Very clean, spacious, & friendly! This location is amazing! I can see how people would be upset because the whole gym is viewable from the outside caused by all the windows, but i personally do not mind it. Staff is very friendly and well informative. Definitely a location to sign up to.

We go every day! Staff is really friendly and quick about keeping it sanitized. The location is really convenient. Close to a grocery store and a UPS store. Doesn't get too crowded and tons of free parking.

I am so happy my sister told me about this place! I absolutely love it especially the extra special features that are included in the Black Card Membership. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful always.

I walking in this place today afternoon looking for information about the services, seems like nobody knows how to deal with people like me, I have osteoarthritis and looking for a place to do low impact exercises, finally a young male decide to show me around the facilities, he was great but he made me feel like I was making him wasting his time. , I walked myself around the venue, After that I told them(because it was another person ,a girl,at that time) that I wanted to subscribe, besides all my information they wanted my bank account and routing number which I don't carried whit me, the girl told me, why you don't wanna give us your bank account, you don't feel comfortable with that or you don't have it? I said nobody carried whit that information on their wallet There is not compassion for people they just want your bank account and money

The machines were fine but the ladies room and showers were horrible. There was no hot water and instead of chairs there were stools that were slippery. They are lucky I didn't have a major injury falling after the shower while trying to get dressed.

Very clean and big. One problem is the treadmills face the big windows so there is a lot of glare.

The ankle straps were “stolen” but haven’t been replaced in weeks. You are a gym, you have one job. How in the world would that not immediately be fast shipped within days? The staff is rude half of the time, especially the night staff. At this point, I’m looking for another gym this week. I wish they would do some upgrades or at least get ankle straps…

This location is a poor excuse for a planet fitness. First off, they go through more managers than anywhere else. The actual location has a terrible smell, there is NEVER any soap or paper towels in the men’s locker room. The showers leak and the staff is not very friendly. Homeless people sleep in the bathroom stalls and the black card amenities hardly work. Steer clear of this gym.

Worst planet fitness I've ever been too. Staff are rude, equipment is old and broken down. It smells and they don't clean. Just want to say a quick thanks (sarcastically) to the young lightskin man that works at the counter who would not allow me to bring in my suitcase because it wouldn't fit in a locker. I am a black card member and I just needed to kill a little time before my bus left. There was plenty of space to put it where it would not be in the way. It got too cold to wait outside so I hid my suitcase in the bushes and went inside to get warm with a quick workout and hydromassage. While I was inside someone stole my suitcase with all my clothes and 3 pieces of my dead brothers clothing (I had to sneak those out of his house after he and my 3 nieces died in a horrific car accident since I wasn't allowed to have anything because the family decided to send everything to auction). So thanks again, I really appreciate the great customer service and hospitality (again, sarcastically)

What’s interesting to me is you never know how kindness and customer service actually brings in business. I was considering planet fitness for a membership but the convenience is not worth the rudeness of the management. Glad I had this experience twice to confirm it is not the kind of gym I want to give my money.

I just recently joined Planet Fitness on Decatur & Flamingo on Oct 2nd. After joining which took over an hour cause all the manager could talk about was politics which was fine cause it was a learning experience, I had no problem with that. The problem I had was the first day I went in to workout, the manager who I had spoken to for over an hour about politics did not remember me as I approached him to ask if I could have a tour but he was walking so fast he didn't hear me or slow down to welcome me as I said it was my first day there. He literally ran away from me as he quickly shut the office door behind him so that I wouldn't be able to ask any questions. I doubt he didn't notice I was behind him trying to get his attention. It was pretty obvious. Once I was done working out I saw him again behind the front desk as I asked if I could use the massage chairs & tanning beds & asked where they were as he walked away once again from behind the desk quickly towards the office so I asked another employee to help me. When I was done with the massage chair I came out & saw him again behind the desk & asked if I could tan as he walked away once again & told me to ask the other employee who was on his way back from lunch to get the tanning bed ready. The other employee said the tanning machine was ready as I asked where they were as he pointed & with an attitude as if I should know where they are.. That was my first & last time at that gym. I've never felt so unwelcomed at any gym in my life & I'm 48yo & have joined alot of gyms in 9differemt major cities. This was the worst experience I've ever had any gym. The manager was beyond unprofessional & when I called to complain & cancel my membership he seemed very dismissive.

I love Planet Fitness. It's the best place to work out and relax. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the manager Alan. He is always smiling and greeting everyone. He also has great taste in TV channels. He never plays FOX News on the TVs, which is a huge relief for me. I don't need to hear about politics or fake news while I'm sweating on the treadmill. I just want to enjoy some music or comedy shows. Alan understands that and makes sure everyone is happy. He is the best manager ever and deserves a raise!

Nice clean gym. My only beef with planet fitness is theirs never any hot or warm water in the shower. If you can't supply hot water for the showers put a sign up letting customers know or just close the showers down. Only psychopaths like to take cold showers. Winter is approaching very quickly and there will be no hot water only excuses. I'll be canceling my membership on October 16th. I will be joining Las Vegas athletic.

Worst experience at a gym I have ever had. These women who work here are extremely rude. They treat you like nothing. I would not recommend this place. It’s not the company it’s their employees. This place is bad. Go to EOS fitness much better.

The janitor was very sweet and had the gym very clean she helped me fix a machine that was loose and turns out a piece was missing and she put the piece right back for me and a friendly staff as well

I like going to your gym because it’s not too crowded and it’s close to my home. However, I have had numerous communication with manager Rosa about a truck driver named Kennith who is making me uncomfortable. The guy literally took a picture of me! He’s apparently made your staff uncomfortable too. But you guys for some reason won’t ban him. It has created an unsafe environment for myself. So until you guys ban him, I will be going to a different gym.

In town for SEMA and I was lucky to have this place as my local gym for the week. Great vibe and helpful staff. Ended up grabbing a month long membership as it was the best option. Good selection of machines and weights.

I tried a 6 months membership at EOS. The place was overcrowded all hours day and night. Planet Fitness is located in more places around town and there is rarely an equipment line or worse. Planet Fitness, a solid choice for health.

Have been a member since February and am very impressed with the staff. They are constantly cleaning and checking equipment, and making the guests feel welcomed. There are plenty of equipment and their trainer help you set up your workout plans. Awesome PF location! Love it there!

Definitely the place to workout. They have just about everything you need for a low price standard. If you get the black card, it's just slightly more but you can bring a guest. With the black card, you can also use the massage chairs and hydrobed, which are great after a long workout. The staff are extremely friendly and very considering.

This is such a weird gym. No free weights, no stretching floor space or area to do bodyweight workouts. The tanning beds were all broken and it is Wayyyy too bright in there. Any degree of elevated heart rate and I felt like I was going to pass out. The 30 minute workout zone is cool.

Surprisingly clean, well staffed and well ran club. Never crowded, massage beds / chairs are always available, and the club is never crowded during my ideal hours.

Clean, friendly, helpful and from my experience and overall good and healthy atmosphere for all ages. Great equipment. Clean bathrooms. Great amenities for all but even more if you are a Blackcard member. Only a few extra but I definitely think its worth it and with unlimited use. I really enjoy the hydro and massage chairs to start and finish my work outs with. Warm up my muscles and then massage them out so I'm not sore afterwards. The tanning bed is a great option as well. Staff members at anytime that I've gone have always been super helpful and kind. I definitely enjoy being a member and would recommend.

Mike is the guy! This is my first time in Vegas and I'm just amazed at his professionalism and genuine care for his job. I can see he's a hard worker yet still has time to conversate and motivate others to do better and improve. Coming from Alaska, the Planet Fitness here and there are very different. Mike really set the bar high here with his welcoming smile and positivity! Highly recommend and 100% will be back!

Pretty good so far. Not too crowded, however like all gyms there is always someone working out that acts like they own the place.

Staff for both locations are courteous and professional. Facilities are kept spotlessly clean ( almost too clean, probably a directive from corporate about Covid guidelines) in any case, they are also understanding and tolerant of LGBTQ patrons needs... We want to leave a review for Chris and Snooki the night crew. Chris is always upbeat and greets us with a hello and a smile. Him and Snooki keep the gym extremely clean. Snooki cleans nonstop and is super friendly as well. We go to all the gyms in Vegas and this is our favorite. By far the best kept gym in Vegas! -Gio & Rachel

Overall. I love this gym, it’s a very nice gym and it does get packed but idgaf lol however it is packed with teens due to the 14-19 planet fitness summer thing and i myself i’m 13 yrs almost 14 in july and i go with my mom cause she is a black card member and we’ve been going for a month now. go with her as a guest and overall I love this gym and might stay working out here! Switch recently from my eos membership because they offer tanning and massage chairs. More locations available out of state too. Happy with my decision.

I have been to Eos, LVAC, and UFC fit. Out of all my time spent at these gyms Planet Fitness is what got me hooked. I love how clean the facility is and how friendly the staff and members are. With my social anxiety it is hard to workout somewhere, where I won’t be judged for who I am, or where I’m at in my fitness journey. Here at Planet fitness they have provided me with comfort and belief in myself, while driving my determination to better my health and wellness. Well done Planet Fitness!!! #Judgementfreezone

I’ve worked out at 3 different locations in the Las Vegas area, and by far, this one was the cleanest! One of the staff members named Alan was able to answer all of my questions in great detail and patience. For now on, this will be my go to gym.

Planet fitness. Very nice except for their showers. Don't have hot water at the Decatur location because they're hood but the location that is on Decatur flamingo is super nice compared to the Decatur Meadows. One decades one is nice but it's hood because it don't got hot water. Other than that I like it

Joined PF last month. Very pleased with this facility as it has all types of fitness equipment and several treadmills. The location is very convenient for me and there are several TV screens to stay entertained. Overall a great place to go exercise and at an affordable rate.

This gym is one of the nicest gyms I have been too. The management always says hello even if they are busy realizing the importance of you as a member. Raymond and JD make the perfect team they provide class, professionalism that is hard to find in the gym world. I never imagined the amount of things you get for being a black card member. I can go to any gym , go as often as I like, and even bring a friend in to cheer me on. For me this is the gold standard and realize that I am paying less than a dollar a day but if I went elsewhere to any gym this would cost more. The trainer he trains like no other.. Thanks for all you do ...to make this gym amazing .

was today in gim on small scooter cause i dont have any transport , so this management in club not let me in , so sad i take 4 mile away to get and returning without service . i wont go there sorry guys

Went as a guest and didn't care for it. They wanted way too much information to be a guest for a day. My driver's license is cool but u don't need my email and other "mandatory guest info" I'll hard pass on it next time

One of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever seen. Mike the guy at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. This is definitely the best gym in town!

We have been members at several different athletic clubs. We do enjoy PF overall and believe most of the staff go the extra mile especially when they are appreciated by members. My husband travels for business. I am fortunate to enjoy many of those benefits with him. PF is a gym we can count on, pretty much throughout the U.S. Our home gym in MN is not a 24 hr gym. We truly appreciate the 24hr availability at this location. For the most part this location was as clean and stocked as I would hope for. Each of the employees, I came in contact with, were friendly and interactive. We were there about two hours. Because of a knee injury, I can currently only utilize the rower (this location has the upgraded water resistance version), which they had two machines and the intilli-stride (reclined elliptical-like machine) also two machines. Every other location I have visited has had just one of these and I nearly always have to wait to use it. This was a wonderful surprise! Although this location had many strength machines that seemed to be the same or similar to our home gym, I use a few very specific machines at my home gym this gym didn’t have in their line up. Also, when using, for example, the hip adductor and hip abductor machines, I currently max out at 90# x30 x3 sets, here I adjusted to 145# before experiencing the “work” with what appeared to be the same machines. The machines look very similar, but they are strung quite differently. When using the 30 minute workout area, although the machines “work the same or similar “ they were a new learning curve for us, as they were mostly different machines from those we have become accustomed to utilizing. I need to plan a bit of additional time and self-grace to use correctly. We also use the black card spa and love it. I prefer the hybrid red light tanning and lay flat hydro bed. I asked to use the hybrid red light tanning bed. I am not certain this location has the hybrid red light tanning. I did use a stand up tanning bed; however, it was nothing like the others I have used and I wouldn’t utilize this locations tanning beds again. My husband used the lay flat hydro bed and said it didn’t “hold pressure”. So I did not bother using it. Overall, the equipment that is the most important was in good or great shape and much appreciated. I have based the primary basis of my review on the workout equipment but docked this location one star because of the black card spa equipment. As a completely unrelated side note, if you are staying on the strip and using taxi service for transportation, plan to use ride share other than a taxi for your return trip. The taxi service will not send a car for you specifically, only if they have a drop off close.

This is by far my favorite location! Everything is kept so clean and the equipment is always well maintained not to mention it looks updated a bit. The staff are all super friendly and seem happy! Great job s. Decatur location we love you!
