It’s Five Guys, you can’t go wrong, really you can’t.. Great staff, plenty of parking. Cheese burger w/ mushrooms and raw onions pictured and the fries in the bag - all is delicious and fresh.

One of the best burger franchises. Customize your own burger. Amazing fries, and a lot of them! Just ask the bacon not crispy otherwise they tend to cook it a lot!

This is a decent place to grab something to eat. Especially when traveling up here from Phoenix. Their curbside pickup could be streamlined (they should look at how Walmart does it). And they should be defying mask mandates like everyone should.

Always tasty. It's a nice to sit and talk too. It may get a little crowded but it clears out pretty quickly. Fun for a casual date or a night with friends .

Burgers with all the fixings are perfect. Little fries are more than enough for two people. Friendly staff. Good drink selection.

Just now had the worst hamburger practically ever 😒. Dry, No Flavor, The mushrooms and onions overcooked and blah! I asked for a-1 sauce and found none. Fries were dry and yucky. I came from the East Coast coast and ask for the best Burger Burger and got led to the worst place.

Prices are a bit high for a family of 5, but if you're ever alone and craving a great burger and fresh fries, then 5 Guys is the spot.

Went here. Ordered a burger 10$, frys 6$ the store has poor lighting, the store is very dirty not one table clear of debris, staff was friendly they put a decent amount in the bag. The burger tasted just like Lenny’s burger or close to Burger King. Was definitely not worth what I paid maybe a 40% price deduction would make it fair. Cons: Price Quality of food Pros: you get frys in the bag I guess

Delicious burger and fries! The only two issues are the cleanliness inside and out. They need to spend a day and do a deep cleaning. #2) Is the little screen asking if I want to tip. No tips for being a cashier but thank you!

I cannot eat Five Guys burgers very often but every now and then I get a chance to grab a burger. Tasty burger, friendly staff. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is price/value is not in line. $20 for a burger and fries seems excessive. Secondly, on this visit the restaurant was not clean and the floor was very greasy/slippery.

I’ve been of their food since they were just a local DC restaurant. The food and service is always good. My gripe is they’ve become extremely out of whack on their pricing. I ordered a junior hamburger, small fry, and a drink and it cost me $18. I can go to an Uber nice restaurant for a nice sit down meal for that price. If you don’t drop the price soon I do believe you’ll be a local DC restaurant once again folks. This location needs to work on the parking lot. Major pot holes that hinder access for wheel chair users and those with mobility issues.

Decent all around, but overpriced. 2 little cheeseburgers and 1 reg fry, no drinks we had water was over $25. I do recognize the beef is better than competitors but still find it absurd.

1st time at 5 guys, burger was a little bit soggy and fries 🍟 ultra salty 🧂 and $35 for two menus is a bit salty too! At least the service was good and friendly! I don't know if I will ever go back, I might just try it at another location.

Value for money 💰!! Real beef... two patties!! Fully loaded ingredients were all fresh and abundant! Fries were fresh and overloaded!! Hotdog was very tasty also!

Either their watching food cost or they don't how how much ingredients to put on the burgers, two pieces of lettuce 2 pieces of pickles hardly any mustard or grilled onions. Really nothing special about this place. I will never be back to any Five Guys.

Great burgers! There are many y choices in flagstaff but this is my favorite. The best part is the options for virtually any topping on your burger.

Great food and great service! We love stopping at Five Guys and this location was no exception. Hailey took our order and she was extremely kind, patient with our order and just all around a pleasure. We ordered two milkshakes, three little bacon cheeseburgers and a grilled cheese. Food and shakes were loved by all.

Fast food overpriced. Dont see what could make it that much more expensive. Just walked back out and went to burger King for less then half price.

Burger and fries here were good, but not worth double any other fast food joint.

The hamburgers were good , but the service was outstanding, which in this area, goes a long way! Inn and out for less than half the money is our choice, but there isn’t one in the area. 3 burgers for $25 here , 3 of the same are about $12 at Inn and out.

First bad experience I've ever had at a five guys. My bun was hard, like it was sitting out and not fresh from the bag. And the fries were overcooked because instead of making fresh fries they tried to redrop a batch that had been twice fried already.

I spoke with two employees and explained that I wanted a cheeseburger with no meat. They insisted that it be called a grilled cheese. I explained that I did not want the bread to be grilled and mushed together like a regular grilled cheese. I wanted the bread to be like a normal burger. They repeatedly said they understood. I received the order and it was a plain grilled cheese with mushed bread. Why can't a customer order a cheeseburger with no meat?

Excellent food and service! This was our first time at a Five Guys and we’ll definitely be coming back. The staff here are exceptionally friendly. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained. The bacon was crispy and perfectly fine. The burgers were perfect. Cajun fries had excellent flavor and were perfectly cooked.

This restaurant has a burger that is excellent. Before you go, think of the many extras that you'd want before arrival. The burgers meat appeared fresh and it was so juicy!

Bacon cheeseburger was ideal. Ordered large Cajun fries for 3 ppl and we didn't finish it. Cajun fries had too much dry rub, but was still solid.

Just incredible 😍😍😍 they have the best fries I have ever ate and I am in love with their hotdogs...maybe the fries will be to salty for some people but I love it 👌
