I sat there with nobody in the building for thirty minutes. I asked the receptionist how long it would take to get in there and she said I'm with a client. After she was done she had me fill out two more pieces of paper. Still didn't give me an answer. She acts like she is omniscient and that it is her medical clinic. She could care less about your business. She is rude, unprofessional and has one of the nastiest dispositions I've ever seen. She needs to learn customer service because her job is a receptionist. Not a doctor, not a brain surgeon yet she demands yo be treated like she is performing surgery when she is looking at something. I will never come back to your office and I bet there are a few hundred people who feel the same way. Your business is only as good as your front person. If she is it, you guys are in a world of trouble. I didn't say a word to her. I just left. So she can't say I was rude to her or I was out of line. She is horrible at her job and I am better off not dealing with people like her when I am sick or have a medical issue. She is what is wrong with business today. The customer isn't what matters, it's only about her and her mind shattering job description that she is so involved with. As she plays with her cellular phone but can't give a client (that she so values) a straight answer. If she's not your daughter she needs to go.

This is probably the worst experience I’ve had with any health care provider. Firstly the online check in process is a scam. You simply get put to the back of the line, or wait until they don't have in person patients, which in our case meant waiting in significant pain for 5 hours. When we finally went to a different urgent care company we were seen in 15 minutes - what a difference! . If CareNow had just been honest about their process, we could have saved hours of time, pain and suffering. The people manning the front desk either do not answer their phones at all, or fob you off. An hour after the time we'd requested had passed we called. After being put on hold for about 15 minutes, were told we’d have to wait another 1-2 hours. After another 2 hours we tried to call again but we’re left on hold for 30 minutes. After another hour we tried calling yet again, but nobody picked up at all after ring for about 15 minutes, so we finally went in person. We were then told that now were were there in person, we could go on a waiting list, but that it would still be at least an hour. What is the point of online registration and waiting list if you then have to start again when you get there is person? ? But when I queried this I was told that online patients are treated the same as in person patients, they just wait longer??? And they don’t pick up the phone for online patients because in person patients get priority, although online patients are treated equally to online patients. If they'd just been honest when we first called and told us we had to be there physically in order to go on a waiting list we could have avoided hours of pain. Urgent Care?? The name itself is a joke - 5 hours wait just to be put on a waiting list?? Go somewhere else if you can.

I completely hated this experience I will never go or recommend this place. The staff standing at the front desk talking for the entire 45 minutes I waited. It was only I after I went to the desk to ask how long will it be I was only there for a urine sample for employee drug screening ( new job) the technician was one of the staff talking at the desk. The receptionist said she is setting up so it will be while. I said well I need to use the restaurant I can't continue to hold urine so may I have the key ( restroom stays locked) she procrastinating to not give me key proceed to say well you have to drink water if you go. I replied I'm a nurse I understand but I need the key. And magical the technician decided she was ready because she didn't want to wait for me have to urinate timewise.. absolutely no patients in the back, no one so I'm really upset to why the lobby is full well at least 8 patients in it and no staff is working or calling anyone back. Especially the drug testing technician had no one in the room and trust me it's no set up. You get a cup and it's nothing she could set up or do until I urinated in the cup.. worst experience ever go elsewhere..bunch of old, miserable women and 2 young girls with no professionalism at all. I'm searching for the corporate office information so if this reaches a manager or anyone who cares please reach out..

The staff is amazing. Very kind and efficient. The Doctor was one of the best I've ever seen. My only complaint was that I checked in online at 3 am but they didn't see me until 6:30 am and when I went I was the only person there. I feel like it would have been better to go in and not check-in online.

The 2 receptionist’s working at this location where extremely rude & displayed one of the worst attitudes I’ve come across in the many years I’ve worked in this industry. Not only was I treated as a complete nuisance but I neglected to mention the dismissive demeanor the receptionist had when I requested to check in. After standing at the front desk for about 10 minutes waiting for instructions on how to check in I noticed I was being ignored. That entire experience was enough for me to proceed to walk out of this very unprofessional environment. I was sent a text message that the wait time was approximately 4 hours and I didn’t receive a message until 11:40 am all to confirm if I had the flu. I will never and I repeat never find myself entering this location ever again in my life. I rather go to the ER or wait for my primary care physician to book my virtual appointment. I will not be recommending this location to any of my friends and family because I refuse to put money into a business that is adamant about treating their patients like garbage. Your front desk staff represents the lack of care and management you have not just for this branch but the lack of quality you provide to patients. It’s a major red flag stay away by any means necessary!

I had a great experience. The staff was professional as well. I selected the option online to come into the office as soon as possible. I was sent a message two hours later letting me know to head to the office. As soon as I got there I was welcomed and the process went very smooth. The doctor also did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable and treating my conjunctivitis. Even though it’s not close to home, I would make the drive regardless because of this experience. Thank you!

THE ONLY REASON I am selecting Five Stars was working with Roxanne. Yes, the waits are hours long. Yes, we all need to be seen asap. but the fact of the matter is we are in crazy times and everyone is sick or everyone needs a COVID test. I was extremely frustrated initially while I was sick waiting my turn and I'm glad to have been connected with Roxanne who was so patient and understanding. She is great and I hope her customer service skills are being recognized especially now more than ever where our medical workers are being looked over. Thanks again to Roxanne and Dr. Knewtson - great team!

The absolute worse experience happened to me at Care Now Urgent Care. NO care was done for my child. NO vitals were taken, but they are CLAIMING they took them. Ha. I was in the room holding my child, the best witness for this experience. The doctor saw my child for less than a minute and gave no medical advice. The nurse assistant did nothing, literally nothing. I contacted the Management Team to review their practices and this particular visit. And they are still refusing to do anything! Do not go here! You'll regret it!

Take forever to be seen. Staff isn’t very friendly. Seemingly don’t care to actually see what’s wrong with you. Girl couldn’t get the blood pressure cuff to read so she said she would use the “numbers it saved” so I asked what numbers it saved cause I think my BP is low. And she said it didn’t actually read. She was lying about getting a reading until I asked for details about the reading, then she got another machine. :/

I visited from out of state and needed urgent care. I tried a few other ones that were at capacity already. I called this clinic, and I'm not sure of the ladies name who answered, but she mentioned if I checked in online my wait time would be like 0, which 15 minutes is pretty freaking close to that. Being seen by a MA within 20 minutes as well was fantastic. I was quoted hours for every spot they had me in and out within an hour. 🙏🏽 amazing team! 10/10 recommend!

Went in weeks ago and they tested my child for strep, sent in a long-term test to be sure it wasn't an issue. The results came back positive and I called (multiple times as i kept getting put on hold or people dodging) to try and see what the next steps were. After arguing with a woman insisting to know if my child was my son or daughter (when it's right there on their file so like?) I got a Nurse who said if my child had no throat pain it was fine and they don't sent out antibiotics. Today I went to another clinic to find out my child has strep, and has likely been carrying it for weeks without pain. My mother is allergic to most antibiotics and has half a kidney (untreated strep can attack the brain and kidneys). This office was completely negligent in their decision on medication. How many people were possibly affected because they didn't want to do their job? And my mom's side has been hurting recently. If you want proper care pick anywhere but here. They'll let your kid go with an infection for weeks instead of treating it.

I had a pleasant experience. Even if I don’t have insurance. The cost is reasonable and I’m overall satisfied how I was treated. Thank you to the front desk for providing quality customer service. I appreciate it! Definitely will return and I highly recommend! The waiting time is worth it!

The Nurse Practitioner that helped me was marvelous! I really only visit this urgent care cause they are about the only one who accept my medical insurance and are open 24/7. Checking in online is super simple and makes the whole process quicker. I'm really thankful for them and they are always super friendly.

This place is great. Their web check-in was easy and allowed me to stay home until I could be seen, which was so much better than waiting it out in a lobby. It only took a minute to complete my registration online, but you can do it when you get there if you choose. They sent me a text to let me know it was time for me to come in, and I was seen within 5 minutes of walking through their door. Everyone I encountered, from the desk to the doctor, was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in about a half hour. For a doctor's office visit, what more could you ask for?

So this evening had to take my nephew to them for a bad cut on his foot. This was about 12:30 am. Adam, the doctor and the young girl at the front desk couldn’t have been more professional, understanding and attentive. They were the epitome of what customer service in the medical field should be like in all establishments. Thank you for your patience and the tender care you gave to my 26 year old, somewhat boisterous young man!! I really appreciated it!!!

The lady at the front was very helpful and nice but this was a very frustrating experience. I was seen for a UTI and the doctor prescribed me something that didn’t even treat uti’s? after paying $180 i expect to get the right prescription which is the bare minimum. The pharmacy luckily let me know that it wouldn’t treat my infection and i had to drive back to even get in touch with them because they weren’t answering the phone. 0/10 experience.

Quick service. Easy to check in and fill out info. Great service. The physician was nice and every other person I saw was nice. I would definitely go back the next time I am feeling under the weather. I had a copay of $60 after giving my Aetna HMO insurance card. Great experience overall.

Filled out all the paperwork on line didn’t have to wait in lobby in & out easy peasy. Oh did I mention what a joy my nurse was Marie top notch didn’t even know I received a shot. Marie thank you and thank you to the entire staff everyone was courteous and professional.

My experience on any urgent care I’ve ever been this is the best urgent care customer service I’ve ever had let me start from the front desk her name is Daysla I was observing her how she deal with every patient who comes in she talk to them like they knew each other I thought it’s just me . She’s very helpful then the next one I got called inside is nurse Maria Ortega she’s not only a nurse with a beautiful smile she’s a good listener too and very helpful. Then when Ms Claire came over to check me she have this sweet voice like Maria she take time she made me feel comfortable and not to worry much . I've been to this urgent care a few times, and it's the only one i will go. Staff from front desk to back (doctor and nurses) are always nice and helpful. My experience from last night was the best of all. The front desk lady was super helpful and super sweet. the nurse and doctor were also very helpful and actually listened! There is a wait time that could be better, but it's worth it because they actually treat you with respect and human decency in this place, not like other places I've been. So thank you!

The staff and physicians assistant were all very courteous, empathetic, and I was seen quickly. The receptionist was able to locate my insurance information from a previous visit when u couldn't find mine. They even had an x-ray tech see me at the urgent care instead of sending me to a hospital to have it done. CareNow is the only urgent care I go to and will continue to do so. I highly recommend CareNow especially utilizing the web check-in. Thank you so much to all the staff there.

Had an amazing experience, went in this morning for my knee. Was seen almost right away. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Making sure every question was answered. Very friendly, professional and a very nice office. Hopefully I don’t but if I need some urgent care in the future, I know where I’m going! 10/10 would recommend!

I arrived early morning after work after having hives for a day, the front desk was very pleasant and patient with me filling out forms and even helpful when I was struggling with some questions. When I was taken to the back the nurse checked my vitals she was also nice. My doctor came in pretty fast after and pretty much helped me out and answered my questions, and prescribed me things for my rash. I'm so thankful they were able to help me out and send out my prescription right away. After checking out with the front desk he gave me some helpful tips and I just have to say I'm so glad I came here. They were fast and pleasant!!!

This was one of the worst urgent care visits I’ve had! From checkin who collected double the amount of copay I had (verified with insurance that copay should have been $50 not $100) to sitting in the exam room over 30 mins and hearing the nurse tell the provider THREE times that I was ready to be seen! The provider came in and looked like he had been sleeping & basically told me there was nothing he could do b/c I was pregnant then proceeded to go out to his computer and ask me additional questions out loud from his computer to the exam room! There was zero privacy! What happened to being seen in private in an exam room w/o having the entire clinic hear hear what was going on! I will NEVER go back to this urgent care nor will I recommend anyone to go!

Convenient location, staff was friendly, wait was not that long. Got in got out, just how I like it. They answered my questions and was very thorough with my care. Definitely would recommend and visit again if need be.

I couldn't have asked for a better care team, Adam Luckette and Ortega De Silva were the best. From start to finish they made me feel at ease and explain my condition. Also alerting me for the next steps in the healing process. Coming from out of state it's always uncomfortable not seeing your primary doctor for medical treatments but the support I received was beyond imageable. Thank you! I don't wish to dismiss the reception/admin intake specialist for her assistant with completing those electronic forms. AGAIN AN AMAZING TEAM. Thanks everyone... 😊

It went pretty fast once I got my check in text, didn't realize I needed that so had to go sit in Starbucks til close then come back. Quick, efficient and sent my rx to the nearest 24 hr pharmacy. Same cost as their urgent care branches that close, so I was also happy with that .

The stuff was wonderful. The PA was very knowledgeable and informative. The lady I saw beforehand was very sweet. And the girl at the front desk was very kind. All around great stuff. Also very clean place and beautifully decorated.

The entire team was very friendly! I felt listened to, and they really took care of me. Lakia checked me in efficiently with the web check in, Shona did a fantastic and thorough Triage job, Tiffani drove across town to do my x-rays! Crystal, the PA, did a very thorough evaluation and listened to all of my concerns. Jalisa was very friendly when she discharged me. I love that you can be seen the same day with the Urgent Care. There may be a wait, but it's better than waiting weeks for a PCM or specialist appointment for something that needs attention sooner. Thank you so much!

The wait was long… but that’s urgent care but I really like they allowed me and my 4 year old to wait in the car and they would text me when it’s my turn. The staff was friendly, and very inviting. I did experience a homeless man cursing at receptionist, and slamming door next to where my son was sitting (this was after 11 pm). The medical staff acted right away,, and came and addressed the situation with concern and with highest professionalism. Even when the homeless man banged on door a second time from outside .. the staff took action right away and placed me and my young son in the back to shield him from that man and whatever else he was going to do. That was so nice and I felt they really cared for me and the safety of my 4 year old. They even walked us out when we we were done ensuring our safety since it was late. Recommend this location for medical needs, and I assure you.. your safety is of the highest priority.

The front desk Christina and Asia were very polite and efficient. I felt comfortable as they took time to explain how everything works and with a smile. The MA Maria was excellent, she was very thorough and the shot I got was painless. Very good care. PA Claire was very professional and worked quickly to make a care plan that was effective. I would feel comfortable with her taking care of any of my family and highly recommend Carenow.

This is my first time coming here. The visit was fast. They provide great service, everyone was kind and helpful, they take the time to ask you questions and fill out your profile. They were able to diagnose and get me out of the way with a prescription.

Incredible. 8 PM Friday evening first time to the 24 hour. I called this location, asked the receptionist some questions she said that I could check in online and they would call me. They called me to head down there before I was even ready.. called my Lyft driver, and they checked with me and I said I’m on my way. All I had left to do when I got there was six questions on the daily sheet only two other people waiting, and I was out of there in less than an hour. The planets must’ve aligned. Highly recommended. Great, fast service! The front desk rep, Reina, was efficient and kind. The medical assistant, Lorena, who took my vitals was very thorough with my intake. She asked all the appropriate questions regarding my symptoms. The provider, Adam, was prompt to see me, very welcoming, and listened to my concerns I had. The whole Tropicana team made my Carenow experience a positive one! I will definitely be returning with any urgent care needs I have in the future and will recommend this clinic to all my family and friends!!

I’m not sure why I’m giving you guys a one star. I remember that front desk personnel are the first to deal with patients, and not having a pleasant experience makes a patient not want to come back and reviews like this are posted online. I have checked in online but never received any texts back. What good does checking online do for patients if there’s no follow up whatsoever? You mentioned to call the clinic/office but no one answers the phone. I went there for employer paid services, I will advise the HR to take your Clinic off the list of places to get this services done, because I don’t want others to go through what I have gone through.

Although this is a very busy establishment, Roxanne who runs the front desk is quite knowledgeable and efficient in the intake process. She tries to get patients seen as expeditiously as possible. Mat, the Medical Assistant, who works in back office is a True Professional who's also Engaging and made the process not as tedious in waiting. I have found my new CareNow Urgent. Keep up the great work guys!:)

I would not recommend this place. I registered online and still had to wait 5 hours because the location I registered to was closed. The physician was quick to me I had Covid before the results come back just so they can send me with nothing but information. I was negative for Covid. I went to another clinic and they confirmed I had bacterial infection like I thought. This place was obviously being lazy and did not want to prescribe me the proper medication. This was a horrible experience.

Came in for a COVID test on 8.25.21 as a walk-in. The Front Desk staff, Medical Assistant and Physician were all awesome. They were personable, understandable and timely. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Very efficient staff, they have rapid Covid testing. Just keep in mind they are in high demand go with your patience 🤩

This clinic was amazing! Both Doctor Tyler and Doctor assistant Leslie were not only has an excellent medical knowledge, but were very friendly. They are very professional, and caring persons. I visited this clinic for eye infection two days ago, and I am already recovering. I strongly recommend this clinic for anyone to visit. You will be satisfied. At the end, I would like to thank for their outstanding service. Especially, I appreciate “LESLIE “ for his awesome service! 👍

I always go to this Care Now anytime I need urgent care. This is the best location in the Las Vegas area and it's open 24 hours. No matter what time I visit, the customer service is excellent and the doctors know exactly what they're talking about. Doctor Morgan helped me on this particular visit and he did an amazing job. He provided me with a thorough exam and explanation and I appreciate his patience.

Online check in was very convenient. I was in and out faster than I thought. The staff was super friendly. And although I didn't get great news we had a good laugh about it. Dr. Vowels was nice enought to sit and talk and put my mind at ease.

My entire experience here was INCREDIBLY smooth. I was seen in a very timely manner, even with a few people ahead of me, and the staff here were so friendly, understanding, and caring. I just want to make specific shoutouts to Adam, Lesley, and the woman at the front desk (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch her name). They are the epitome of quality healthcare and how all providers should be. It was a busy night for urgent care in Las Vegas, this particular location was no exception. So from the moment I checked to being taken back to be seen I was treated with so much kindness and respect I had to make sure they were acknowledged for it. If there kindness wasn't enough both the nurse and PA were excellent at there respective positions. I'm rarely impressed but tonight I was more than impressed. Excellent job ladies. Thank you very much.

Literally had to go here right after I arrived in town for a finger infection from a nail salon. Went there checked in super friendly staff and was told that I can go do whatever I want it and would just give me a call when the doctor could see me. This is awesome as it’s not available as a service in my local area which is San Diego. Not only was it the convenience great it also had staff did an amazing job of not only calling when they were when they said they would be ready, but calling 10 minutes prior to see exactly how long it would to actually take me to get back. This is literally been the most convenient and friendly urgent care place I’ve ever been as a traveling salesman. I understand it was just a common thing but all the staff new exactly what they were doing and seemed very well trained.

I chose this location because it was open 24/7. Upon arrival I was asked to check in online. I sat and waited over an hour without being called on. And watched 2 patients leave and no one get called back to be seen (there weren’t many people waiting and only one was ahead of me). I finally asked the front desk how much longer it would be. She said they were in the middle of shift change and she could check me in now. I still had to wait another 30-45 minutes before I was able to be brought back to the exam room. Patient care clearly takes the back burner during a shift change.

I was seen quickly and the Nurse was so nice and the Doctor also. They were safe and gave me an X-ray since I had trouble moving my right arm since I had a fight with the ground during pickle ball lol. But great spot to get treated. I do want to say the girl at the front desk was also very nice and helpful.

The long wait was almost 3 hours but there was a waiting room if sick people and a very sick baby who needed to be seen. I realize the docs have to prioritize accordingly to severity of symptoms. I had a very nice MA and the NP that assessed me was thorough and very professional. I am pleased with the outcome and referral given. Kudos!!! To the Staff at this location!!! Ms Helen J Ursery RN

5 stars all day! The staff was so kind and friendly. They took amazing care of me. They were also able to get an X-ray Technician there within 20 minutes to X-ray my leg. I cannot type enough good words about every staff member I came across there. Thank you so much!

Moe was fantastic. He made the two nasal swabs I had to have quick and painless. The webcheck in made it easy to be seen quickly without having to wait in the clinic. I will say that the front desk staff member I encountered could have been more pleasant, but overall it was a great experience.

It's a modern, clean office. The doctor, nurse, and receptionist were all very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I like the online appointment system. It's efficient and convenient. They take medicaid... thank goodness. The Walgreens pharmacy is close by which makes it easy for people without a car.

The staff here was so very nice from the front desk to the medical assistant. Dr Adam was awesome he listened, understood and treated me with compassion. I was extremely impressed with the doctor and experience. I left feeling relieved that I was taken care of and treated so kindly all around, especially when not feeling well, it means a lot. I would recommend this urgent care and doctor to anyone. I was surprised at how low a wait time and how caring everyone was. Above and beyond care not often received. Thank you! Jaime H.

The best of this was the young woman at the front desk. She took the time necessary to help both myself and my daughter to complete the information needed on the computer sign in. She took the time for us while also helping other people coming in. I didn't get her name, but she surely is the type of person who is a good representative for CareNow. She was a real jewel. Doctor.and med assistant were nice also.

I am from out-of-state and needed to seek immediate medical attention for an eye injury. I was pleasantly surprised at the ability to sign-in for an appointment online, in addition to when it was time for my appointment, the lack of wait time. Once I got into the exam room, my experience was very pleasant, from meeting with the medical assistant to the Nurse Practitioner. Both were extremely professional and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility to both locals and visitors alike!

Understand staff will always be overworked and tired but inspite of all that they still give Excellent service. The doctor was Excellent. The nurses were Excellent. Honestly felt like a kid going in for a check up. This reminded me of why I wanted to become a doctor so I'm glad I went to this location. 10/10 . I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes to be seen. 10 people that signed in after me were seen. The waiting room emptied twice, each time I asked the receptionist if they forgot about me. Both times she said I was next. After 2 hours I stopped the nurse who was bringing a newly arrived patient. I asked why I am being skipped? She gave standard rude answer, " we only have 1 doctor and three rooms. That did not answer why I am being skipped. I walked out after 2 hours an 15 minutes and went to another urgent care.

Came here at 445 am today and left by 6. Very fast service. The night manager was super helpful and friendly and took his time explaining everything to us. The PA that came in was also very friendly.

Sooo glad I came to this location! My visit was thorough and effective!! Dr. Atueyi listened to my concerns, genuinely cared and actually had compassion (which is hard to come across in LV in my personal opinion) . I wish he had his own practice outside of this urgent care.. The staff was very friendly and caring at this location. I came to this location after regretfully being told at the Cheyenne and Rampart location that the doctor David Hugelmeyer didn’t feel like seeing any more patients at 7 o’clock even though they closed at 9 PM. I’d driven all the way from the Air Force Base because I’d received excellent care there previously. Kudos to the Dr and staff at the Tropicana and Jones location for their exceptional professionalism. This will be my go-to Urgent Care if ever I need CareNow again.
