I gave it an extra star due the girl at the desk being cool and was an easy check in. I guess u get what u pay for the sink and the bathroom shower where backed up. I had to get a separate container to wash my babies bottles and didn't want them near the sink because it took forever for the water to go down. My wife didn't even shower we just went to sleep. I don't get why the resort fee when check in is at 4pm and the outdoor pool closes at 9pm so why even have a pool and charge to use it. The only good thing was the Chinese/Japanese restaurant the food was good. Won't stay here again I was mislead by the other reviews I guess either they pay for them or are friends of the place.

The rooms & hotel itself are dated as expected. Check-in was a disaster, especially for my parents. I had to come over & help my dad out as he was being price-gouged like crazy. The casino was fun, although very smokey. Those who are sensitive to smoke & like to play should stay away from here. The rooms were good. No smoke smell in the rooms & security was nice by the elevators. Decent food options, especially the food court. I don't think we'll ever stay here again due to the check-in process & how many managers it took to get things straightened out. It was my parents' first time in Vegas & we were disappointed with how their experience started.

12-28-23 I booked the room through a third-party service. The check-in was nice and smooth. The room was beautifully decorated, with a massive restroom and comfy queen beds. My issue was the 830am wake-up to an unknown woman coming into my room unannounced or authorized by me when I was asleep. This woman had no badge, cleaning cart; absolutely nothing to identify herself. The woman stated that she was from housekeeping and checking rooms. I asked who gave you permission to enter my room, and she walked out. I immediately called the front desk. The front desk representative stated that she didn’t know what was going on and never heard about anyone from housekeeping checking rooms. The front desk representative says that she was going to send security up to the floor to check it out and have management contact me. Needless to say, there was no security, no management contact, and no explanation given until I contacted both the front desk and housekeeping management the following day. I was being shuffled from one person to the next with no satisfactory response. Finally, the housekeeping manager Jasmine states that it is the hotel policy for housekeepers to do 830am room checks (prior to 11am checkout time); this is to identify which rooms are occupied and their daily workload. If you don't have a "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door, that gives hotel staff permission to enter your room. As a single woman in my hotel room, this policy was not expressed and didn't make me feel safe as a guest. In a hotel with 24-hour gambling and drinking, you may not be in your room; but a stranger is rambling in your room. The housekeeping policy explanation puts the responsibility back on the guest for their protection and privacy if you don't place the "Do Not Disturb" sign. The Boyd Group needs to revamp their housekeeping policy to ensure the safety of their guests. Is there not a guest roster from the front desk? Isn't there a checkout time at 11am and checkin at 4pm? Why are there housekeeping staff waking up guests prior to checkout; especially if they don't have an expressed wake-up call? The Boyd group and its hotels need to be held responsible to their guests. I'm still waiting to hear back from the staff.

Enjoyed gambling at this hotel. Have stayed overnight 1 time in the past and the room was really nice. They have a decent variety of machines to play on, keno and machine slots also. Didn't play the tables but they were busy the few hours I was there. The public bathrooms on the casino floor were honestly under kept, which would really be my only complaint here. Good parking whether in the garage or parking lot. Room for larger vehicles/trucks/trailer. Would stay and gamble here again.

We have stayed here a dozen times but no longer. Our favorite Buffet is closed. Favorite prime rib loft is closed. No More $5 table games. No more coupons for discounts when you check in. Even the young at heart program no longer gives you points unless you're an emerald player. The rooms are okay but definitely getting worn out. Massage prices went through the roof. staff isn't as friendly as they used to be. Everything we loved about this place no longer exist, so we found a new home at the South Point

Lots of free parking! Location isn't bad but it wasn't quite convenient enough in terms of public transportation for my liking. Room service was very reasonably priced but I can't speak to the quality or portion size as we didn't actually order anything from them. The room was nice and clean but several of the power outlets were so loose that my devices wouldn't receive electricity and I was surprised to find no refrigerator (which I now realize was never listed in their amenities so that's on me). I'd stay here again.

Didn't like the room. Very noisy sliding door in the bathroom. The composition of the room was also weird - bathroom is not at the entrance, but in the other end of the room, next to the window. There is no even small corridor when you enter the room. Also my neighbors were very noisy. Kids and adults shouted in the middle of the night. One good thing about the room that I liked - bed sheets were clean and of a good quality. Casino is lacking a ventilation, so the cigarettes smell is everywhere. But to enter the hotel, you have to traverse that stinky casino. There is no direct entrance to the hotel.

This is a great family-oriented casino. They have a bowling alley, arcade, movie theatre, and a Kid's Quest. Orleans also has some good restaurants and a small food court for faster dining. The rooms here are decent. Not the best but definitely not the worst. Clean for the most part and have not had any issues with staff or service and I have been coming to this casino for years!

Stayed here every year when coming to Vegas before the pandemic and loved it. This October was our first time back since the pandemic. The casino was terribly smokey., It had never been like this in our past stays, we wondered if they had reduced the use of an air exchanger to save costs, as the smell was terrible. They no longer had a complimentary shuttle to take guests to the strip, so we now had to pay a taxi to get to and from the strip. The shuttle had been one of the perks for staying off the strip. With having to use a taxi it added considerably to our costs. The buffet was also shut down which was very disappointing as we had always enjoyed this convenience. After having recommended this hotel and casino to our friends for many years we will no longer do so. In the future, we will no longer stay here. The reasons we loved staying here in past years no longer exist.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are very clean and quiet. We loved the location. Easy parking access and lots of parking spots are always available. Really like not having to keep going through a gate / guard to access our vehicle whenever you want to come and go. Employees were friendly and helpful. Lots to do at one location. We will definitely be back!

Here's the deal, the hotel is old and most of the staff really doesn't care about anything, the "resort fee" is an INCREDIBLE joke as they have very few amenities and the Internet is basically dial up speeds. HOWEVER, the place does have old Vegas charm. It does have a bowling alley and movie theater, and an entertainment venue, and it is out-of-the-way, meaning it's easily accessible without the usual hustle of strip hotels. It's over priced and dated but that might work for some people. Not awful, but not very good. It does offer a good view of the strip and it's one of the better hotels if you're going to allegiant.

Rude staff - don’t even think about checking in 2 minutes early because they will happily charge you $25 and check you in while poorly explaining your room charges. I was able to talk with another person also checking in after me and we figured out together what the resort fee covered (like WiFi). Just give us a sheet of paper at least explaining the rules if you’re too lazy to do it yourselves. Thrilled I’m only staying one night for a special event. The hotel is too run down and old for poor service on top of that.

Housekeeping was absolutely wonderful making sure everything was up to date and if I need a child's getting them asap. The rooms were nice there needs to be just some minimal upkeep like the caulking around the bathtub was needing to be scraped and replaced. Rooms for nice and large in the beds were comfortable.

Went to the bowling lanes there and had a great experience. My son even commented, their so friendly here. We went in to purchase a bowling ball and although the attendant (Dakota) was the only employee in the shop, he stopped what he was doing to provide excellent service. He properly and patiently sized my son for a ball, drilled it and confirmed my sons satisfaction. He was thorough and his work was completed and a very timely manner.

You get what you pay for. This hotel has great room rate prices. But a few cons, the room was dark and the decor was sort of creepy feeling. The pictures online from Google (purple rooms) are pictures of their suites. I've attached pictures of a non suite, single bed room. My last con is that the bathtub wasn't clean in appearance and the bath towels were super rough. Outside of those things, the hotel was nice. The staff was very polite and the room was overall really clean and spacious.

I’ve stayed here twice within the last few weeks, and each time has been good. It’s quiet, with spacious rooms and tons of things to do. Security walk around on a regular basis, the casino floor is pretty big, and there are activities inside for your children. The housekeeping staff are very kind, and I haven’t had a negative interaction here yet.

Welcome to the Orleans Hotel where you will be greeted by pushy unfriendly valets and a $40 resort fee. You get to walk through the smoke filled casino to get to your room which was updated sometime between 1985 and 2001, hard to tell. After a long day you can sleep on the comfy bed at least and watch one of the 10 channels on the TV. When you wake up to take your shower make sure you have a half hour between the next person so your shower has time to drain. The sink also exploded some black gunk overnight so that was fun. All in all it's a great place to go if you have low standards and just wandering the casino spending your social security check.

Just stopped by to stretch my legs and do a little gambling. Won 280$ off of 30$ this is definitely a charming older casino that definitely felt alive. Its vibe was better than that of the main strip casinos. I will definitely be returning!

Rooms are dated, FAIRLY DIRTY, (windows in and out, counter, doors), pillow, and beds are fairly basic. Check-in went smooth. Absolutely NO room service for the 5 nights at the hotel. No new towels, no soap, no toilet paper, no trash take out. NOTHING! Location is to be desired. As far as the hotel goes, they offer a few dining choices but most sit down restaurants are on a restricted schedule Sunday through Thursday. They have a few fast food restaurants (Fudruckers, Subway and pizza) open as expected. The hotel is not my first 50 picks, but it was chosen due to event happening.

This place has a lot to offer and It’s very family-friendly which is great. The rooms are spacious and nice,it just needs more attention to detail on cleaning. And I wish the pool time hours were extended felt Like 5pm is too early to close a pool. Overall, great place and good restaurants.

Went there to see Engelbert Humperdink. Great show. Had dinner at Friday's, very good. Big Al was the first choice, but it was closed for renovations. Since I live in Henderson, I can not comment on the hotel aspect. But I can tell you that it was busy. It is very popular with locals. Great value.

This is a great hotel with kids. Our kids are 5 and 2 1/2, so not trucking them around Vegas was nice. We stayed here because they had a kids event at their onsite arena. BTW every seat in that arena is great. We only left the property once in 3 days. They had a Starbucks knockoff that's all the wife needed! Rooms are more than adequate, but not techie or high class. No refrigerator in room. We will be back for sure.

If you're visiting Vegas, the Orleans Hotel & Casino is a fantastic choice for accommodation. Its close proximity to the airport is definitely a plus, and it offers all the amenities you'd expect from a top-notch casino. They have a gift shop, food court and a theatre inside the establishment. While the rooms may be slightly outdated, they still provide a comfortable stay, which matters most. We were particularly grateful for their flexibility in allowing us to check in early, especially after our flight was canceled and other hotels were unwilling to accommodate. If you find yourself in a similar situation, be sure to consider this place!

Stayed at the Orleans, June, 2022 and loved it. Rooms were large and clean and hotel staff were helpful. The food options here are fantastic and my friends enjoyed the gambling. Parking is free here which is rare in Vegas so that was a bonus and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Everything is all here and no need to visit other expensive casinos. I highly recommend the Orleans.

Super smoky. Dirty and aged. We only went there to see a movie at Cinemark. Even that was not the greatest. The theater was old and not the cleanest - to say the least. Half the lights in the bathroom weren't working. No bottled water for sale. They blamed supply chain issues as if we were still in the throws of the pandemic. Poor excuse when tons of bottled water was for sale everywhere else. We don't ever plan on going back

We went to the movies, to see the Candyman the movie was great. The service was excellent the food is movie food the seats were my favorite they lean back and you can actually relax and put your feet up. I will recommend this theater but I will continue to go there they did show seating arrangement.

Been here about a year or so ago.. Never came back. Rooms smells likes it has not been dusted or cleaned for a while. Even the beds feel dusty. Mini fridge smelled like someone trapped cigarette smoke inside. My daughter took a bubble bath in the tub and ended up with UTI. The worst experience ever. Definitely not kid friendly.

If u have social anxiety or don't like too many things going on at once and overcrowding this is the spot to gamble. It made it easy to focus on yourself and everything is spaced out perfectly where you can have intimate interactions with your group/ partner without feeling overwhelmed. But also areas where you can have fun with people as well. Fridays cheeseburger was perfect and the onion rings were so crispy and crunchy and well coated it was perfect!!! They have the tables, slots, craps, old school slots and betting on sports. Pretty big area! Relaxed feel with nice people

Went to the copper whisk restaurant inside and had the bbq bacon burger cooked medium rare. Tasted absolutely amazing! Thick cut fries and a nice cup of ranch on the side. Well worth the price($14) Servers were quick to refill drinks and seemed friendly. Would definitely recommend. Took a bit long to get the food, but well worth the wait!

The Salvation Army women's auxiliary, which I'm a member of, hosted their fashion show here, and we had such a wonderful time! The staff was so professional and always helpful as we annually use this location for our silent auction and fashion show. The dinners were delicious, and we had a blast putting on a fashion show! The hotel is very wonderful and clean and professional and I would really recommend utilizing them for any event. There's plenty of free parking for your guest in yourself. I can't wait to host another event here. Just a heads up but the banquet rooms are upstairs and it is a bit of a walk to get to.

My favorite local place to play. Staff is super friendly. The sport book at Orleans is second to none. For a larger casino it has a small casino feel. The dining options are average. Could use more late night options. Rooms are clean and comfy. Pool area is pretty nice. I suggest reserving a Cabana at pool side if you have a large family or group. If your like me and not big on gambling there is plenty of entertainment at Orleans. The movie theater is way nice. Reclining seats are awesome. They have an amazing and big bowling alley. But my favorite aspect is the poker room. Second to none

The Orleans is a really good hotel at a great price. It's a little off the main strip but it's close enough to the main strip that is not an inconvenience. The rooms are decent since this is an older hotel/casino the decor and furniture is a little dated but it fits well with the theme of the hotel. The area safe overall during the day, but at night you should take a little more precautions. If you are driving you will be good. My experience was really good. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

I love the food choices there are. The casino is so big. And there’s a movie theater within. Bars and restaurants of different kinds are inside. I love it. The only thing is the long walk from the parking to the hotel, and my room is at the end of the hallway from the elevator when I requested to be placed closer to the elevator because I have company who is disabled. I believe there were rooms available because he asked me if I want lower or higher floor. Oh well

We meet a group of friends yearly and this is the 2nd time the group stayed at the Orleans. The 1st time was at the tail end of the pandemic. There is no refrigerator, coffee maker or microwave in the rooms. They will provide them at additional cost. The rooms are older and dated. The bed was not comfortable....I woke up ever morning like I slept in a clothes dryer. The pillows were thin and lumpy (I should've asked the front desk for new ones). The in-house coffee place (in the casino) didn't make our orders correctly and were annoyed that they had to remake them. Our first night was Thursday and they only had 5 black jack tables open....and all were full. We ended up gambling away from the hotel....which I'm sure is not what management wants to see happen. In the morning we ate at the Copper Whisk Cafe. As we waited the service seemed a bit slow to other tables, but once we were seated our server provided really good service and the food was good and reasonably priced. We also ate at the hotels Chinese and steak restaurants....both good. The staff at the Orleans was friendly in all our interactions. Also there was a good security presence, so you felt safe. All-in-all it's a good value for them money.

Very friendly front desk staff Nice spacious outdated room with high ceilings. Two queen beds, one large couch, a nice size chair next to the couch in a small nook. Desk and chair Three deep drawer chest An in room safe Two really large mirrors in the room A small window in the shower that we could open out for ventilation was different and neat. TV was about 40-44 inches and was fine for this size room. Adequate lighting throughout the room Good amount of power plugs, but no USB outlets. Microwave - no fridge Small coffee maker Decent iron and full size board Two part bathroom with the sink in a large separate room from the toilet and big tub/shower combo. No door separating them. The sink area was huge with a hanging bar near the far wall with plenty of clothes hangars.   Lighting was decent. Terrific pool area with good amenities. Lots of umbrellas and chairs. A nice size 3 foot pool with a cement  bench around the entire edge that could accommodate probably more that 150 people sitting in the water. Very great design!  Very large hot tub also. There are plenty of cabanas and tents for rent. A surprising amount if shaded areas. Snack bar. Large adult bar. Towel attendants, lifeguards, gated with security guards. Awesome setup! This resort has lots of parking and a nice size parking garage, lots of food options that are cheaper than The Strip. The gaming areas are clean and comfortable. I'm a poker player and they have plenty of that going on. They are family friendly. They have a large movie theater with competitive prices and a bowling alley, which I did not look into. The staff is really friendly. This place is off the strip, but not too far from it, and convenient to get there from the airport. I really love staying there.

Nice. Great customer service. Had to make some adjustments and customer service handled it in minutes. Hotel room cost at present is approx $280 a night 10/2023, the going rate for the bigger chain hotels is about four times that at this time of the year. The atmosphere is pretty cool there’s a lot to do in and around the hotel.

Where do I start, we had an absolute blast, to take an Uber from here to the strip was always a less than 5 minute wait and less than $12, great food selection, great pools, amazing activities like affordable bowling, clean movie theater, I just wish they had later showings. Overall we had an absolute blast here, highly recommend.

Room was nice and modernized. I had terrible phone service in the room and the internet went out for 2 days. AC was adequate but squealed all night. Food choices in the establishment range from high end down to fast food. The choices were run of the mill and lacking after midnight. The cafe had zero quality control. We were way off the strip and the venue we were in town for. Taxi rides got costly.

Rooms were clean and well kept. Loved the location, only 1 mile from the busy Las Vegas Blvd. Many restaurants and loved the convenience. Valet parking was very fast and friendly. Will definitely stay there on our next trip to Vegas!

We always stayed here before pandemic…. Came back to Vegas and decided to visit again….. so here’s the deal….. outdated rooms, wierd smell, outdated bath tubs that are slow to drain, no fridge or microwave…. And the resort fee…. A joke!!! with only allowing 3 devices with ultra slow internet speeds, don’t understand why the fee if there is no perks. Also the heater in room didn’t work, tried putting up to 78, cold cold air… so we were always cold. Good points: free parking (but that’s because they can’t charge due to being a “locals” casino). UPDATE: so after 1 night we decided to leave room, there was a strong smell of urine that came from carpet, called the front desk and very quickly and without hesitation our room was changed….. way better. No more weird smell….. so I updated my review and gave it 3 stars, not 4 cause tub is stained…. Maybe just update like the days inn or holiday in to a walk in shower and this hotel can be a 5 star option. Room are a bit noisy due to hallway traffic and the sound just echoes all the way, but no biggie… Also there is no buffet, so maybe they should add a mini fridge….. cause the food options are not that cheap inside the hotel. So for a good price, free parking this is still a good option.

This hotel is convenience for the price in comparison to other hotels in the area. Things were good but towards the end of our stay we notice they were cockroaches. We told the front service person and she took it like it was a normal thing. They need to work in their cleanliness in my opinion.

I really liked staying here. I did not like the smoky casino area. I loved the Japanese Cuisine Restaurant, Friday's and the room service. The pool was cool. The workout room was nice. The massage amenities well they need a major lessen in diversity. The massage therapist assigned to me threw the sheet over my face for ten minutes why I do not know. The receptionist at the desk where you make appointments spent more time trying to talk me out of the appointment and that they would charge half of the $162 fee if I did not show or was late. I will NEVER pay for a massage here again.

This is a great, beautiful casino, but it has bad points... I reserved it for 2 nights. This, guys, didn't room service. The shower and bathtub don't work properly, I can't take my shower good. In the room is not provided refrigerator, I can't keep my bottle wine cooler.... Sorry, but that's guys. I don't recommend this casino , I see it needs to be more attention on the service personnel.

The hotel rooms were nice, we are on the 21st floor which had been recently remodeled. Hotel does not have a buffet and so that makes all the other dining options pricey. All the other dining options were expensive and the cleanliness of the machines and hotel in general could have been better. Budget car rental across the street very convenient. We left the hotel every night to eat elsewhere, which is a shame because there is no reason The Orleans can't bring the buffett back. There are so many areas in The Orleans that are empty. The hotel itself lacks atmosphere.

  • 1/5 C M. 5 months ago on Google
Hum, they closed down their buffet, but from what I heard, they're supposed to be opening up a newly remodeled buffet in another area. The former buffet has been closed for some time now. In the meantime, for those of us on a special diet like keto, you really don't have any other dining options. I now only play at casinos with buffets, that way when I get a food comp I have a place I can eat at. Their Copper Whisk Cafe' changed its name and is no longer open 24 hours. However, just a short walk up the street at the corner of Decatur & Tropicana is a 24 hour Denny's. I can't help but wonder. Are the Vegas casinos making all these changes to eventually phase out the gambling element altogether? Not just The Orleans, but nearly all of the casinos in town. It seems like casinos are making all sorts of changes knowing very well that guests will not like it. It seems like whatever guests and players like, a casino will do away with it. Buffets are making a major comeback after Covid. However, casinos are continuing to close buffets down. Many casino restaurants charge concession fees. Casinos now charging players for drinks, parking, resort fees, lack of housekeeping. Cutting down on comps unless a player is a high roller/whale. Eliminating $5.00 table games and raising the house edge on many table games and slots. I suppose the new motto for Vegas is, 'If you want to attend a concert, sporting event, races, convention, show, etc, then come to Vegas'. But, if you're more interested in just gambling, go elsewhere. There are a multitude of native American casinos throughout the country who offer better odds, lower limits and all the amenities that Vegas casinos USED to offer. Sad but true

The Orleans is a perfect hotel to stay at when you want to be away from the busy strip. We love it here. The slots are fun...we like the older machines in the Orleans. Parking is always close to the doors. I would recommend the Orleans and will come back next year. Thanks for the comfortable stay.

We stayed here on a little vacation to see family. There are plenty of gambling opportunities here. The employees never seem very happy when we talked to them but they are polite. We were a little disappointed with the room because there isn't a fridge. I usually can't finish everything I eat and wanted to save it for later but there is no fridge. There is a safe but the room seem a little dated. I feel like parking is a little difficult, but we have been lucky. The little gift shop was kind of fun. The restaurants here have been good. It hasn't been awful, but I don't think I would want to stay here again.

The Orleans is a nice venue for a convention. The staff is very attentive, the location is quietly away from the strip, and according to the Lift and Uber drivers, a favorite for locals. It’s a great location to get away from the f1 congestion, yet close enough to enjoy the last Vegas experience. The restaurants are nice and very convenient. The casino is large and has everything you want to have some fun. The one gripe I have (which seems to be the same in all Las Vegas hotels) is that you get hit with a mysterious “Resort Fee”, which is as much as the quoted room charge, doubling you room cost, not cool!

I hope this kees other's from making a mistake. First of all you're asking top dollar for rooms as the price went up meanwhile the pool and hot tub are closed. I found hair in 3 different spots in the bathroom. The toilet looks like it had mold in one area. The bed is made with thin sheets and a super thin blanket like are there no comforters? On top of that after only a day and a half security lets themselves in the room for a "welfare" check...

I was in lad Vegas for the tournament. The first room had the issue with the water in the sink, the hand soap, and a mini frig that did not work and made the room stink. I was transferred to a different room the next day and was sent to an occupied room . The last room was 6 frig was ok. I was disappointed that I was charged an additional fee to have my room where I could see the sphere. I feel that is a rip-off. I purchased my room and air plane ticket for a discount, but that wasn't true. I don't think I will get a room there again. I didn't like playing in the casinos because people can smoke everywhere. It was so horrible.

Great place. Very clean. Casino is fun and table games are a bit more affordable than the strip. Room was excellent. Staff all friendly. Was here for the Viva Las Vegas rockabilly weekender and car show.

Never stayed here but the casino is fine. Good size. Great selection of slots, old and new. Big pit with tons of action. Fairly clean. Tons of places to eat. I like fuddruckers personally. Bowling and movie theater and arena.

Very attractive entrance, till you walk out the to a magical pool area. One of the most beautiful views and atmosphere. Highly recommend the restaurants for both their vibe, service and food quality. The drinks are exceptional. Hotel rooms are great and the games room inside the casino is full of fun.

Ok, I was only here to watch the Sound of Freedom, which is the best movie ever. The staff at the theater, and throughout the casino were friendly and helpful. Gambling is off/odd. Put money in. Lights flash, or dial turns, or pictures change. Then do it again. Why? No one actually wins anything real.

We stayed here for a conference. It is great to stay at the place the conference is being held. The staff are all wonderful that we interacted with. Cons were the pillows on the bed and our room was missing the do not disturb placard. We asked for one at the front the first day, but after 4 nights never got one. I appreciate the security only letting guests into the room area. Felt very secure.

Rooms need alot of updating the TV is small and old, The bed are hard as a rock also the sheets super thin. The AC works really good but loud as a truck hard to sleep. One good thing is the rooms are really quiet and didn't hear the people next door. Now the good stuff..... The employees are super nice and helpful and lots of security everywhere. the pool was the best part of this 3 day trip very clean and lifeguards all over the place. Free parking was nice I would probably not stay here again we did not try any of the restaurants

I stayed at the Orleans for 2 nights/3 days. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It did seem a bit dated and a bit smaller than I expected, but it had everything I needed and I had no problems with it. The casino floor had a good variety of slot machines. I played a few machines, but lost on all of them except for one. My main game is craps. They had from one to three craps tables available depending on the time of day. The minimums were usually $15 although a $10 showed up here and there. I prefer a $10 minimum, but I can handle $15. It's still less than most casinos on the strip. There were plenty of places to eat although it was a challenge to find something to eat at the times I get hungry (between midnight and 6 AM). The employees seemed friendly enough. The craps dealers weren't quite as perky as some other Boyd properties I've stayed at, but they were nice and professional.

We had a great time! Rates were awesome! Lisa was kind enough to give us a king bed instead of the queen bed that was available at time of booking. Room service was fast and good. We traveled with our ebikes so getting down to the strip and around wasn't an issue for us.

I really enjoyed my stay here, I stayed at multiple hotels in Vegas the weekend of March 17. I was in Vegas for a usher concert, but THE Orleans hotel was my favorite. My girlfriend and I watched a movie, played games in the arcade, and gambled a little. The staff was great and very professional throughout the hotel and casino. I really look forward to going back sometime next year I can't wait to go back

I went to Vegas for a girls trip. This hotel met my expectations. The room was clean, it’s a little old school though. Maintenance responded quickly when the tub wasn’t draining. The only minor issues are: they don’t offer a lot of channels to watch or a smart TV that links to your phone. I was able to see the mountains from my room. The breakfast was good from the room service menu, but took a while to come. I highly recommend if you want an affordable clean room and a casino that’s big.

Very nice hotel. Spacious comfortable room. We were on the 19th floor so I was expecting a great view. However, there was something on the windows preventing us from seeing out 😕. They should definitely wash the shower curtains because they smell like mildew 🤢. The pool was clean, big, and not too cold. Unfortunately all the jets didn't work in the hot tub 👎🏽👎🏽. I don't have any huge complaints. We had a nice stay 😊

We booked a 1 room suite and it was very spacious and affordable (mid-week pricing). I wished they had a microwave but other than that the room was updated, clean, and plenty of sitting area for family & friends to visit. Nice fridge to keep drinks cold and refreshing. Large pool area with seating and bar. We browsed pool area but didn't get a chance to enjoy it. Plenty of bars and restaurant choices with happy hour. Free parking!

Great place, more local. Great employees! This is the third time I've stayed here. Only real problem I had was the free shuttle to the strip is no longer in service as it was 4 years ago on my last visit.

As with all Las Vegas hotel/casinos, you have to walk through A LOT of casino to get to the hotel registration desk. Best bet: use the free valet parking service *or* unload to a bellhop then park yourself (and hike!). Weird to see people wearing masks and smoking (!!) - scary to see people with oxygen tanks smoking. Room was nice, clean, and a good size.

This was an absolute great hotel. The view was decent, the inside was busy and packed. Most of the staff were friendly. I would highly suggest that they hand out maps to navigate getting around as that was one of our main issues. It’s a bit of a walk from parking to the actual room area but worth the price you paid.

I LOVE THE ORLEANS. The restaurants are very good. I especially like the Ondori and TGI Fridays. All the staff is very nice. I love the casino I had a winning vacation. I love the location away from the strip. My rooms are always very nice. The hot water in the bathroom didn't work quite right they tried to fix it but couldn't so they moved me and were very accommodating. The Orleans is my very favorite place to stay in Vegas.

Off strip hotel resort. Part of the Byod gaming family - get your B-connected card for the perks. "Free Parking" New slots with classic older slots that I love ( Texas Tea , Noah's Ark). I had a friend dancing in a show. Showroom is not that big. Every seat is good. They also have a Sports arena in the back. Movie theater with 18 screens and bowling center 70 lanes. Staff is friendly, drinks and food not over-priced like the strip. They have fine dining to fast food. The pool area is nice/clean with plenty of space for everyone, plus a Spa and gym. I'll be back soon cause the dinner show "Marriage is Muder" is here. I always have a great experience here cause "THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY".😁

Parking is to far away when there is parking in front an not excessable. Prepaid for the stay through my company discount offer, then at check out, with-out any prior notice, there was a $41.80 resort fee charged for each day of stay. Never has this happened before, no one there or at the discount company would help. Will not stay there again. And no $5.00 tables.

The room we stayed in has a broken AC, it was freezing. We couldn’t find the remote and the AC buttons were broken. We wanted to call room service but it was 1 in the morning and my family and baby was sleeping so we didn’t wanted to disturb them. Other than that, the hotel is okay, the staffs were friendly, and they had great amenities.

We were here for a banquet. The bread was cold, the salad I got was wilted and my dinner was cold & my steak very tough. The potatoes were very grainy and cold. Very disappointing they used to have decent banquet food. Not to mention the photo guys photos were very washed out. Seeing as they had a coast casino folder they should have someone who can take non washed out photos. They trap you for photos before entering then almost bully you into buying them. Table service & bar service was very good. The staff was very pleasant & accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean & easy to find.

The Orleans Hotel provides a comfortable stay with its spacious rooms and a range of amenities. The casino and entertainment options add to the lively atmosphere. The variety of dining choices is commendable. However, some areas might show signs of wear and tear, and the location is a bit off the main Strip. The customer service is generally good but can be inconsistent. Despite these minor shortcomings, The Orleans Hotel offers a solid experience for those seeking a well-rounded stay in Las Vegas.

First time there. We went to the Viva Las Vegas event. Didn't stay here, enjoyed walking around, but the smoke was so bad I kept my mask on. Checked out the shops and ate at Fridays! Decorations were awesome in the hotel. It was nice to see a lot of the guest dressed up in their Viva Outfits. We checked out the bowling alley it was nice. Loved the music played in there . How come the Marque wasn't displaying the Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Event. You could barely see what was on there ?

This hotel was a great price for our convention it was convenient. The service from the valet, front desk and room service everyone was very kind and prompt in response to our needs. The location was decent I have no complaints it was a short distance to places we wanted to go explore. The only thing I was disappointed about was there were no refrigerators or microwaves in the room and the ice machine did not ice the entire stay. This effected our comfort in staying there. For quick trips this place is great.

We absolutely love The Orleans Hotel and Casino!! Was there for a Family Reunion and we all went there to bowl. It was great!! Everyone had a great time!! It was very clean. The staff was very helpful. There is no food being served in the bowling alley but we all had fun anyway. The younger children really enjoyed bowling as well, because they have the little bowling helpers for their enjoyment 😉 Shoes are about $4.50. and $3.50 pp to bowl per game. It's all very reasonable.. I highly recommend this Hotel for gambling, bowling, and Hotel rooms.

Hotel is showing some age but still a decent looking place. Room was nice and clean. Lots to do and places to eat inside. Played about 400$ in slots on the double diamond and triple cash 50 cent a spin .. very tight .. money continuously dwindled after hour or 2 of play. Not much fun when you hit a tiny credit every 15-20 spins :/

I stayed at The Orleans for the great price. It is off the strip, so if you're looking to be in that action, this isn't the place, but it was poppin on Friday night. The customer service was great. They were able to check me in early with no extra charge. The rooms are dated but comfortable. I wanted to go to the pool but there wasn't enough sun on my weekend there. I would stay again.
