This is a very nice place to stay. Very modern amenities. Central location close to the business center. Excellent free breakfast. Spacious and clean rooms with silent central air. Wholeheartedly recommended.

This is one of the best Residence Inn's I have ever stepped foot in! Super clean, super friendly staff and the rooms were huge! The morning breakfast was amazing, there was something for everyone! Fresh fruit, cereal, waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage and more. Great job stay all around!

As a solo female traveler, I approve! Yes, there’s a parking lot in the side of hotel and across the street. I never felt unsafe walking to my vehicle at 5am. Hotel staff even offered to walk me out if I didn’t feel comfortable. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had… the location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, breweries and shops. Short drive up to snow bowl or Lowell Observatory. Room service came every other day and respected my stuff. I never felt like it was loud considering the location. Stayed here 3 weeks!! I loved my experience. Only thing is that it’s a touristy area so expect more people on weekends.

Good location, parking across the street but easy, breakfast was tasty and staff was friendly. Room was large but not very clean and zero view. Get a top floor room if you are a light sleeper, lots of overhead noise.

Perfect room for a getaway. It is right next to a beautiful park and right in the downtown area where you can walk everywhere. The restaurants and breweries are fantastic in the area. The rooms were clean and very nice. The staff was polite and friendly. This will now be our go-to hotel when we stay in Flagstaff. Great experience overall.

Great room. Great view. Great bed. Great location. Great breakfast. Great price. Charged $9 for parking despite platinum elite soon to be titanium elite status which includes parking. Called Darlene at RI front desk...let's see if I get reimbursed...(to be continued)

Loved this hotel! It's one of the nicer hotels in Flagstaff. The room was very large & felt more like a condo. Very clean & updated. The staff were all friendly, helpful & polite. The food was good & fresh with different options for the hot food each day. I will definitely stay here again.

Our room was really clean, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. My only concern was parking because we had to park across the street, but I was happy I could see my vehicle from our room. There's a lot going on all around, but we liked our stay.

This is a nice hotel with a good location. The rooms are really clean. The beds are very comfortable. The parking across the street is a little weird. This hotel has pretty much every amenity a traveler needs.

Everything is clean and comfortable, the room is great! No complaints aside from one of the elevators being out of order, which lead to a wait to bring stuff up to the room.

Great Flagstaff location, extremely clean rooms, quiet and near everything downtown. Nice area to stay and use as a base camp. Nice pool, rooms, and breakfast

Wonderful!!! The rooms are extremely clean and staff are so friendly and attentive. It’s so close to everything in Flagstaff; very convenient. The hotel itself is very elegant and the lobby is gorgeous.

I normally don't bother writing reviews, but I want to share how impressed I was with this hotel, since we have stayed in other Flagstaff hotels. It's a great location, walking distance to downtown restaurants, and for dog owners like we are, it's super convenient to have the city hall park across the street -- a big grassy area for dogs to use. I really liked the kitchenette and living area setup. One warning: initially we were put in the fourth-floor room right next to the elevator. The elevator makes the room vibrate and slightly shake as if an earthquake is starting, so I don't advise getting a room next to the elevator. We asked to switch to another room, and they easily and nicely accommodated our request. Also, the fitness room is top notch, and the free breakfast buffet is much higher quality and fresher than most hotel free breakfasts. I will definitely make this our place to stay on future trips to Flagstaff.

We really like staying here. The rooms were very clean, and despite it being a pet friendly hotel, I did not have any allergies (which is often a problem). We enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee bar, and the flavored water was a nice alternative to the fosset water! The hot tub is very nice as well.

This is a gorgeous hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and just beautiful inside and out. The suites are nicely laid out, the pool area is great, and it was probably the best hotel breakfast we had the whole trip (6 hotels total). The staff was nice. The biggest downside to me was parking. The lot right outside the hotel is very small and narrow. They have another lot available, but its across the street, and a little tricky to access. Arriving on Saturday evening everywhere was packed, so navigating into any parking lots/spaces around pedestrians was quite the task

Such an odd experience to walk into a hotel room and immediately know you're going to have a good night's sleep. Very comfortable and clean room, friendly staff and nice indoor pool.

Great hotel. There’s complementary breakfast during normal hours, the rooms are clean, the staff is pleasant, and the location is perfect. They have nice amenities such as a pool, hot tub, exercise room, laundry room, and office station with printer

I am totally picky when it comes to my hotel stay. This was bar far a great hotel. Very very clean and management and front desk staff was AWESOME. Not sure what the other reviews has to say, but this review is coming less than 24 hrs ago. I would definitely stay again with NO hesitation. One of the nicest Resident Inn 🏨

Excellent customer service from booking directly w/hotel to checkout. We stayed 5 nights between 4/20- 4/28/22. Quiet, spotlessly clean, professional staff, helpful and attentive. Very accommodating to two tourists.

Friendly, welcoming staff, great downtown location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and pristine, spacious room with large bathroom, great storage space and comfortable bed. Great stay! Thank you!

The staff at this hotel made us feel very welcome, they were all friendly and professional. We had our dog with us and they made him feel welcome as well! The room was very nice and quiet. We got in late and the parking lot was extremely full, otherwise everything was perfect.

My wife and I stayed at Residence inn and we were extremely impressed with everything from the front desk personnel to the amenities this hotel has to offer. I’ve stayed in a lot of other hotels but I‘ve never felt as if I was at home. The room are really spacious and it even has a kitchenette with a full size fridge that came very handy for our trip. And last but not least… the breakfast buffet… they have the best food we’ve eaten at a hotel in the longest time. Thank you to all the employees that made our stay a very special one. We look forward staying at your hotel every chance we get as we go thru Flagstaff on our way to California and back home.

The staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. They even helped us switch to adjoining rooms and gave a discount when we needed to switch from our single room. They were wonderful throughout the stay. Highly recommend staying here.

New hotel in the center of town that is very accommodating to dogs. I had a great room on the first level and heard no outside noise. I did hear the kids above me treating the room like a gym so the floors are not concrete. The room was spacious and comfortable with a full fridge and stove plus all the tools you would need to have all your meals in the room. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with a list of patios that accept dogs. Breakfast looks good but no gluten free for the hot food so I stuck to yogurt and fresh fruit. For dog owners there is a big park adjacent to the hotel and an off leash, fenced park about a mile away. It was a great stay and I would love a longer stay here.

This place is AWESOME! What makes it so great is the terrific staff. I had a two month stay and a number of issues as one might expect in two months, and they solved every one of them. They were always friendly and helpful, they remembered my name, and they always greeted us. Shout out to the Woman of Wonder who Makes Breakfast the Bomb! Stephanie Lucero, always happy and sincerely interested in attending to her guests. She trains the staff and you can tell when she's not there, but all of them are eager to learn and gladly accept feedback and quickly get you whatever it is you request, whether the coffee is empty or a serving spoon was overlooked. From Jaycee, Madison, Brandon, the darling African American girl with the French name, Karina, Emily, and Darleen...they were all very patient while I fussed about my problems, and they all went the extra mile to make both my son and I feel very welcome. I highly recommend this hotel, and, please, don't hesitate to ask them to fix something you're not comfortable with so you can see them in action, and give them the chance to earn a good review from you too! :D

Residence Inn by Marriott was one of the best parts of our visit to Flagstaff. A beautifully well-kept and clean hotel, VERY spacious and accommodating rooms, and a delicious hot complimentary breakfast made for a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly. Parking wasn’t the “best” (you have to park across the street if the lot behind the hotel is full, which isn’t easy with little kids), but there really was nothing to complain about. This was our first stay in a Residence Inn and we will be seeking this hotel chain out each and every time we travel. The convenience of an in-room kitchen, space for the entire family, and a very updated room/hotel in general was very much appreciated.

Very nice hotel and great location with the park across the street. When it snows just walk the kids right over and let them play.

Typical Marriott. Quiet. They do allow pets. Free breakfast. Indoor pool/hot tub. Good location for walking Downtown Flagstaff.

Finally. A hotel with great service, contemporary rooms/facilities, right in Downtown FLG. This was an abandoned City lot for years, and two different rental car lots prior. Nice upgrade.

Beautiful new hotel in the heart of Flagstaff. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. They had all types of diet friendly options if you needed them, all you had to do was ask the attentive staff. They had a waffle maker which was very nice. The rooms were extremely clean and modern. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Wish I could have stayed here longer.
