This
is
probably
the
worst
experience
I’ve
had
with
any
health
care
provider.
Firstly
the
online
check
in
process
is
a
scam.
You
simply
get
put
to
the
back
of
the
line,
or
wait
until
they
don't
have
in
person
patients,
which
in
our
case
meant
waiting
in
significant
pain
for
5
hours.
When
we
finally
went
to
a
different
urgent
care
company
we
were
seen
in
15
minutes
-
what
a
difference!
.
If
CareNow
had
just
been
honest
about
their
process,
we
could
have
saved
hours
of
time,
pain
and
suffering.
The
people
manning
the
front
desk
either
do
not
answer
their
phones
at
all,
or
fob
you
off.
An
hour
after
the
time
we'd
requested
had
passed
we
called.
After
being
put
on
hold
for
about
15
minutes,
were
told
we’d
have
to
wait
another
1-2
hours.
After
another
2
hours
we
tried
to
call
again
but
we’re
left
on
hold
for
30
minutes.
After
another
hour
we
tried
calling
yet
again,
but
nobody
picked
up
at
all
after
ring
for
about
15
minutes,
so
we
finally
went
in
person.
We
were
then
told
that
now
were
were
there
in
person,
we
could
go
on
a
waiting
list,
but
that
it
would
still
be
at
least
an
hour.
What
is
the
point
of
online
registration
and
waiting
list
if
you
then
have
to
start
again
when
you
get
there
is
person?
?
But
when
I
queried
this
I
was
told
that
online
patients
are
treated
the
same
as
in
person
patients,
they
just
wait
longer???
And
they
don’t
pick
up
the
phone
for
online
patients
because
in
person
patients
get
priority,
although
online
patients
are
treated
equally
to
online
patients.
If
they'd
just
been
honest
when
we
first
called
and
told
us
we
had
to
be
there
physically
in
order
to
go
on
a
waiting
list
we
could
have
avoided
hours
of
pain.
Urgent
Care??
The
name
itself
is
a
joke
-
5
hours
wait
just
to
be
put
on
a
waiting
list??
Go
somewhere
else
if
you
can.
