Probably about the only “downside” to staying here is the fact that it’s on what is essentially a one way street. There is a concrete median so you can’t pull in here if you’re coming from the south. You’ll have to circle around back - let Google maps show you. Anyway, front desk person was the only human we encountered during our stay. Super sweet and efficient. We did get a call from someone who wanted to “help us” make any plans while in town. I assumed this was the timeshare sales person. Fortunately they only called once. We were here in December and they weren’t super busy. Plenty of parking across from our unit. We had an upstairs room and a patio we never used (gone all day every day doing sightseeing, etc). Full size fridge, microwave, plates , utensils, etc were all welcome. We only brought home leftover once but being able to keep tons of water and drinks cold was nice. Huge bed. Huge shower/tub combo. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our visit. I would gladly stay here again. :-)

I spent a few days at this hotel with my family of 4 at the end of 2022. The accommodation in the one bedroom suite was great. This room type is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. everything was functional and in perfect condition. The noise from outside is minimal, the air conditioning/heating works smoothly. The bathroom with a large bathtub is a bonus. The other amenities of the hotel are also at a good level - swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, game room, etc. A big advantage is the hotel shuttle bus that takes you to the Strip and back according to the schedule. Must book at reception. We have certainly not been here for the last time!

This is a nice spot off the strip. Even better if your taking the family or staying for any length of time. Has full kitchen, washer and dryer in room. Great master bath bathtub. Balcony. We got a Two bedroom and they are opposite from each other. All rooms have their own TV. Extra pillows and towels are in the room. Pool towels in the room. Bring your own shampoo and such. Only had one complaint. We checked in late and all the trash and linen from previous occupant was still at our front door. We were concerned that our room may not have been totally ready. When addressed with the front desks they seemed as like it wasn't an issue. All they stated is they would let them know. That's not ok. First impressions are everything and that doesn't make for a good one.

This resort was pretty amazing. It was a two-bedroom condo that was so comfortable! beds were good, the pillows were good, full kitchen, large patio. It was only like 10 minutes away from the strip and a $20 Uber ride. The hot tub was amazing and the pool area is very nice. It even has a free pool table!!!! I loved this place and would stay again 😃

This place is very reasonably priced compared to area hotels. We wanted to be off the Vegas strip, which it is, but still very accessible to major attractions on the strip. They allowed us to check in early which was nice. The place is very well kept, kitchen & bathrooms modernized. It is clean with everything we needed to get started. The amenities and grounds are great and well kept as well. Two things of note for mobility impaired: 1) the second floors have no elevators. The steps up are shallow, but many, with a handrail on one side only. 2) the beds are very high and hard to get in to if you have a bad back, knees or hips. My only complaint (in addition to providing NO maid service whatsoever!), and it's a BIG one, is that, at least for the building we're in, it is right on a very busy street and is exceedingly noisy both day and night. The windows are old, I think, probably single panes based on the amount of cold air around them, and they do NOTHING to block the noise. We can't even use the beautiful balcony because of the eardrum popping noise. The traffic is so loud, we had to go buy earplugs in order to sleep, and it is wearing us down with it's constant, unrelenting noise. Because of this, I would definitely not stay here again, unless they could prove to me that the buildings further away from the road were better.

I can not see myself staying anywhere else in LV from here forward!! Check-in- We had a 6 hr dive into town, called to see if they offered early check in and was informed it was first come base but was informed we could do early registration if anything. We got there and LINDA at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful! ROOMS-We stayed in the 2bdrm suite, it was HUGE! loved the space, washer/dryer & kitchenette. Made are stay so convenient. beds/pillows were great My only COMPLAINT was the water pressure(but it was not that bad). FACILITY-adult/family pools were awesome and there are also plenty of tables and BBQ pits to cook in.(we did not utilize them this trip) FREE Shuttle service to and from the strip was amazing. sign up for text alert/communications. if you need anything for your room or want to book the shuttle just text, so much easier. We were very happy and will be back.

Review update (05/01/22): I want to thank concierge Myra for helping me find my friend who got separated from me. She went above and beyond, and deserves special recognition for her compassion in what was a scary moment for me. Overall, the room is nice and the bed is comfy. The lack of a ceiling fan in the bedroom and no proper vanity in the bathroom give it a slight downgrade. There is no on-premises restaurant, but there are decent and economical choices within walking distance.

We got the two bedroom suite with two bathroom and a living room with a pull out couch, and the kitchen it with everything and one washer and dryer and they had a patio. They give you a parking pass and a room key and it’s a gated resort so they close the gate at 5 PM and you have to use your key to get in and out and the staff is very friendly and if you’re a Hilton member, they give you some kind of food, discounts, and other discounts for the strip, we didn’t get to use it but some people like do use stuff like that. The only thing was the AC and heater temperature. The lowest you can get is 70 and it was pretty hot in the room. We did not sleep with a blanket so you cannot go lower than that. No resort fee which is great! But there’s a security deposit $250 but you get it back at the end of the check out and takes a few days too clear. I didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub. But we had the 2nd floor and no elevator just stairs! So if you have a walker or cane please get the bottom floor ! The stairs was a lot of work out for my brother in law that had a cane and my mother in law. we had enough towels so we didn’t need much but the only thing was our dryer broke so we called the front desk for maintenance and they switched it out in like 15 minutes which was awesome. so we don’t mind staying here again with the family because this was our family vacation and it was pretty good. Enjoyed our stay.

I do not like leaving poor reviews unless trying to inform others of what you are actually getting for your hard earned money. This was our very first trip to Las Vegas, so I’m not sure if this type of poor quality service is standard for the area. As speaking as a 10 year Diamond Resort member this was by far the dirtiest room we have stayed in. The carpets were sticky, if you walked in your room barefoot the bottoms of your feet were BLACK (disgusting). Two days after check in both my kids began having GI viral symptoms. We believe that they got sick because of their shared room and bathroom. We don’t believe high touched areas are disinfected between guests. I am partly responsible because I usually disinfect high touch areas (door knobs, tv remote controls, toilet handle, sink handles and all table tops) before letting my family unpack. I forgot my disinfectant wipes this time and it was a huge mistake. At a glance the sheets look clean but at closer inspection the sheets had holes and stains. I asked twice to have disinfectant wipes placed in the gym but they were being “ordered”. At check out my husband informed the front desk of the suspected problems (dirty room and not functioning shower knobs; you can’t control the water temperature of your shower) with the room and the front desk asked him if he wanted them to inform security? No we don’t want you to inform security we want you to make the next person experience in our room better than our own. We have been traveling throughout the pandemic without getting sick, unfortunately I let the ball drop thinking that these establishments know how to keep us safe. I know that at other Hotels that we have stayed leave behind blatant signs that show you they have disinfected high contact areas.

2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with kitchen. Living room snd a deck was very comfortable for our stay to visit family member in the hospital. Pools including adult only were very nice. Free shuttle to strip was efficient and helpful. Staff was friendly. Exceeded our expectations at a very reasonable rate. Did not miss staying on the Strip. Much quieter and spacious!

A good apartment hotel for long term holidays. Please carry food. They don’t serve breakfast post COVID for reasons best known to the management. Little away from town. So book only if you have vehicle.

Due to the corona virus, my family stayed comfortably for a few days in a quiet place. I stayed at several Las Vegas hotels until now, but this hotel felt like my own home, and the very clean environment was very impressive. There are many restaurants and markets, so we had a great time and ate delicious food. We look forward to seeing you next time again.

We were pleasantly surprised at the proximity to the strip without actually being on the strip. Nice property with a locked gate at night, so we felt our car was safe in the parking lot. Could not get the coffee pot to work. They brought another coffee maker to replace it, but no coffee. No coffee available in lobby either.

Surprised by this. Last minute reservations for a Monday night in January. Gave us a two bedroom apartment for the price of a 1 bedroom. Super nice, clean and quiet. Had in house washer and dryer, but dryer didn’t work had to take clothes home wet. :-/. Also held my $300 deposit on my debit card for almost a week after. Other places we went to only held deposit until we checked out.

I stayed here recently for three nights and it was wonderful! My single-bedroom accommodation was spacious, clean, and just what I needed. Everyone on the staff that I dealt with was courteous and professional. They even followed up with me a couple of times to make sure that I had everything that I needed. It's nestled in a great location off the Strip just past the Orleans and very affordable given that the units appeared to be converted from apartments. The in-room laundry facilities, huge tub/shower, and kitchen (we're talking stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, dishwasher) really helped make my stay a full experience. I didn't use the pool or hot tub, but many others did. It all seemed nice and well-maintained. My days of drinking and gambling are behind me, but I still love visiting Las Vegas. I plan to return to this property next time I'm in town.

Great off-strip mini-resort for the family. Kids pool and hot tub have waterfalls, shaded canopies for sitting, gas grill. My 2 bedroom was clean, great pillows, outfitted kitchen, laundry, for a very good price. Shaded parking, gated entry. Surrounding area is not notable--drive in drive out. 10 minutes local roads to Luxor. Ignored any time-share overtures.

Beautiful property off strip. Great rates. Super comfortable bed. We had the 2 room suite. Wonderful customer service. Stay away from the receptionist closest to the front door as they will bug you to buy timeshare. Otherwise 5 stars. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed here on a voucher from a timeshare presentation. On the second day I was told they had a "special welcome gift for me" that I should pick up at the desk. When I went to get my "gift" it was actually just a trick to get me to sit down so they could try to pitch me ANOTHER timeshare presentation. You can't have a vacation with these jackals without them trying to rope you into their scam. The hotel is fine so stay if you want but interact with staff as little as humanly possible.

One of our go to spots in Vegas when we are visiting with family. Resort fees reasonable, accommodations meet our needs when three or more travel. Room a little dated, appeared clean and soon will need a deeper cleaning and touch up of paint. Didn't use pool but for those who did their needs were met as they reported a relaxing vibe with others who were on the BBQ and in the pool. My family loves the presence of an in unit washer/dryer and kitchen.

1st time staying here and simple put it was over my expectations. The closets were so spacious the bathrooms were so nice. The kitchen had everything I could ever need for a small vacation. And we got lucky to be steps away from the pool. My daughters were overjoyed. Staff was super nice. I will definitely continue to come here for our vacation in Vegas.

We stayed at this resort a few years ago and enjoyed the suite. We are a family with 4 kids and the convenience of having two rooms, two baths and a sofa bed for our two littles is too much to pass. This is a more comfortable stay than a hotel on the strip. While you don’t get the noise of hotel guests stumbling down the hallway at all hours of the morning, this hotel does have a couple minor issues. For starters, we are lucky that our two girls are 7 years old using the sofa bed, they are not comfortable. In fact out of the 4 hotels we staid in with a sofa bed, these were the worse. They are in stupid need of upgrading the mattresses. The second issue is that for anyone staying in a main level unit, beware the unit above. You will hear footsteps and just about everything that is dropped above you. This aside, we will be returning and we strongly recommend this location. We manages to snag up a deal on it as it was close to a last minute booking and we are glad we managed to stay here again. The nice; clean well equipped units, clean pool area and resort grounds, friendly staff. Would be nice if a breakfast was offered, even if it were just a grab and go. Not giving it full stars because of the two issues mentioned. With any luck, we will see you guys again in a couple of years.

We feel like we found a hidden gem in Vegas! We loved our stay here and will be back whenever we visit Vegas again. You get your own apartment space complete with a full kitchen, laundry room, and balcony! The pool area was amazing. Our only "disappointment" was that the waterfall feature in the pool area wasn't turned on while we were there, but that didn't stop my family from spending lots of time in the heated pool. The rooms and grounds were clean. The property is gated, with keycard access after a certain time. As a family with young kids, we enjoyed staying off the strip but we were still close enough that it wasn't a long drive when we did want to go explore. We couldn't of asked for a more comfortable place to stay and look forward to our next trip!

Staff was amazing. 2 bdrm unit had a very small living room. Did not have seating for 4 adults. Had to bring as patio chair in. Furniture was mismatched. No dressers in bedrooms. Only mirror in 1 bedroom. Kitchen had most of what you'd need but was very small. Pool areas were nice. Resort rooms were adequate but dated.

This place is incredible, and almost an unbelievable value; we paid half what we would have at a comparable hotel and got an apartment size space with two full bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and two full bathrooms. ALL of the staff -- ALL OF THE STAFF -- were incredibly helpful; no kidding, when we went to the front desk to check in we felt that we could have been checking into the Plaza Hotel. The people at the desk were so well dressed and so professional and so helpful it felt like we were at a five-star hotel. I simply cannot say enough good about this facility. This has absolutely become our go-to location for future visits to Las Vegas.

Enjoyed our stay here, would have been a perfect place if our children were traveling with us. The room was huge for the 2 of us. Had everything you need to self cater. A little noisy at times but nothing major. Loved the front desk service. Gym and pool on premises were good! Would stay again as a family trip.

This has become my favorite place to stay in Vegas! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Checking in and out was easy. The rooms are furnished apartments with a full kitchen and in-room laundry. The bathroom is spacious and has a very roomy soaking tub. We had a 1 bedroom on a second floor in the back of the resort. It was very quiet and we had ample covered parking. The pools are divided into a family area and adults only area. We ended up hanging out in the family area for the waterfall feature and more room. **When I checked I was almost looped into a time-share presentation for Hilton points the next day. But thats pretty standard for Vegas lol

The rooms were great. Super clean and had everything we needed. The problem is the place hassles you constantly to do the timeshare tour and honestly, it is inappropriate. The first time they asked us about the "tour" at their resort up the street was at check in. We politely said no to the offer of gifts because honestly, our vacation time is more valuable than the money they offered. Then came the constant in room calls. We declined and then just stopped answering the phone. What took the cake was when we were at a nice dinner on the strip and we got a call on our cell after 8pm from the resort saying there was an urgent issue with our account. Genuinely concerned, we called back and the urgent issue was we didn't sign up for the tour. We lost our patience. They stopped calling but on the last day, we decided we might want to stay an extra night instead of checking out at 11am and sitting around at the airport until our midnight flight. They would not let us pay for an extra night when rooms were available. We could have booked online but we would need to move rooms. They said the only way they would accommodate us is if we took their tour. We reluctantly agreed. We went to the other resort and when we said we were not buying a timeshare, they became very rude. They actually told us to leave. We were walking out and they chased us out and said we had to come back in to check out. They say us down and proceeded to try to sell us points for another stay within 18 months! What the heck? They got annoyed and sent us to another desk to check out and when we got there, they acted like they didn't know how to check us out. When we got back to the resort that sent us, we were not in the room two minutes and the phone rang and they asked if we took the hour tour because we were back already. Were they monitoring our key swipe? We own a timeshare in Florida and traded for this place. Our home resort doesn't hassle you like this. We paid $800 to "swap" and could have booked for cheaper on Expedia had we looked. We were harassed like crazy to buy another timeshare. Not worth it if you want to relax and enjoy yourself. Again, the rooms were great. Kitchen, laundry, and two bedrooms. AC was not cold but again, accomodations were fine. Just be warned about the constant sales pitches.

Resort was beautiful with all the comforts of home living. Close to restaurants, the main strip in Vegas, and the airport. My grandsons enjoyed the game room on site. We were in Vegas for the AAU Track and Field National Championship. The resort was 12 minutes from the Stadium (a straight shot!).

Bigger suite like rooms. Full kitchen King Master room with private bathroom Queen room and sofa sleeper share the other bathroom. Great location. The only problem is Las Vegas is HOT 🔥 🥵!!! We discovered this property is an old Diamond group property. They sold it to Hilton a few years back, and Hilton did what they do to properties.

This is a gem of a place and when I went to Vegas for business I was so glad to have found this place. Well situated and a very real homey feel to it. Prices were really fair and service was super. Well place just outside the strip. You get a suite for the price of a room in other places with fully functional kitchen. I will go back.

Generally good off strip hotel but I had a poor experience on several occassions over security. The hotel is split into 4 room blocks around a central core. About 8.45 one evening someone banged on my door loudly and when i went to look through the spyhole it was apparent that someone had their hand over the other side. I reported the incident to front desk and yet no one contacted me to say theyd patrol the area and it was ok. Following morning i followed up with front desk who seemed to not know about the incident and eventually someone from security called and i was told theyd investigate and the head of security would call. The following day front desk called and said the security had investigated and found nothing. The point was they totally failed to let me know and seemed pretty "relaxed" about the incident. I found the entire approach lacking in concern about the customer, poorly communicated and very off brand for Hilton. In fact the spent more time trying to get me to attend a timeshare presentation than responding to my security issue suggests muddled priorities. I receive some Hilton Honour points in compensation but i would have prefered Hilton to have followed their own security protocol.

This isa timeshare resort so you get an "apartment." Stayed at the 2 bedrooms. They have full kitchen with everything you need. They have a full side washer and dryer. A very good side living room. Very spacious. Very clean. Some minor acceptable wear and tear and nothing big. The bed seems old... It seems to lose support in the middle. Overall, a great short stay. I do want to mention that this is gated but the exit gate still to be broken when we visited.

I loved staying here. And so did my fiancé. The rooms were nice and spacious. The condo we got have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It had a nice big kitchen so we could cook our own meals as well. The living room was huge and spacious. Even with couch bed. The balcony was probably my favorite part because you xan just sit out here and drink some coffee and watch the world go by. I love it here. Everyone is so. And I loved that if I needed something I could just text the front desk!

This is a Hilton Vacation Resort property in Vegas. Is 3 miles from the Strip. Little dated but nice property. It is about to be completely renovated in 2024-2025 timeframe. Friendly staff, Clean Rooms. You will have to be ready to attend a 2 hour presentation at their other resort for their so called timeshare sales.

We are members Diamond Members and were quiet disappointed to see what this has become. We like staying at this particular location because it was family oriented and quiet honestly a great place to stay with our kids. When we arrived we found people smoking marijuana in the parking lot. Fine, I understand it is legal. Trash everywhere. Guest above us were up having a full part until 4am. When we tried to take a shower the next day we found that we did not have hot water. Took our kids swimming to find the security, sleeping at the BBQ area. Don’t worry she woke up when our kids laughter at the pool and told us to tell the to be quiet because they had an annoying laugh and it was disturbing. Before I wrote this review I looked online to find that the offer Groupons to stay at the “resort”. It’s a shame what this place has become. It was a wonderful place to vacation once a year. Not worth my $500 a month for my membership with Diamond.

Clean rooms. Good price. Quiet location. Felt safe. They need to stop pressuring for time share sales, and they need to not let kids in the adult pool area. Or maybe parents should read signage...

Great condo. Stated in a two bedroom. Only thing that I didn’t like was the floors were very dirty so my baby hands and knees got dirty. Wish there was a mop in there. Also the dryer is slow to dry had to run it three times. But overall pleasant stay and will stay again.

The room was huge, with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. Way more than I needed but I'll take it! The location was very convenient to the airport and there are a number of good restaurants within a couple miles. My only complaint is I had to wait a half hour before I could check in because they didn't have my reservation. There were 2 other guests that had the same issue while I was waiting.

This place is set about 10 minutes from downtown New Vegas, and can save you some money if you don't want to risk staying in one of the fancy ones. They had an awesome pool area with 2 pools and 2 hottubs, and the rooms were pretty decent sized almost a whole suite. The office personal were friendly and accommodating and allowed to extend the stay by a day although they were fully booked with EDC patrons.

The room is so spacious and safety place. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The resort have two big swimming pools and two jacuzzis. The room is clean, atmosphere is good. 2 bedrooms has in unit laundry machines. No need to struggle for parking as well. Security deposit 250$ normally, 100$ for club member. At night the room key is required to scan to open the gate.

I enjoyed my stay here. It's quiet and the rooms were very clean. The bed was spacious and firm. The washer and dryer worked and the bathrooms were in excellent condition. There was even a sofa sleeper for children and a patio where you could sit outside in peace and eat. The kitchen was clean and had everything needed including cups, utensils and a coffee machine. The pool was awesome and there was an adult area with a hot tub. Loved it!

Very spacious rooms with washer and dryer. Booked a 2 bedroom for my family visiting town and they absolutely loved it. They have oversized parking which was great for us. This location is great for families and people that don’t wanna stay on the super busy strip.

Rooms were very clean but not perfect. If you walk bare foot your feet will turn black. Not sure if its dirt or the color from the carpet. Second one of the restrooms smelled funny but went away eventually. Either than that the place was clean. Just in case I washed the covers and pillows myself since they have washing machines to ease my mind. If you want to save a lot of money on food here is the place to go. Not only is the place nice but it has pools, jacuzzi, gym, laundry, kitchen, and the rooms and space are big. Big closests. No complaints here definitely a go to save money.

Family and I enjoyed our stay. Upon entering the unit it was cool and refreshing. Both rooms were clean and the beds were extremely soft. Location was quiet, and very inviting. Great customer service, the oven was not working, but we texted the front desk and received an immediate response. Oven was fixed within 20 minutes. I like the idea of the two pools. Family/kid pool and adult pool if you are looking for quiet time.
