture. The vegan feta and vegan goat cheese were practically nonexistent. The rice crispy treat was too sweet for our tastes. The peanut butter fudge was good. There is so much potential here! I always appreciate restaurants that cater to vegans (especially ones that have a whole vegan menu like Pizza Patio). The staff was friendly and helpful, but the food execution was lacking this afternoon.

Love this place! A big group of us came to Flagstaff to see our nephew that plays with MT Griz play lacrosse. We were trying to find pizza and beer and this was the only one that wasn't "getting ready to close". We're so glad we went! The regular pizza crust was thin and crispy on the bottom and very delicious. The thick crust was really thick and yummy! The owner came out and chatted with us to make sure everything was good. He ended up giving a free dessert to our niece who it 3. Very kind and generous owner. Will for sure come back the next time we come to town.

The pizza was fairly good as well as the mozzarella sticks. The staff just seemed annoyed we were even there ordering at all. There is a sign that states fresh ingredients so it takes longer for the food....unfortunately that seems to just be an excuse to be slow.

While visiting Flagstaff, a friend and I were craving good pizza, but was with a friend that needed a vegan, gluten-free option. We heard about Pizza Patio and so glad we went. The staff was extremely friendly and walked us through our options. Ended up ordering two personal pies to share. One was a Margarita and the other was a veggie pie. They were both delicious and the vegan cheese was really good. Although we did not have alcohol, there were lots of beer options, both in the can and on tap. We also had a delicious vegan chocolate dessert. Had it not been so cold outside, we would have brought the dog and eaten outside on the patio which is dog-friendly. Would definitely go back there.

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. We ordered 2 desserts and it had MOLD. Both desserts had gone bad. There was a long wait which is understandable but the owner was very rude. He started to argue with me. His attitude was very bad and said he didn’t know the dessert had gone bad until I told him. Also this place is EXTREMELY overpriced. Please DO NOT come here.

Okay, I'm not one to leave reviews but I just have to for this place. I am currently on a grain-free and vegan diet and was just craving a pizza so bad. I fortunately stumbled upon pizza patio and noticed they had a slew of plant-based options. I opted for the edgy veggie with the cauliflower crust and let me tell you as a non-vegan bread lover, this thing was a 10 out of 10. The crust was perfectly thin and crunchy, the vegetables perfectly balanced, the sauce was extremely flavorful and the vegan cheese was soft with a perfect texture and a hint of smoke. Definitely recommend, definitely will be back when I'm in Flagstaff, don't sleep on this place!

I want to leave a good review, but my pizza was raw. This place has tons of great ideas. The vegan cheese and meat were awesome. Because the doe wasn't cooked, it was inedible and a total waste of $35. The vegan mozzarella sticks also aren't breaded, they just have a dusting on them. They were good, but not really a gooey mozzarella stick like you'd expect.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating was passing by the area and ordered online for pick up. Going into the business it seemed to have a great energetic atmosphere. Food was great and there was plenty of drinks to choose from.

My husband and I were visiting Flagstaff on our honeymoon and stumbled upon Pizza Patio while looking for a place open after nine. The entire atmosphere was incredible, from karaoke with owner Steve to the fire pit where we made new friends to some of the most delicious pizza we’ve experienced, made with fresh ingredients. (Ask about vegan options!) We highly recommend Pizza Patio and will cherish the memories made and revisit whenever we come back to AZ!

The pizza was a pleasant surprise and I am glad they put disclaimers out about the wait. Why? Because they cook it fresh on demand. Sit, have a drink and relax. It was slightly confined but if it wasn't cold we'd been outside. Sadly but a plus, we had leftovers.

I love pizza! My favorite food! You can definitely tell the breading is freshly made. The pizza was good. Definitely enjoyed eating the crust and their ranch dressing. The place is a bit small on the inside, so not really a lot of indoor seating. Obviously Pizza “Patio” is more for outside, so there is more space to sit outside. The main cashier which I could assume is the owner/manager was friendly and seemed to be accommodating and kind 😊 . There is definitely a wait time on the pizza. You have many pizza options as well, I’m simple so I went with a pepperoni pizza.
