I so love boiling crab I always go but the manager Kyle was so rude I ordered food for take out and once I got home on my shrimp I had a blob of hair wrapped around my shrimp, was so gross. I called and spoke with Kyle and he told me it wasn’t hair it’s part of the shrimp hair??? omg I couldn’t believe he said that. I took back my whole order and when I got there I was like is this shrimp hair and he said I will only make this bag of shrimp for you and it was on my rice. I told him no please do all of my order again. I want to sit with my family and enjoy our food hot. He was so rude I sat down waiting for the order for 15 min and my order was ready and was never given to me I had to ask if my order was ready. Horrible service and customer service from a manager.

The food was outstandingly delicious not being from a Southern state cooked! I am from New Orleans and I know good seafood when I have had it. My daughter lived in Lafayette Louisiana and comes all the here to Las Vegas to visit the Boiling Crab for seafood!

Best restaurant of our Las Vegas trip. The seafood is excellent and the atmosphere is fun. I got the snow crab legs in mild garlic butter and 1/2lb of shrimp in the whole shebang. While I liked the spicy seasoning, I think I'd go plain garlic butter for the crab legs. The red potatoes and sausage are also excellent in the whole shebang. My dad loved the calamari. It was perfectly fried and crisp. Be prepared for a loud environment. I might just be getting old, but it was difficult to talk over the music.

This was our first time eating here, I have friends that have enjoyed dining 🍽 here before and have loved it. I will say they have plenty of options to chose from, but they sell the seafood by the pound at wholesale price so it can get pricy. It is also very filling though! They serve most food in plastic bags. I ordered muscles $15 and fried calamari $12 with red potatoes $3 and a piece of corn on the cob 🌽 $3 and a Margarita 🍹 $10. It was great, even though 2 muscles didn't open up... and you don't get discounted for that, and that's lame because I pay for the pound and didn't get to eat the whole pound... but otherwise it was delicious 😋. I got the hottest flavor and it's very tamed and mild. My boyfriend got a mild spice with Snow crab at $28 lbs, Cajun fries $6 (I did try them) they were good 👍, also red potatoes $3, corn on the cob $3, and the sausage for $5.50. He also enjoyed his food, at the time of the meal... The downfall was that out of 4 of us that dined 🍽 here, 1 of us, my boyfriend got food poisoning 🤒🤢🤮 about 2hrs after eating.. The thing he ate that no one else ate, was the sausage.... Overall we spent about $100 with tip for 2 and other then the food poisoning, the food tasted great 👍.

On the evening of August 8th, 2023, my colleagues and I visited a local restaurant for a pleasant meal. Regrettably, upon arrival, we were met with an inhospitable greeting from the hostess, who happened to be an individual of African American descent. Despite providing the requisite information for our party, we were directed to wait for a table. Our wait time, unfortunately, extended to nearly thirty minutes, despite several unoccupied tables. In addition, some of the staff members appeared to be clearing tables before the restaurant's closing hours, which was frustrating. Upon inquiring about our wait time, the hostess provided no clear response. Eventually, we were seated, but the servers scarcely acknowledged us as they walked by without a word. Fortunately, a male server of Asian ethnicity eventually approached us and took our order in a courteous manner. Regrettably, the quality of the food was not up to the usual standard we had come to expect from this restaurant. The rice was still watery and sticky, and the mussels were overcooked and not properly combined with the sauce and other ingredients. It was as if the cook had rushed the order without any regard for the food's quality being served. As regular customers, this was disheartening. Furthermore, we were alarmed to observe that many of the workers were passing by our table with frowning faces, providing no greeting or acknowledgment. We also noticed that some of the female food servers and runners had long, artificial nails, which is a clear violation of food safety regulations. The workers should have provided gloves to customers without being asked, and the tables should have been cleaned much more thoroughly, including areas underneath, to ensure they were free of any dirt or residual food. Overall, we believe that the management of this restaurant should take a more proactive approach to ensure their workers are more welcoming and have better interpersonal skills with customers. Additionally, they should ensure that they are following all food safety regulations and providing a high level of customer service in order to retain their loyal customers.

Nice experience, the food and the service was really good. I tried the shrimp with their original sauce, Cajun fries and fried calamari. I would’ve liked the option of peeled shrimp, it’s complicated to eat trying to peel them with gloves.

Everything was hot and fresh to our liking. My wife enjoyed her snow crab with 3 hard boiled eggs, sausage and corn. I loved my catfish and fries.

The food here is pretty good. They are a lowcountry boil. They have a wide selection of seafood, appetizers and sides. The prices aren't too bad but I wish they had a special for 2 or some sort of combo. Everything is a la carte. We went on a Friday night and the wait was only 10 minutes. Service can be sporadic. This is a solid 4 out of 5 Stars.

Las Vegas Boiling Crab! Always a memorable dining experience! A place to take friends and family for a celebration. There are also ones located in California. My friends and family whom have gone still talk about the unique experience! Eat with your hands off fresh wax paper, no plates given. Great to order some appetizers for the middle of the table and then order the individual crab or lobster. Attentive service. Fun atmosphere. Tables and booths. TVs for the sports fans. Highly recommend!

I had this in LA it was soooooo good so I had to visit this Vegas branch. This was second time visit this branch. - Food: Oh, it didn't disappoint! We ordered crawfish, corn, potatoes, sausages, snow crab legs and chicken wings. The crawfish was okay (You can choose either raw/frozen) but!! I came here for the The Whole Shabang sauce, perfect combination of all three flavors (Rajun Cajun + Lemon Pepper + Garlic) and the scent of garlic, rich butter.. om nom nom. The snow crab had a lot of meat and melting in the mouth. .. I'm drooling lol They are generous on lemon slices. *Chicken Wings One of the group members recommended so I was like, 'why chicken wings at a seafood restaurant?' I was wrong! The chicken was so tender and juicy. The triple x (xxx) spicy level seasoning was perfect for me! I think it is better than BWW lol I strongly recommend! - Ambience: This is a huge place, maybe 60-70 tables. Little bit of sea concept decor (fishnet, helm, marine rope,...) Lively, casual and can be noisy. There is a huge ceiling pan. You can see the kitchen. - Service: The staff was friendly and kept checking on us. - Hygiene: A sheet of vinyl coated paper will be placed on the table. The food will be served in disposable plastic bag. Water is served in a disposable plastic cup as well. - Price: It is slightly more expensive side. Corns, potatoes and sausages were a bit pricey. I wish there was a package deal (like combo -corns/potatoes/sausages included) as now they are all separate individual menu. Everything adds up quickly. - Restroom: It was clean. Gender separated. - Location: It is near Palms Casino Resort. About 10-15 minute drive from the Strip - Parking: It is in a shopping plaza so there is a plenty of parking. - ETC * This is a busy place, get a reservation or there will often be a wait * You will be seated when the whole group of guests are there. * Be careful with sauce splashing into your eyes. It was not fun! * Extra Sauce: $4.5 * Gloves and bips are provided * You can take the leftover home [Will I be back?] Yes, of course! I am a Vegas local and if I have guests who never been to a seafood boil restaurant, this is it! It is a fun unique experience, you don't need plates, fork, spoons just hands. I've tried several similar concept of seafood boils in Vegas but the sauce didn't hit the spot like this 20 year old history franchise. Nobody can't beat the sauce!

We got here before they open and people are lined up outside already with 113 degrees weather. Service was good, our server keep coming back to check on us. We ordered the shrimp, calamari, snow crab leg, king crab legs, soft shell crab, fries and oyster. I wasn’t impressed with the shrimp since it wasn’t devein properly. I guess it’s too much work to used a toothpick to clean each individual shrimp. The fried shrimp was good. No salad or coleslaw offered as a side dish but potatoes, corn, fries or steam rice. It’s all carbs…they need some type of vegetable or salad. The shrimp was a normal size. Nothing fancy. When we asked for scissors they have none. The bill for five people came up to $306 plus tip = $350. To me it wasn’t worth it. Being in Las Vegas I know they have better seafood buffet for the same price. The bathroom wasn’t fully stocked with soap and paper towels. But we still have fun since I was with family I haven’t seen in a while.

I will start with the food it was ok .. it was my birthday so we ordered a lot ,we got the king crab , it wasn’t much bigger than the snow crab and to know fault of the restaurant it was the hard shell spiny claws that almost hurt your hand to open.. the crab was good once we got it open , probably not worth the market price.. the snow crab is your best bet , easy to open , the meat to shell ratio was good and it tasted pretty good. I did read a review saying how the shrimp was whole, head on and no cut in the shell . I figured it was someone who doesn’t know how to eat shrimp … I was wrong .. it was so hard to get the shell off I stopped eating it , I destroyed the shrimp trying to open it .. sorry but stay away from the shrimp, my opinion.. sausage was ok , potato, was ok … the corn like the two other times I have had similar meals was mush , way over cooked or from just sitting in the water or steamer. Also got the crab fries , they were good but for what little crab you get on them compared to the price , not worth it . I don’t mind paying for good food , but all in all for 260, plus 40 tip = 300 for this was just to much …. It was fun at first to use my hands and have to open all the crab and shrimp , then it got old and Messy, don’t we’re white.. lol

Very few of our visits to Vegas happen without a meal with friends at the Boiling Crab. This is a wonderful place to get a crab boil with friends. My personal favorite that I split with my wife is 1.5lbs of head on shrimp with 12 sausage, 2 potatoes, and 2 corn. This is the perfect amount for the two of us and on top if it we get to share a meal that we eat with our hands. This past trip we also shared 2 dozen clams with friends.

The Boiling Crab is always fun. Staff was friendly and quick. I could not believe all of the people there wearing white shirts. Im just saying. The whole shabang is the way to go. I like a heat level of 8. Can't wait to go back again.

If you're in Vegas and want seafood and don't want to pay expensive hotel prices then this is the place to go! Great crab legs shrimp and chicken wings also! The food was outstanding and flavorful. I will definitely go back on my next trip.

I use to come here often a couple years back and I came back a few days ago for the first time since.. I decided I'd try the snow crab legs this time ($35 to $45 1 lbs) and everything we ordered seemed to be good until I found some mold on my crab. I felt a little disappointed by that but the shrimp and fried catfish was enjoyable! And service was great! Just wanted to add this review as a precaution for others who want anything but shrimp.

Dived into Boiling Crab and the shrimps were an absolute taste tidal wave! The beer's price had me thinking I'd found buried treasure. As for service? Top-notch, especially thanks to our server Moe. If seafood had royalty, this place would be the palace. See you soon, Moe!

The food was so good! I got the whole shabang and it was bomb! We also got fried shrimp which came with Cajun fries they were bomb too! I wanted King Crab but even the snow crab was out of my budget so we just got shrimp but it was so good! Frfr! The service was excellent. The girl who took our order was so nice and helpful, I think her name was Kaitlyn or something. Going back real soon! Lol

This place is always good! The service is great and the prices are reasonable. There was a 2 hour wait due to only every other table or booth open to covid guidelines but it was worth the wait. My favorite seafood place in Vegas ❤

I ordered the (twice fried) catfish 😋. My daughter ordered the crab fries. Man, oh man, oh man! It was bomb 💣 👍🏽🔥👌🏽. Reminded me of the fish 🐟frys we had when I was younger ❤️. The restaurant was family friendly and the staff excelled in their service! Considering it's seafood, it's not very costly (someone treated us, but still 🤷🏾‍♀️) . Thank you, ladies/gentleman for great service and delicious food!! 😋😍

Been to the Boilint Crab at a few of their California locations and this one is just as great. You can join a waitlist online which cuts down your wait time. It's one of the biggest Boiling Crabs I've been to and the waiting area can accommodate a decent amount of people. They have a wide variety of options, mainly seafood but they do have some other none seafood options. Their sauces are great! Definitely worth the visit if you're in the area.

Super fun place! Went for niece's birthday because she wanted to "get messy" with a bucket of seafood. We got messy!!! It was delicious, but not quite as good as a couple of other places we've been....

Yesterday was my first time there. Celebrating one of my sisters birthday. I had the fried oysters and gumbo. Both were excellent, and reasonably priced!

We have had family members and friends go here for years and we just have not had the time when in Vegas to try it out the wait times were crazy well let me tell you we now know why the wait time is long. The food was seriously amazing. The shrimp and crayfish were cooked to perfection the sausage was flavorful and the sauce were unique but perfect. The wait staff ate so kind and do not hesitate to help you with any questions or request. We will most definitely making it a must when in Vegas.

No phone reservations allowed so walk in, give your name and be prepared to wait a bit. It is worth it. Food came out hot full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The staff are great, quick and friendly. All you can ask for especially when they are busy. Delicious!

First time here at Boiling Crab . The food was pretty good , thought the crawfish tails couldve been seasoned a bit more . The corn was my favorite , so delicious. Sausages were good. Eggs were okay . And we Had Two Margaritas, they were real cool . Oh yeah , The potatoes were good also !! I would recommend this place . Better than HotNJuicy for sure !

Had a fun and excellent meal at The Boiling Crab Saterday night. I had never been to one before. My daughter and son took me to Las Vegas location. My grandson and I had shrimp and muscles. It was brought to our table cooked together in a bag. I had my ordered with Cajun seasoning medium hot. Not only did it taste great. My grandson and had lots of fun tearing through shells. You just have to drive in. Put on a bib and pile the shells on the table in front of you. After you submit to the style of eating. You will love it. Cold beer, good seafood you can't go wrong. Peace big John
