If I could give the company and this location zero stars, I absolutely would. Staff is absolutely clueless about nearly everything, items ordered on the app are out of stock 90% of the time, and consistently I've had issues with ordering from this location. Out of the last five times I've ordered here, every single instance has had all or part of my order not in stock, and so staff wrings their hands of what to do; apparently the idea of refunding or a similarly priced item is too thought provoking for workers here. Best to either go to a different location, or outright dodge this company, as they've somehow not gotten their stuff together after operating for as long as they have.

The food was 10/10 and I hate how the crack heads come inside bugging everyone for money. The Manager was there but didn't do nothing about it.

Always clean and friendly environment! Prices are a little higher because of being close to the strip. But they provide good food and great service so it's worth the extra! Definitely use mcdonalds app for deals and rewards! Totally worth it

The place was fairly clean and the staff was helpful and hard working but the place was full of crackheads, both inside and outside. One guy was smoking what was likely meth at the side of the building near the drive-thru. Not a safe place.

Wonderful service and food was delicious. Restaurant was very clean. Will be going back soon.

I'm a Uber eats driver and a customer wanted me to drop his meal off at the McDonald's. When I walked in I asked the young lady if she knew who Adam was she looked confused so I knew then that Adam did not work at this McDonald's. I walked away and she came outside and told me that was her order. I asked her for the pin number and she said it was in her phone and she had to go get it. In the meantime Adam came and gave me the right pin number he said he has no idea who that girl is and that she was trying to steal his food.

Customer service has gone downhill. But not here. They made my day with the way they treated me. I had tears in my eyes for what they did for me. I had lost my wallet and had a few dollars on me and was super hungry. I also had a long night and morning so was super tired. I had dozed off and didn't hear them call my order. Not only did they wake me up kindly they didn't make me feel bad after I had explained to them I had ordered and didn't hear them call out my order. And begged them to get it out of the trash if they had thrown it away because I was so hungry and didn't have enough to buy another one. Not only did they replace my order of a mc griddle, they gave me a second one for free. I was embarrassed but sooo grateful. Totally made my day better after a long night and morning and having lost my wallet.

I would give this specific McDonald’s zero stars if I could. I opened my Hot&Spicy burger and I see what looks like a DRY BOOGER inside! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I get it, it’s McDonald’s and the standards are generally low, but a DRY BOOGER??!! GROSS, DISGUSTING, and RUINED my appetite. Please remind your employees of BASIC HYGIENE & SANITARY procedures. EVERYONE working there handles food and EVERYONE should be held to the SAME STANDARDS! Please be sure to ALWAYS check your food before consuming anything that isn’t made at home. Thank you. I placed and received my order between 10pm-10:20pm on Monday 02/13/2023.

Service is bad. I need use locked bathroom. Was told to wait to talk to front desk After I was upset for long waiting time, she finally talked to me and blame me not let her know I need go to restroom.
